We found Richard to be a consummate professional from the beginning and throughout the entire process. He worked with us to understand the design aesthetic we were looking to achieve, and helped us choose wood and finishes which would most effectively complement the design. Once the design was chosen and the construction began (off site at Richard's workshop), Richard was excellent at keeping us updated as to how the project was proceeding and what our timetable was looking like. They were completed as promised -- actually a bit before the date that was planned. We were very pleased with the results -- excellent construction and nicely finished.
