The highlight of our meal was the vegan burger. My daughter was genuinely impressed and said it was delicious. It's great to see a restaurant offering a vegetarian option that's actually flavorful and satisfying. I ordered the steak salad, and sadly, it was very disappointing. The steak was so tough that I had to spit out almost every bite because it was impossible to chew and swallow. The salad was also served in a deep bowl, which made it difficult to toss everything together with the dressing. A wider bowl or plate would have made it much easier to eat. For an appetizer, we ordered the New Mexican Street Corn Dip, but it looked nothing like the menu photo. It tasted mostly like plain cream cheese, had very little corn flavor, and the dip itself was oddly firm instead of creamy. The tortilla chips weren't much better they tasted stale and not fresh. I've eaten here before, and I hate to say it, but this visit left me feeling like the quality has declined. I really hope the kitchen gets back to the standards I remember because the friendly service and the great vegetarian options show that the restaurant still has potential.

The music was so loud that it was difficult to have a conversation, and the food was terrible. Everything was served cold, and the wood-fired wings, which came in a dog bowl, were especially disappointing. The dog bowl was appropriate. They tasted like dog food. The one bright spot was our waitress. She was friendly, attentive, and honestly seemed a little embarrassed by the place. Unfortunately, between the bugs, loud atmosphere, and poor food quality, we won't be returning.

Another victim of inflation...I knew the final nail was in the coffin when they started to do the all you can eat wings gimmick...a last ditch effort that most places do in an attempt to bring back more customer's. There's a reason why B-Dubs locations are turning into take out only places...this model of a sports bar just isn't really eccomically feasible anymore with out the place being packed nightly. And in a world where most working class people can not afford food, let alone food from a restaurant, expect more and more restaurants to close their doors. Sad.

So you'll find parking I guarantee! I went with my brother for lunch on a Monday right about 1pm. We got the 2 for $20 which is an awesome deal BTW. I love the vibe here with plenty of great sports coverage from plenty of TVS, no matter where you sit, you'll find a good TV view. Our wait staff was prompt, courteous and attentive. Food was fresh and above expectation for the value. Would recommend and would go here again.

Salvatore's- East Ridge Road, Rochester,NY…read more As a former resident of my beautiful hometown of Rochester, I carry many fond memories of the infamous boss sauce and the restaurants that serve it. Every visit back, without exception, includes a shaved steak sub with boss sauce--it's a tradition. During our New Year's 2026 visit, my entire family decided to order from Salvatore's. Our order included a sausage thin-crust pizza, eggplant parmesan with garlic bread, and two of the "legendary" steak subs. Unfortunately, this will be our last time ordering from Salvatore's. The sausage pizza was extremely dry, and the overall flavor was bland. The garlic bread tasted like plain buttered bread with no garlic flavor whatsoever. The eggplant parmesan was excessively sauced, seemingly to compensate for overcooked penne noodles. For a total of $99, the quality of this meal was unacceptable and deeply disappointing. My nephew initially contacted the restaurant to express concerns about the food quality and was told to contact Uber. While I understand Uber's role in processing refunds, ownership should take responsibility for the quality of food leaving their kitchen. When my nephew made no progress, I personally called and asked to speak with the manager. The woman who answered failed to introduce herself. When I asked who I was speaking with, she stated her name was Maria, the owner. I promptly and respectfully explained the significant disappointment we experienced, particularly given the cost. Maria responded with arrogance and defensiveness, repeatedly interrupting me and failing to listen. She listened only to respond, not to understand, and demonstrated little to no accountability. Maria stated that she personally put the pizza in the oven and was aware of how the food went out. Frankly, that response is more troubling--because it suggests the food was intentionally sent out in subpar condition and with confidence. Maria, you did not listen during our phone conversation, so I hope you hear this now. You failed not only as a business owner but also in recognizing that you ruined an annual family tradition and a meaningful memory. This experience has permanently replaced any positive memories we once associated with your establishment. If a customer is choosing to spend money at your establishment be more empathetic and listen to reason not argue because you do have competition but you were chosen; never again I am grateful that Uber showed more understanding and professionalism than you did ~ happy new year 1/4/2026 Forced to leave a star - it would be zero

Not sure what they're trying to accomplish with all the neon pink lights and color scheme buts it's very weird and awkward. Additionally the pizza was terrible. Everything about it was not at all good. The crust was stale and hard. The sauce was flavorless and had a paste like texture. The cheese was chewy and greasy. Service was good but I cannot recommend this establishment.

Despite that I keep thinking about what I want to try next time I go. The atmosphere, scale and feel of the dining room is fantastic. It sort of feels like a Rochester version of Cheers. I love that they had all the doors open and the beautiful summer evening climate was enjoyable whether you sat inside or outside. This meant dealing with a few gnats or flies at our indoor table. I started with a Caesar side salad which was very good. The entrees we had were Salmon and Chicken Riggies. The Chicken RIggies were great. Not spicy at all but made-to-order so it could be made spicy. The pasta was perfectly tender but firm, the diced chicken was flavorful and easy to eat. It was THE most successful Chicken Riggie dish I've tried to date anywhere and I took the leftovers home to enjoy for lunch the next day, a rarity for me. The salmon was not a hit. It seemed pretty fishy especially in the areas that were thinner and had become chewier from the grill drying it out. What they call roasted corn is really 'chili powder roasted corn'. The chili powder flavor was quite pronounced and not very well integrated into the dish. It tasted like very ordinary corn with very ordinary chili powder sprinkled on it. I'm sure that isn't how the dish is made but that's what it tasted like. The Cheesy Eddie's carrot cake was absolutely perfect and tasted like it was just made. It's hard to defend the pricing. Our 2 entrees, 1 side salad, 1 soft drink and 2 small glasses of wine and 1 piece of carrot cake ended up being 145 dollars after tax and tip. If the wine pour had been a nice 9 ounce pour I would have had a single glass but I had 2 because they were small. Even with 1 wine this was going to be WELL over 100 dollars for 2 people even before tip. In any head-to-head comparison with something like The Distillery or Genesee Brew House, this pricing is probably out of line. If we go back, it will be with great appreciation for the setting and modest expectations for the food.
