Wood didn't burn well, and I was pretty disappointed. Fast forward to this winter when I ran low and again my normal firewood supplier was unavailable. Decided to give Mass Mulch another shot. Got it delivered, and didn't touch it for a month while I burned what I had left. Again wood isn't burning well. Seems like there's a lot of moisture still in the wood. Tough to get going, and fire isn't throwing much heat at all. The ordering and delivery were excellent experiences. The quality is the reason for the low review.

It's exactly what they promised! It is what we need to store our snow blower, etc. I asked endless questions and the owner, Jon, and another employee named Lauren were incredibly patient. They answered every question within a day or less. I have had so many negative experiences with contractors, but this was a great purchase from the first email to the professional install. At one point, Jon said I could have the guy who installed our shed pad (see picture) call him if he had questions to ensure it was done properly for drainage purposes. I have never had such a positive experience with a major purchase-- of anything. I wish I needed another shed. I would buy one from them again. My suggestion is to find out exactly what you need to ensure a seamless install. They list details on their website for reference. Send them a picture and ask if it looks reasonably within their parameters. They answered every question. A good quality shed isn't cheap, but done well-- it's so worth the money. I want to add that the crew who installed the shed were incredibly professional. They showed up early. They worked diligently. They got the shed up in a very timely fashion and cleaned up better than anyone who has ever done work on our property. I highly recommend NEO and Eastern Shed who did the install. Great service. The young woman who finally came out from that back room with couches, acted like I was putting her out to ask questions. She was rude and unhelpful. I asked her where the Son impatience were in Petunia and she just pointed outside. I said " could you show me"? She seemed annoyed and took me outside and pointed to a few places and went back inside. I really hope the owner reads his reviews. I never see cars outside, and wonder if it's due to the young woman who seems to be here most of the time. I returned today to ask for the manager and she said he wouldn't be back till Monday.

I was disappointed with my experience at this local nursery. Shortly after I arrived, an employee…read morewas outside with his dog, and after I mentioned I had a dog in my car, his dog jumped up on my vehicle and interacted with my dog through the open window. Although he called his dog off, it was still an uncomfortable start. I was also told the nursery didn't open until 10:00 a.m. but since he was there I could shop, even though an open flag was displayed, which only added to the confusion. The employee's response was curt and dismissive when I tried to make friendly conversation. Once inside, nothing was priced, which made shopping difficult. The plants also looked less than desirable and overpriced for their condition. I ended up buying a planter for $47 because I felt obligated after the interaction. Foolish Me! I should have just left, but that is not how I was raised. I always try to support local small businesses. Customers should also know that paying by credit card instead of cash comes with an additional fee. When I was leaving, his dog was circling around my car which again made for an uncomfortable situation leaving. Between the unfriendly service, lack of pricing, high prices, and extra card charge, I left disappointed and will not return.

I reached out to Troy a month and half Before moving to be…read moreable to shop around and plan accordingly. We went back and forth talking several times. He asked what furniture and when I told him 1 bedroom set, 1 tv, 2 tv stands (like teacher used in middle school to roll the tv in to class) possible table and maybe another item or 2 as I was trying to move most myself so I didn't pay an arm and a leg. He asked if I had a mirror with my bedroom set, and how many boxes . I told them yes to the mirror but no to the boxes, again, saying anything I could move myself I would. He told me he was just trying to figure out how long it would take as it was based by the hour. He then did the math in his head and said it should take about 2.5 hours let's round it up to three just in case and gave me a quote of $450 equaling to 150 an hour. So if I added more things and it took more time, I would know how much more I would also have to pay. The day came the movers came two hours exactly just to get everything in the truck. 40 min to drive to new spot. Then another 2 hours 20 min. Equaling 5 hours. The two movers were bickering wither each other because all of a sudden one guy said I will jsut bring the items to this spot versus bringing them all the way up which his partner was not understanding this took longer. His "new idea"was not faster he was spending more time hanging out at the truck. The fastest that guy moved was when I finally was looking at the clock going, this is taking way too long for not that many items and started helping him move chairs myself. When they finished he said I'm going to write the bill up and in my head after hearing him say what a big house I thought he might try to charge more but I did not expect this much more. As soon as he said " I took the mirror fee off, don't telll Troy " I knew he was bs me. Stating what a big house then thinking he could charge whatever is beyond rude but it's Troy's company and I had spoken with Troy. I was not going to debate with these two guys who were clearly doing what they knew was wrong. Mind you they chipped the new door frame and knew they did and didn't say a word. I waited to see and nothing. When Troy asked about my mirror he didn't say anything about a mirror fee, he just explained the insurance coverage on certain items. Five hours at $150 equals $750 right? Nope apparently it was a whole new hourly now. The "big house " meant the hourly went up. 5 hours cost $1,083. $633 dollars more than the original $450 and $333 dollars more than the $150 and hour I was quoted. Who would have even carried that much after being quote more then half of what they charged afterwards. I gave them money that was to rent the U-Haul I needed to move the rest of my items which is more then what they moved. I called Troy the following day I hopes to clear things up, get a portion of my money back for being charged incorrectly as well as damaging thw new door frame as when we first talked he gave me his spheal about how long he's been in the buisness and how he did things the right way. Apparently that was just a line kinda like his quote was. Jsut a way to get you to use his company and then up charge whatever they decide that day afterwards of course. If you want a quote don't bother going to them, it's not a quote clearly. Make sure to carry more than half of what he discusses because they could change the hourly rate at anytime making the whole point of talking prior to that pointless. Doubt he'll reach out to give me my $273 extra back let alone care about the damaged door frame. They can't say it wasn't what I was quoted because $195 which was the upgraded price would still not equal the $450 discussed and 3 hours. The math is not matching. Not worth the money spent when you never planned on having to pay that. Funniest part is I told him I read a review about a lady saying she was charged these things afterwards and he said no way could it have been me, I would not change it after the fact I would've have ate the cost cuz I keep my word, he stated she must've been talking about another company. Now I know she wasn't, because the same thing happened to me. Don't believe his lies just like his quotes. Better off getting a couple guys from U-Haul app at least you pay prior so you can't be charged more afterwards. Good luck to those moving, if only everything wasn't a scam now days.

His guys showed up and carefully moved most of my furniture. They even helped with a broken uhaul truck. They stored all my stuff overnight and showed up the next day and carefully unpacked and set everything up on a cold rainy January. Great people to work with.

We have been using Acre Shaper for over 15 years for our yard maintenance and snow plowing. there has never once been a time when we have not been happy with their visit. John and his crews are attentive, hard working and reasonable. I can't imagine using anyone else!
