My son plays college football locally. I'm here most weekends. I've tried all the Marriott properties in the area. This is the best I've found and the Greece area is the best place as it has shopping and all sorts of restaurants and amenities one might need when visiting a college student. It's clean. Stocked. Great staff. The only thing keeping it from five stars are the WILD pricing swings this place has week to week. Some weeks I can't rationalize staying here as other Marriott properties in very close proximity are literally half the price. These rooms are great. The hotel is immaculate. I stay here every time I can. I always check their rates first.

We were too early for the dinner menu because my parents are early birds lol but the menu they offered was perfect for us. I had the lobster bisque to start and it was the best lobster bisque I've ever had. There are actual huge chunks of perfectly cooked lobster in it. Any other time I've ever ordered it from somewhere else its been minced pieces of lobster and has been disappointing. We also got the Chemembert Crisp which is Chemembert cheese, covered and almonds and pecans, put in the oven and topped with apple and pear conserve. It is served over salad mix with a very tasty olive oil and bread. It was my first time having it and it was tremendous. Most of us got chicken wraps which were average. The atmosphere is warm and inviting and the people who work there are very personable and know the meaning of hospitality. Oh and make sure you get the ice cream for dessert! They make it in house and its the best ice cream we've ever had, very creamy, not too sweet, just perfect. They helped us keep my parents (in their 80s) comfortable and taken care of. The food was at food stations and these were wonderful! Chinese, Mexican and American to name a few. Chinese boxes for the food from the same locale, slides ar the American station and a Mexican station that had everything you would want in a burrito (or to make your own taco salad). What an incredible space for the entire Irondequoit community and families. With clean, renewable energy at the forefront of this entire buildings core, it is hard not to jump on board and get excited about the kind of model this could be for future, similar concepts! I opted for a chicken caesar wrap from the pasta station in their food court. I also ordered a coffee (they brew finger lakes onsite) and it was the perfect midday pick me up. The space is all about community and I even took a moment to go hop on one of the energy powered bikes upstairs! There is an instagram-worthy indoor herb garden that the chef uses to cook, and a VR area in the Imaginarium. I hope to check out the conference rooms and rooftop on my next visit, and can't wait to try more of the spaces offerings!

First off, the planning leading up to our day was so flawless, any question was never too stupid and they were always available to help with the details. I wanted a DIY wedding and they were completely accommodating to that. They worked with all my vendors and were just very easy to communicate. On the day of they transformed their already beautiful space into our dream setup!! We had a big walk way and a huge space for the band. The acoustics were wonderful and the outdoor space was exceptional. The coordinator was so helpful all night bringing us drinks and making sure everything was running as planned.
