Would recommend this body shop! Just picked up my decklid + wing today from them. Dropped off 5 days ago and done! Paint matched Good Quality Paint + Customer Service! Thank boss PJ and Long. Would DEFINITELY come back again!

Thanks a lot to Patrick Toledo and staff of DTM Autobody for the high quality work that was done in the roof of my Matrix with some extra work on my car.The price I paid was very affordable, customer service is excellent.I highly recommend this shop.

I came to DTM with hopes of getting my 1990 Mazda RX-7 back to its original glory. I'm the 3rd owner, and over the years the car has become quite the collector vehicle, and accumulated its share of dings and paint chipping. Long and his team were super patient and communicative with me throughout the entire process, helping to answer any questions I had from small to big. I even asked how they remove the fasteners to make sure they try not to break them as much as possible. I'm happy to say I have my car back, and I couldn't be happier with the work. I cry a tear of joy every time I see it. A huge thank you to Long and the team for everything. It's really brought a lot of joy to me for completing this project.

Over spray on bolts, peeling and orange peel. DTM QUALITY.

THE WORST BODY SHOP I HAVE EVER USED IN MY ENTIRE LIFE. I left my car to get fixed back in 2013, it was stripped and had extensive modifications done it. They would work on it when they felt like it, then store in their yard until they felt like working on it. This went on for 10 years. I am partially to blame as I allowed this behavior to go on. I regret being too patient and lenient. I finally received the vehicle "finished" back in 2019. The car was far from "finished" and was riddled with imperfections: paint chips, orange peel, drips, hazing, over-spray ... you name it, it was there. By this time, DTM was under new ownership, Patrick Toledo. He offered to make it right, although corrections were made, the car is still riddled with imperfections and the paint is now starting to peel. I went back to have them make it right and Patrick closed the door on me like I was a leper in Biblical times. I have attached pictures of all idiocy in action to show what I mean along with an e-mail I sent to Patrick and a reply of rejection. If you are seriously considering having your car go here and you do not heed this warning, you deserve what they will give you 10 fold. While Long did his best to make it right, things never were rectified to 100% satisfaction, something would always happen. I cannot even begin to tell you how many parts were lost. DO NOT GIVE THEM PARTS UNLESS NECESSARY, THEY WILL MISPLACE THEM. If it wasn't for Long, Patrick would have given me the boot a long time ago. They ripped me off and ruined my project and misplaced parts and made me lose a lot of money! And while Patrick might jump in here to make his business look good, I always had faith in their work until it started peeling like others have complained. YOU HAVE BEEN WARNED. LIKE PUBLIC ENEMY SAID: DON'T BELIEVE THE HYPE!

Close, but there is definitely a difference. I knew it wasn't going to be spot on, but I expected a better match

From start to finish, I definitely did not have a good experience. To begin, the lady at the front desk (who sits to the left after walking in) had a slight attitude during the entire time I was there. From the customer service to the clarity and transparency of the job I was going to get done, I was honestly unsatisfied. After asking most of the questions since I wasn't really being told much, I left without a solidified ETA -- only what was told to me over the phone when making my appointment (which I was told that Friday, with the day I visited being Monday). I forgot to ask for an ETA after I dropped off the car because I was so lost in being unsatisfied. Friday comes and it was ME who had to reach out for an update, because I've heard nothing up to this point, to find out my car won't be ready until the Wednesday of the following week. Mind you, the only thing I had to get done was to paint my front bumper and to install it. I can imagine them being busy, so I didn't complain and just let it be, for them to keep my car for 1 1/2 weeks to paint the front bumper. Comes the following Wednesday, I call DTM for an update on the car and a gentleman (the owner of the shop, if I'm not mistaken) answers and tells me that my car has been ready since the day before (Tuesday) and was a little confused on why I wasn't reached out to. Not minding that, he said he'll get the car washed and ready for pick up. I honestly had better customer service with the owner in that short phone call than I've had throughout the 1 1/2 weeks I've been in contact with the front representatives. I get to DTM, pay what I was charged (which after reaching out to others, I was a bit overcharged compared to other shops), and pick up my car. The other gentlemen in the front office helped me get the keys to my car. As I was given the keys and the gentlemen was walking back into his office, I asked him for my OEM front bumper with my license plate, and he said, "oh, yeah I'll get that for you." Them forgetting to give me back my front bumper was the cherry on the top of a bad experience. Beside my bad experience with their customer service, I still wouldn't recommend this place based on their prices compared to the quality of work. Attached is a photo of my painted front bumper to my OEM fenders. As stated on the picture caption, I knew it wasn't going to be perfect, but I definitely expected a better job. I don't usually write Yelp reviews often, but I felt the need to compose this one compared to everyone else's five-star experience.

    the "small scrape and dent"

I have a r33 skyline GTR, which is semi rare car in the US. I wanted to restore the car back to 100%, so I brought the car to DTM. When I walked in the office, no one looked up to greet me. I was asked if I had an appointment, which I did. But the employee I had an appt with was not in. Long the manager took over when he finished his work, and when he walked out and saw the car he would be working on, his demeanor towards me completely changed. He got friendlier, offered me a tour of the facility etc. Said the work would take about a month, and that was that. About a month later, Long called me for an update. we went back n forth about how it was going, which seemed to be good. At the end of the conversation, he informed me they needed to back the car out of a stall, and the employee turned out to be not comfortable with right hand drive cars. (import) The employee had backed the car into a wall, and made a "small scrape and dent". This turned out to not be true, see pics below, and left a two ft. gash in the car. Long said the car would be repaired, and he would even paint half my car. This was unacceptable because the car would not match, and I had to fight to have the entire car repainted correctly. But the work was done, accidents happen, and I thought we could move on on good terms. The day I was supposed to pick the car up after it was repaired two months later, I paid my bill, took my keys and headed out the door. 5 min into my drive on the 60 freeway, I heard a noise, steering wheel shuddered, front of the car dropped, lost almost all steering and braking. I narrowly got my car to the side of the road. DTM had not tightened the lug nuts on my front left wheel. Only one lug nut barely threaded was left. My Brake rotor was grinding into my wheel (only thing keeping my wheel from coming off.) Not only could this have totaled my car, could have easily KILLED me. DTM said things like this have never happened. But it happened to my rare car twice in a row. I had to fight DTM tooth and nail to have my car come out somewhat in the same condition that it went in. Although the work I came in for was completed satisfactorily, my car has left the shop in a worse condition then when I brought the car in, and I am still waiting on a replacement wheel from the one they damaged. If you feel like gambling with your car, or your life, this may be the shop for you. But I would suggest doing a bit more research and taking your car somewhere it gets the attention and detail it deserves. I will absolutely never use DTM again.

Absolutely the best in the game, have taken multiple cars of mine here and they always exceed my expectations, definitely recommend to anyone specially if you are a car enthusiast!

White scuffs on the carbon spoiler. And clear coat peeling in the corners. You can disassemble the spoiler and they didn't..

Please read this! As spending 5 minutes could save you a lot more time than investing in your pride and joy with these chumps. The worst service I have ever received. A facade of professionalism, poor quality control and inconsistencies in their services. My reverse synchro is now garbage after picking it up from that shop and I had a fresh rebuild in the transmission 3k miles. Bondo inside of every door. I went for corrections and it was lousy making my spoiler worse and taking a rattle can to clear up the primer over spray in the under carriage. Recently my front bumper paint cracked going up a driveway. Don't give them any form of payment until you are satisfied and DO NOT TRUST THEM!

    Keara L.

When it's only about the hype. The paint that gets put on your car will come off with tape. I'm tired of driving back and forth. Just take your parts else where.

Unless you're getting prepared for SEMA and dropping tens of thousands of dollars, this place will gouge you for subpar work. I was referred to this shop by Kies Motorsport (formerly Pro Auto Motion) to install and paint their body kit, which looked good at first. However, after about 6 months I started to see the paint peeling away (literally) like a wrap, and every rock ships would reveal the raw bumper material. That means the original material wasn't scuffed and properly prepped so the paint wouldn't adhere; clearly, a primer wasn't used since you can see straight through once A layer is damaged. I'm just so disappointed especially now that I have to spend more money to get it properly fixed.

Ten Years Reunion In…read more2015, I had a great experience when I brought my 2014 Black Sienna for repair due to an accident. The staffs were professional and friendly, the services were of high quality, and best of all I felt welcome. I left a very positive Yelp review for that incident. I stated I would come to Longo Collision Repair Center should my car need repair in the future. True to my words, I once again brought in the same vehicle for repair due to an accident in March 2026. Ten years past and I still have good memories of my interactions. I came back and honestly not sure of what to expect since it has been so long ago (Longo?). The Visit I drove into the customer entrance building and was greeted by Vic, an elder gentlemen. He was very helpful in answering my questions and guided me through the process since we were going through third party insurance. I called the third party adjuster and gave the phone to Vic who then arranged everything for me. Thank you Vic for making the situation less stressful. After dropping off my car, I headed to the reception area to sign some paperwork. I was hoping to see LaKisha again. She was the friendly smiling receptionist the last time I was there. Sadly, ten years is a long time and seems she has moved on. No LaKisha to help with paperwork. In her place is a young man by the name of Danny. He has a friendly smile and an approachable demeanor. He processed all the paperwork in a very quick time which I appreciated. He offered me donuts, coffee, and water to which I was directed to the lobby. Yes, these were the same refreshments then years ago (to be clear, they were same type of foods and drinks and not the same ones). While in the lobby, I went to the Enterprise car rental. Yes, it was conveniently located on the spot with the office in the lobby. Robert, the Enterprise customer service representative, expeditiously took care of the rental. I drove off in a brand new 2026 lipstick red Camry SE HEV with only 100 miles odometer reading. The car saved a lot of gas per milage which alleviated my wallet, especially with the Iran war going on. Once home, I looked over the paperwork. And behold who I saw was assigned to be the estimator...LaKisha (LaKisha Gordon to be exact). Yes, the same...the one and only receptionist who greeted me by my name with a smile ten years ago. Looking at her business card attached to the paper, there's a photo of her still exuding the same welcoming smile. A warmth smile etched across my face realizing she is now overseeing my claim. I had total confident my car and I are in good hands. She kept me updates throughout the process and informed of any changes along the way. When I call with questions, she was always there. Another estimator who is part of my claim is Gregory Martinez. It seems there's a team taking care of my vehicle. I was told Gregory deals with the insurance about parts and repair. He was adamant about getting the best parts for job. I received calls from Gregory frequently for updates about his interactions with the insurance and the cost of repair. Gregory always spoke professionally with the matter-of-fact tone. He informed me that the damaged fuel door was not covered since it was not related to the accident. It will come out of my pocket to have it repairs should I choose to. I declined and that was it. There was no hassle or pushing me to go against my decision. I felt my wish is respected. The Result After about a month, my car is ready to be picked up. I arrived at the lobby and was greeted by Danny...still smiling. He had me signed a paper and that was it. Quick and easy. I was ecstatic to see LaKisha in person after 10 years. She gave me a hug and for a moment I forgot about my vehicle. We went to inspect my finished car. It looked great like brand new. The color is smooth and shiny. The trim matches. I was happy once again. Then LaKisha pointed to the fuel door and reiterated it was not covered by the insurance. But they, Longo Collision Repair Center, took care of it "out of good will." I was informed that Gregory had to persuade upper manager to replace the fuel door for me pro bono. I was already happy and satisfied seeing my car all fixed again but the add-on of the fuel door was icing on the cake. Overall I am amazed but not surprise with professionalism of the staffs and the quality of services at Longo Collision Repair Center. Ten years has gone by, my car still held up from the last repair job, new staffs are still as welcoming and friendly, and the workmanships are still consistent and reputable. Thank you to all those I have mentioned and to all the employees who had done a tremendous hands-on labor making my car new again. In this uneventful incident, you stand out as the silver lining.
