my hair extensions started falling the next day and a lot of hair keeps coming off. She did a "fast method" bonding a bunch of hair at the same time and then putting it on my hair to finish faster. I can not even run my fingers or brush my hair for the extensions to come off. i sent her a lot of messages telling her if she could fix her work since it only had been like one or two days and she told me she could only send me a 100dll refund and negleted fixing the bad work she did. To top it off ive been waiting for the 100 dll refund for 3 days i have texted her various times and she ignores my messeges. Since the beginning, she was polite and courteous. She replied super quick and got me in within the same week. Once I arrived for my appointment, i instantly fell in love with her studio. Let me say one thing! Her work isn't bad and reasonable as we'll! I started going to her since 2020 March, she's nice and her work is good. We had a great bond together every time I would drive from the San Fernando valley to get her services done at the time! She was nice in the beginning and always took care of my hair needs! I started noticing she was changing as time went by, she came to my place twice but charged a service fee which is good for me! The last time she came to my place she did a good job with extensions all though she came to me I noticed towards the end she was rushing me to leave because she had to drive back to riverside! I didn't care! This year 2022 I was talking to her back in March to set up an appointment for reinstall, I mention to her I needed the 19th or 20th of March or so which was a Saturday or maybe Sunday before my birthday event! We planned it out and everything was cool! She has a neighbor who does eyebrows and other services where her studio is at! I was also looking to get services with her while I was out there for brows! We keep goin back in fourth with her friend about times and dates ! For some reason there was a misunderstanding between all of us on times And I think when AMG hair Extensions sent me my appointment for her! It had the date of March 11th rather! I didn't notice which was my fault too, so I agreed to the appointment thinking it was the date me and her talked about since she is really good when booking! I think also she was trying to give me her aunts appointment for the eyebrows so I can do everything that day and go back home which is about 1 hour 45 minutes! So, the appointment day came! She sent me a text saying if I was on my way and she was ready for me! When I looked at the date , I was like s**wait there's something wrong here! So I texted her back and told her the dates was wrong it was supposed to be March 19 or so! She then got mad and text back saying I was waisting her time and because of me she was going to lose money because I wasn't coming! I try to explain to her that it was all a misunderstanding between us! I even said sorry to her and said yes it was my fault as well for not checking before confirming! She completely ignored me! I then sent her another DM to apologize later that afternoon! Again no reply! I even sent her a text explaining again! It was a misunderstanding and I was sorry but I still wanted her services if we can! Nothing or not even a no thank you! So, as a client I did my part to apologize for an accident that was never attended to do! I respect her for her hard work because she does hustle hard and the work is not bad at all! But I have a business as we'll! I also have stuff like this happening to me! I don't ignore my clients because at the end of the day! It's what pays my bills and mortgage! I try to make the situation better and if I know the client has never done anything wrong in the past and only this one thing! I would not IGNORE but fix the matter! That's my sense of humor! With her, I guess it's the money and time which I respect! But again I was a loyal client to her for 2 years! And even supporting her friend who has her salón in riverside! Who she recommended me for hair coloring and back up for hair extensions! So, till this day I keep going to salon for hair since they are nice family owned people! But it is what it is! I'm not here to say her buisness sucks, because it doesn't ! Just the way she treated me was a no no! I did my part to apologize and still came back to text and nothing!!! But it's all good! Just remember I was loyal to you from day one and always keeped it 100 as we'll! Some people don't know how to deal with issue's! As a business if your client does this repetitively, then yes! I understand why you would ignore! But a simple text back would've been nice don't you think!!!!! And please don't come back saying you gave me good prices because I see you said that to everyone! And!!!! Before I get off ! Because i know you put people on blast when they say the truth about your services if they bad!!! One time!!!! Because you offered me payment plan because you was slow to get me in! Which I said ok! But don't come saying stuff about that! Because Im quick to correct you! Anywhooo! On December 29,2022 I decided to trust & get my hair done by Arianna Gonzales who seem to know exactly what she was doing when explaining the process and how the Itip extensions work. Once I got to her business one she didnt let me know she was already working on someone else hair so i had to wait which wasn't a problem although she stated she was free that day & at that hr. Everything was going OK until she started taking out beers out of her refrigerator and drinking them knowing she doesn't have a permit to consume alcohol in her place of business but again Its her business & i didnt say anything about it, she proceeded to do my hair as well she was smoking wax (weed) and had no shame asking to take a hit from my pen again I have no problem with her doing these things as I smoke myself but you figured she's working so she will carry her self a little more professional, the whole time she was speaking about half of her family how her sister doesn't pay for anything how she's tired of her husband, and how she be seeing other men at her work place along with her lash tech knowing all of this information as she continues to gossip about her family and the MULTIPLE men she messes with & brings to her work place & has sexual intercourse with them where WE sit for our hair to get done after her clients go home because she has this spectacular view, When she finished with my hair I absolutely loved it until I went home and started having problems when trying to lift my hair up and I started to have pain. I didn't say anything due to the fact that I do not like to complain she was talking about how hair revolution was her competition and quite frankly at this point i DONT think she has any competition at all she don't know what she's doing. I woke up the next morning, I noticed a piece of extension on my bed that fell out of my hair, but still I didn't complain. In the process of getting my hair done, I also gave a down payment so that my sister could get her hair done. Once my sister came in and got her hair done my sister noticed that the hair was not matching to her hair color and right away my sister told her and let her know that she did not like her hair. She try to fix it and make it better but my sister was still not happy. My sister ended up giving her a chance because she felt bad, but still let her know that her work was not good once my sister got home she got bullied by her own kids because how bad her hair looked no matter what she did or try to do she could not fix the hair or get it to blend even when she tried curling it the hair started to melt sister has black and slightly blonde hair the ktips she install on my sister were more of a strawberry blonde pinkish color, it looked like my sister had three different colors in her hair. My sister wrote her a message the next day to explain to her that she was not happy and what can they do to fix her hair she got offensive right away and told her if she doesn't like it, she could come back in and take her hair out mind you my sister did not want to take her hair out. She just wanted her to fix it. She then proceeded and stated that she will give my sister a refund the following Friday coming up if my sister agreed to give her the hair back yes kind of weird but OK my sister then told her she will go ahead and take them out so that she can go ahead and receive her refund, my sister's hair wasn't even done for two weeks before multiple extensions started falling out leaving her with damaged hair. Arianna doesn't know how to do hair properly when gluing extensions she does messy hair parts which then later on start tugging on the extra hair strands that were mixed into the part & cause pain. My sister's hair is severely damaged from Ari. Friday comes and she sends Arianna a message basically stating that she took her hair out put it in a bag and was going to return it back to her & when was she going to received her refund she has not heard back from Ariana since she was supposed to get the refund. My sister has reached out multiple times to her on her business page,personal page & on tiktok. She ended up blocking not just my sister but myself as well &my younger sister. Keep in mind during my sister's apt she was also complaining about her personal life and how she is tired of her stepdaughter not being a mom and her always having to take care of her stepdaughter's child because all her stepdaughter does is party and leave her child behind which her husband the girls dad is also upset about Arianna is very unprofessional as I was searching more about her business,I notice she is not licensed and her LLC is not even valid to do hair, she's supposed to be just teaching not doing hair reasons why you cant find her on Afterpay. She claims to be the Mercedes of hair but clearly she's nowhere near that title she was also claiming to be broke & thats why she couldnt issue the refund right away. I should've read reviews before i went in. I'm writing another review since she removed my previous one. To begin with , my hair was totally unmatched. I let her know & she added itips to "fix it" & i let her know then & there & she said i had to wash it & it would look good after & it did not. I couldn't even stick my fingers thru my hair & i then got tension bumps. The hair quality was so bad i would run my fingers thru the ends & chunks would fall off she claimed this was "normal" If you're getting hair extensions, they should not cut YOUR hair to blend. she proceeded to cut my hair because it was "dead" & not blending in with the extension. I have tried to get a refund for 5 months & have not been able to get anything. I have messaged her several times & she has never answered any message. I have showed up to her office & she chooses not to open up her door. I had the hair on for 3 days & then paid a better place to get it taken off & redone. I also offered her to return her hair. She is an absolute scam artist. She installed horrible quality hair and at least 10 of my extensions have fallen out within a month. My hair looks disgusting, Im constantly putting it up trying to hide it. I drove hours to go to her and it was the worst mistake I have made. I contacted her very nicely about the issues and she never replied then blocked me from her story! She is so unprofessional! She also talked HORRIBLY about HER clients as well as other stylists the entire appointment. I just wanted my hair fixed and she still wont reply. I asked for a refund and still no reply.
