This was my first time at a bowling alley in many years. I did not know what to expect. It was a fun place to bowl with a clean, well-kept atmosphere. The lanes were in good shape and the staff were friendly and helpful (for the most part). Shout out to the bartender/server that came around to take our orders at the lanes. He was very nice and attentive. They also had plenty of food and drink options, which made it easy to hang out for a while. The only downside is that it's a bit pricey, but overall the experience was worth it. Great spot if you're looking for a fun day/night out with friends or family. I don't have anything to compare it to with other bowling alleys in the area. Maybe the prices are on target with other places. I just know that for us to bowl, rent shoes, appetizer, 2 beers, and one soda = about $90.00. We would come here again. I think it was worth it. My kid had a great time! read more

Worst service i've ever had. Took forever to get anything, even drinks.Waitress forgot to ring up half of the orders, constantly came back to the table to ask what we ordered. Food took a god forsaken amount of time. Would never recommend anybody that i love or care about to come here. I work in 3 days and im getting worried that I'll be late for my shift due to my quesadilla being cooked. On a serious note, it's absolutely pathetic that with 3 tables on one side of the alley being full, that they can't keep up with the amount of food and drinks that were ordered. read more

I am standing outside AMF. We called to make sure they were open. The receptionist answered and said yes. We tried to get inside, and the doors are locked. We called again and asked if they were open now. The receptionist said yes. We told her the door was locked. She said she'd open it. She never came. I am standing outside in 20 degrees with my 4 year old and 6 year old who are now crying. Happy New Year. Please hire people who care and want to work. I'm not too sure why you're paying an employee who literally isn't working. read more

We had so much fun at my six year old's party! Abby, the Manager, was so helpful and answered all my questions. She made our birthday party experience easy and fun because she went above and beyond. She set our two-lane party up away from other bowlers so we could have some space to celebrate my son - super thoughtful!! It was super clean there and the fun music + lights were just an added bonus. We had so much fun that our group wants to come back and bowl together again on a weekend. Seriously fun for the kids AND adults! The wait staff was very helpful and attentive, too. We ordered a pizza, a flatbread pizza, fries and wings. The food was good - but the Chicken Bacon Ranch flatbread was a hit! We will definitely be back to AMF soon. read more

We were gifted arcade Groupons for my kids Christmas present. 200$ worth. When I called over Christmas break I was told the arcade was being remodeled and would be shut down for a couple months. I was told that I could use the full 200$ towards bowling it wouldn't be a problem at all. A couple weeks passed before we could go and I called again to confirm that we could in fact come in with our Groupons that were for the arcade and use them towards bowling. I was told again by a different employee that I would be able to use the $200 towards bowling. So I load up my family and drive the 45 minutes to the bowling alley expecting to go bowling. We get here and I am told that I can not use the Groupons toward bowling I would have to use them in the arcade. I explained that I called twice and spoke with different employees and was told differently. When I explained what the employees on the phone told me she suggested I had called the wrong bowling alley I pulled up my call log and confirmed that I had called the correct spot. The manager wouldn't take responsibility for what her employees told us and back up what information that had given out. When i suggested she better educate her employees so they know have the correct information she scoffed at the thought. She was so rude she walked away back to her office to avoid resolving the problem. By going back to her hiding spot she left her employee to figure out how to get the Groupon gift certificates to work in their system and transfer the amount to the arcade cards. The transaction didn't go smoothly and the employee had to walk back to managers office to figure out how to finish the transaction. Now to the good part the new arcade is made up of 8 "games" 3 of which are the claw game where you cant win. My daughter was able to get a stuffed animal in the claw but it wouldn't release to drop it in the pick up area. This place is an absolute joke. If I could leave 0 stars I would. read more

My boyfriend and I are new to this neighborhood and stopped in to Eastbrook Lanes this weekend! The staff was incredible, they were attentive and helpful and really so friendly! The facility was super fun, the music was great and it had such a great atmosphere. We got pizza and some drinks and it was such an amazing night. I highly recommend stopping by! read more

Way over priced, over 100 for 4 people. No refunds. Closed before I could finish the second game and after lots of back and forth they agreed to give one person in our group a voucher even tho we paid separately they refused to give refunds. I went back the next day and they said they couldn't do anything without the voucher. The management is rude and not very helpful. read more

terrible bowling alley. went here for NYE bowling and they started everyone 15 minutes late when you pay per the hour. got 3 strikes in a row then the bowling ball doesn't come back up the return for 3 turns. awful place, no one at the front to when there was an issue. would rate lower if I could. very crowded in between lanes awful food. read more

Service was slower...prices were outrages and they were supposed to have one side with lights off and one with lights on but they had a scheduling issue and wouldn't refund our money once we learned we would have to bowl in the dark...just not a great experience read more

Had a great time yesterday with a reserved bowling time. Food was excellent - we got the appetizer platter. As were our drinks. Great service from the wait staff who brought our food/drinks right to our table. Not the newest or cleanest facility but bathrooms were nice. Our computer/score tracker kept messing up and counting scores wrong based off how many pins went down.. didn't happen til our 4/4 game so we weren't too upset because we were just having fun at that point. Great place to visit. Took the kids in and was greeted even though was busy. Counter person was friendly with us due to needing with the scoring and needing a ramp for my daughter. Food service was good and drinks came right away. The manager came by the table to check in on our experience was great ful with that. I personally would recommend trying out this place. read more

This is literally the WORST bowling alley I have ever bowled at. They are charging 5.70 per game during the week. They have no signs showing their prices, and the employee had a hard time articulating if there are ever any better deals/prices. Apparently maybe a 20 cent savings per game if bowling earlier in the day. Wow. 2-3 dollars MORE per game than most other bowling alleys in West MI. On top of that, they are charging a 34 cent covid admin fee on top of that. What a joke. The place is old, dinghy and not even very clean. Price aside, the lane I bowled on seemed warped. Further, they shut my screen and score off literally the moment after my ball hit the pins in the 10th Frame of my last game. I COULDN'T EVEN SEE MY SCORE BECAUSE THEY SHUT IT OFF IMMEDIATELY. I had to go ask what my score was. Couldn't take a pic of it or anything. They had a whole row of lanes open, and yet they put some new bowlers literally on the lane right next to me near when I was finishing, when no one else was even around. Lunacy. I couldn't sit and relax for a moment after my game because some people wanted to come right up next to me to start their games, and the controller for 2 lanes are attached and so close to where I sat. Avoid this place. They deserve no business. read more

This is the second time this year we came here to bowl with the kids. It didn't disappoint us. I brought two of my friends and their kids to join us. They had a wonderful time. The staffs are very nice in helping us set up with 6 kids. She even gave a free game and shoes to my friend so that she can bowl with us too. Kids can't wait to come back here again. read more

horrible! waited for a half an hour on empty lanes. was not made aware that they charge PER PERSON + SHOES. the service was terrible, rolling eyes, sarcastic comments, and very slow delivery. they charged me for things not listed under any price, and when brought up they tried to GASLIGHT ME! saying I should've known, the waitress shrugged her shoulders when I asked why something was charged then said "you should have guessed that it would be charged." complete money steal. lost $80 for mediocre food and 1game of bowling. read more

Overall, I feel like the entire place is under managed. There was one person managing the bar for the entire night. It took about 20 minutes to get one drink. Food took and hour to receive and after an hour, they told us they had burnt it and needed to remake it. The bathrooms are extremely dirty, I would be hard pressed to give an idea of when they looked like they were cleaned last. Before leaving, a very drunk "regular" who apparently is on a league at this facility came over and yelled belligerently at us for some reason?? Definitely would not recommend this bowling alley over others in the area. read more

I go here often because it is so close to where I live. Prices are much higher than other bowling alleys I've been to. Other than that I've had some pretty good experiences up until today. My friend and I, young college students, went for college night. It was 8:40 and the college night was supposed to start at 9. We could see that the lanes were full with league players. So we waited at the counter for someone to let us know when a lane was available. The man, who looked to be the manager, looked at us and barked that a lane wouldn't be available until 9:30. Confused, my friend said "oh I thought college night starts at 9". The man RUDELY snarked back "yeah, and the lanes are full until 9:30". Immediately we left because of how the man responded to us. I will now be looking out for another bowling alley in my area. read more

I've never been to a bowling alley with worse service. We were waiting on a server for over a game and a half, and my wife even went to the counter to ask for one. Still no server. And they weren't busy... there were 5 employees, one working the front counter and four servers. They were all talking behind the counter ignoring the family waiting to check in. I even made eye contact with our server who proceeded to look away and continue her conversation. Beyond disappointed. Update... they couldn't pull up our check at the food counter. We had to go up to the front desk again, after we had already paid for bowling, and have a manager figure out our bill... they have a serious management issue, or lack of. read more

My friends and I tried to enjoy 2 games of bowling but we were unable to do so because of this very rude employee. We got through 6 frames when this very rude man standing at 6'4" and a full beard yelled at us stating, "all of you kids need to keep your masks above your face, you guys do not care about covid!" Little did the rude man know that both of my grandparents passed away from the virus, this man was in no place to say this. He also said this was our last warning otherwise he would kick us out, long story short he kicked us out even though we were all very diligent in our mask wearing since we all did not want to be kicked out of a BOWLING ALLEY. I am planning on playing against a friend in bowling so I went here to practice by myself for a couple hours, after a while they informed me that my games that I was playing through in 15 minutes each were costing me $5.99 each and I racked up a bill of more than $70 in roughly 2 hours. I know it's on me to look at the price before starting to play but Jesus Christ I didn't imagine it could be THAT bad. I came in with my family and friends on a Friday and it could not have gone any better. The staff was so friendly and made me feel like family. The glow light where so cool, my kids loved it!!!! Whenever we had a issue or needed something the manager was all on top of it and 100% invested. Definitely coming back!! read more

It's just a bowling alley. It seemed a little dirty but you can't really have high standards when you're going bowling. We took the kids there in the afternoon for 1 game. It was fun, but the lane we were on sent all of the slow-rollers to the right. There was also a pin sitting in the right gutter of our lane. This didn't impact our game because we had bumpers up for the kids but I took it as an indication for how well they maintain their lanes. read more

The facilities were very nice, but then comes a kicker. When I went there where music video playing. I love music, but these were completely inappropriate. When I brought it up the manager was indifferent. She reasoned it was only during the later part of the day. I can't in good conscience support a business which has nudity and sexual immorality displayed at any time of day. I wouldn't even want my kids - in the event I had kids because I'm still in college - to go there any time of day, should they get used to the place and become exposed to that. I will respectfully take my business elsewhere, where common decency is upheld. I'm only twenty years old but I know this is NOT ok. We all know it. Nice friendly place. I went during a non league time with my son and it was very family friendly. $14/person for 2 hours seemed good.

Great ambience in this establishment, reasonable and polite staff, and good old fashioned bowling. We had a couple technical issues, but the staff helped us work the kinks out and compensated us for the one that we could not bowl because of maintenance issues. Would definitely go back. read more
