BEWARE - IF I COULD RATE 0 STARS I WOULD. Please if you love your pet do not take them here. I decided to take my dog here and it was the worst mistake I could have made. When I picked up my dog after a simple bathe/groom/and nail cut when I arrived they enformed me his dewclaw was bleeding still from an "accident" I was very confused and before I could say anything she rushed me to pay so she could get to the next customer.. so I paid them their damn money and left but with futher inspecting my dog in the car.. this is where i was vivid.. he had multipule nicks and cuts all over him.. one of his ears the bottom was snipped.. then he had many nicks on this neck and under belly.. and his dewclaw was worse then she said.. This is unacceptable.. my dog is seriously the sweetest thing, my dog is my everything and to see him in this shape.. breaks my heart.. who knows what they do behind close doors.. this is a place just in for the money, they have no regards for your beloved pup at all.. Please I warn do not take your dog here there is no compassion here at all for youre dog.. here its how I can I get this dog done and out of the way so I can get another one in here.. MONEY MONEY MONEY is all they are into, they could give a crap about youre dog and how they treat them. This place makes me sick.. from my dogs groom it looks like it was done by a blind person.. so many nicks so many dried blood cuts... You can tell that the person giving my dog his cut was rushed and not cared for at all. So upset with this place.. I can go on forever about all the things wrong with this place but I just warn please do not give this place you're business by taking your pup here. read more

I have taken my big fur baby to different groomers. Ami has by far been my go-to. Rocko can be a handful but they seam to be very patient and show they care for him. They have watched him grow and always do a great job with his ears and nails. I definitely recommend this groomer. read more

We took our West Highland Terrier for a groom today. I messaged them via Yelp at 630 am and I got a response by 7 am telling me that I could take him in anytime today. I thought that was awesome since other places I messaged didn't response. The lady that checked me in was very nice. They called me within the time frame they told me for pick up. Came to clip my senior cat's overgrown claws. In and out in five minutes and now I have a happy cat.

They do an amazing job. Always so friendly and also has quick service. All the dogs are in plane sight so u can see how they are treated. They take dogs late Into the day and call u when they are done rather than keep them in the kennel all day. They even have a play area for the dogs. Prices are reasonable however I disagree that my 10lbs poodle is categorized as medium. I was thinking small. Anyhow This is my go to spot. read more

I always bring my precious Mochi here she's getting up there in age and has these 2 tiny rando growths that are benign but will bleed if broken, and Ami Pet grooming is always super gentle without me even having to point them out. Just want to say thank you again to ami and ana for the good job they did to this little dog I found at the Arco gas station on the corner of imperial hwy and Carmenita about a week ago. I started taking my 2 dogs to them about 3 months ago and thought since they did such a good job on my dogs and were inexpensive, I would take this dog to them cause this dog was a mess. We are talking fleas, dirt, matted, etc. Low and behold, when I went to pick him up, ami told me there was no charge since I did a good deed she would continue it. God bless them and if I could give them a rating of a 100 for good job and compassion for animals I would. Take your dog or cat to them, you will not regret it. Ami pet grooming has been a great groomer to all 4 of my small babies . I do have one that requires a lot of attention and ami is great to give that to him. She allows him to stretch out in the area that is safe for him. She calls me right away when they are done per. My request because I know of my lil boy has anxiety separation issues. Ami thank you always ready to do my lil 4 legged family and my pets Lov her that means the most to me. It helps that she has a discount day for multiple pets, helps when you have many,lol.
