I gave her the benefit of the doubt and wanted to give her another shot in fixing my hair and I am very disappointed because I recently contacted her again to do roots and try to lighten my hair again and my txt have been ignored three times. Because of this had to go with someone else who had to do a color correction and was able to get it done the first time. She was also always late to appointments, one of my last visits had to wait over 30 minutes for her.

She was very thorough during the consultation to make sure I understand what she is about to do and that I also get what I came in for. My original hair was highlighted (super bleached/ashy) and had a bad layered cut (turns out I had a mullet I wasn't aware of lol). I wanted to return to my natural color and also get a cut to even out my layers. Within two hours, Hanh achieved the color and cut seamlessly through proper and detailed steps to repair my damaged hair. My experience with her was fantastic. She is so bubbly and fun to talk to and she is an expert in her field. I have never learned so much about hair ever in my life! Even for styling, she gave so many tips.
