Our party of 5 arrived to play mini-golf but were refused. My 83 year old Mother and Stepdad do not use the internet. Therefore, they have no personal email addresses. Staff stated each person must sign the Family Fun Town liability form electronically. Without it, they can't even remain on the property. We responded "surely my mom and stepdad could sign a paper consent form as they don't want their names and address being used on the internet. We then asked, may we speak to the manager? We again explained all we had discussed. She replied, "we don't have or allow paper consent forms." Followed by "It is what it is". At this point our 5 year old grandson was informed that we must all leave because his two great grandparents do not use the internet and have no email addresses. My concern is that Orange City Florida likely has many individuals whom are not internet trusting or savvy. I found this to be an easily resolvable issue, with unyielding management. read more

Okay- so I came here a few months ago with my family and it was so fun! It's a great little local spot with an arcade, go karts and batting cages. The establishment has been around for many years (used to be called something else when I was younger). It's definitely a fun little place to go to if you're looking for something low key that will keep the kiddos busy. read more

Need to kill a couple of hours with kids? Family Fun Town is conveniently located right on 17-92 and has multiple events for you to try out. It's definitely a more independent feel so it doesn't have the upscale and super fancy decorations or setup. Mini golf was $10 for adults and $8 for kids. 18 holes with fun animal pieces was a good way to have fun with little ones. They could use a little more attention to detail as the area was definitely not taken care of in a while. They also have batting cages and go karts. We saw a rock wall advertised but they told us that it doesn't exist any more. It still had video games and food so it's a quick trip with lots of options for kids. read more

Terrible experience! Drove 20 mins to get there just to be told that my nephew could not ride the go karts after riding them several other times, with Jessica, manager, being the one to measure him on previous visits. I have picture of previous visits pictures with him of him driving alone. read more

Had an excellent afternoon with our group from work. Clean and welcoming environment, friendly staff, cool a/c, and lots of options for fun. Of special note were the young men who manage the go karts. They were helpful, thoughtful, and had excellent manners. The lunch buffet that was set up for our group was nicely done and the food was prepared well and set up for easy serving. Really an enjoyable place for the whole family. read more

Not dog friendly. Plenty of outside places to walk or sit by picnic tables which were all empty, but rudely told - No dogs!

I went for a birthday party and it was for 2 hours. Like an hour after the party started the hostess told us that we needed to leave the room because she needed to clean. I had babies and my older parents that came for support the birthday child.I did think that was rude and unprofessional. If the party was paid for 2 hours then the place should have been available for that time. We left before the party was over with disappointment. read more

We've gone to Family Fun Town a number of times over several years and it's always a great time. We love the mini golf and go karts and of course the kids love the arcade. This place looked like it would have been cool, but I went tonight with 2 friends. It says it closes as 9. We went to go play mini golf and got there at 7:45. No one was in the building so we walked out to where the mini golf section was (you have to go through the building to get there, but there's a little hut that looks like where you get the ball and clubs). No one was there except a few people playing the course. We went back in to inquire. At this point it's 8:05 and I finally found an employee who said we had to get everything from her at the counter in the arcade, but they don't let anyone on after 8. There are no signs saying anything about renting inside, but instead has a giant red arrow point the way to the mini golf course. Do to error on their part, we didn't get to play. i had a really great time here! we booked in advance for a large group and the staff was super friendly when working with us to make sure everyone was set to have fun. there's mini golf, go karting, batting cages, and an arcade area. the mini golf course has 18 holes surrounded by greenery, water, and animals (not real of course). the go karts are fast and fun, on a track with a few straights and several turns. the batting cages have options for softball and baseball with different speed levels for each. i didn't have a chance to try the arcade games but there were plenty to choose from, all with a chance to win tickets to exchange for cool prizes. i didn't get to try any of the food or drinks but i saw they had some options (pizza, corn dogs, mini doughnuts/churros, soft drinks, etc.). there are also party rooms for hosting and virtual reality experiences too. overall, a great place for a variety of fun! read more

This establishment is not very large, but there is a good amount of things to do. They have Go karts, mini golf, and batting cages outside, and a decent assortment of arcade games (about 20) inside.The space is always clean, as are the bathrooms, and they've even added a small bounce house in the party room area. The games here are a bit pricier than they ought to be (in my opinion), but I've always been willing to pay a bit more for a non-corporate establishment like Chuck E. Cheese. That being said, if it wasn't so costly, I'd make a trip there more often...I suppose it's a trade off. As far as staff goes, it's hit or miss. Sometimes they're very kind and patient, and other times they seem irritated you bothered them. That is, unfortunately, a problem nearly everywhere. It's better than many, but not as good as it could be. If you want a decent experience without a huge crowd, it's a good way to pass an hour. read more

We were on vacation in the area and needed an activity to fill a few hours one evening. We played putt putt, rode go carts, and used the batting cage. We took advantage of the $16.95 deal which was basically unlimited everything for 2 hours, except video games. Since we wanted to ride go carts, this was probably the best deal. If I were only intending to play golf, paying regular price to golf may be the better deal as you can't golf enough in 2 hours to equal $16.95. The place was nice and all the equipment we used was in good order. I would recommend this place to a friend and visit again myself. read more

Customer service goes a long way and is very much missing from this "Fun" town. When calling to inquire about having a kids birthday party, the man answering was quite rude and very short with me, and basically said "it's all on the website, everything's on the website, you reserve on the website". Well the website was not going to answer the couple questions I had! He made it easy to take the $250 I was going to spend for a birthday package (not including the tip or the add ones I would have purchased) and go somewhere else. If this person is who runs the place, id suggest taking the "family" and "fun" out of their name. read more

Only did the mini golf course, but is great for little ones. The course was cute and had enough little challenges to keep kids engaged.

We had my son's birthday party here last year. It seemed very rushed. Couldn't enjoy the party. It was like "did you eat your pizza" " did you play your games" " you need to be out of this room". FYI written in your contract it stated you had to pay 80$ or for 8 kids minimum. I was sweating up till the day of the party if i would pay for kids not enjoying the party. Most other places are like a 4 or 5 minimum. We attempted to go another time and they didn't send someone over to start the race cars for a half hour. On weekends the mini golf course gets backed up and can be little wait but a fun course. Update: downgraded from 3 stars to 1. After being rained out of our mini golf game we went inside to play some arcade games today till it cleared up. I checked the two cards I had been given at his party. One had his 2 hour band the other his tickets. When they checked the two hour band I was told it was expired and in the wrong format. Having not been told an expiration date and using the card provided this was very upsetting to me. Kirby the assistant manager proceeded to accuse me of lying that it was related to my son's party. He told me he would reactivate the band but only today when all the outside attractions were closed due to rain. He finally after much back and forth added about the amount of the 2 hour band on to the card we were trying to use to play arcade games. But not without being rude and condescending the entire time. It does not count as good customer service if you treat people poorly while rectifying the situation. We will not return. Discouraged to have a place with so many attractions near us with such poor customer service. read more

Went tonight on a very slow night and was told repeatedly to ride in single cars instead of a double car. The operator initially stated this was due to a short staffing issue and he couldn't monitor more than 6 cars. That was entirely understandable, until there were only 4 of us in line the next time and was told again to ride in single cars instead of riding together with my gf. Won't go back again. read more

This is one of the most absolutely worst places i have ever taken my kids to. Could not absolutely believe the way they were treated by the workers and the way they ruined their racing on the go-karts. My kids wanted to race and this one worker slowed down my little girl so slow, i swear my lawn tractor could go faster!!!!!!! Then they were made fun of by the clerk when we returned inside. This was the worst place I have ever gone, the employees were rude, when my friend and I went go-kart racing we bumped into each other, and made us pull over, and start again, he made us go so slow the entire time, a lawn mower could have gone faster than that, and he wouldn't actually let us race each other, it got to the point where we were at least 100 feet away from each other, just rude. The clerk was absolutely horrid to us and I never would recommend this to anyone and suggest that you never plan on going!! read more
