The scheduling coordinator (Catherine) reached out to me soon as I designated them as my desired shop from the insurance company's database. The initial assessment (Robert/Vartan) were professional accompanied by explanation of the process and estimated repair time. All throughout the repair process, I received multiple updates both from the scheduling coordinator and the automated system. In the end, the car was done ahead of schedule. The paint matching was spot on from what I can tell. Everyone in the office was professional, friendly, and most of all, they took care of all the paper work and back-and-forth with at-fault party's insurance company so I didn't have to do anything other than picking up the car. I didn't pay for a detailing, and they never mentioned doing one, but it definitely looked like they had detailed it. The exterior was spotless, and the interior looked freshly cleaned as well. It was a really nice touch. The entire process took about a week, which felt very reasonable given the quality of the work.
