I understand sometimes you are training people, but sending them alone wasn't a good option the second time. They would leave grass longer. I tried to understand this as to try to hide patches (because of dog). But once they left the door open and my dog ran away. They tried doing the job quickly to go which resulted in a low maintenance :( Other times they would just cut the lawn and not trim bushes. I have to say flowers blossomed pretty nice! We also aired grass a couple of times, and rang him for a step which was left uneven...
