I did find the button so all good. When you arrive at Sew N So they have a sign on the door stating they are going on vacation next week and not taking any new orders. I was disappointed naturally but I chose to speak to the supervisor, owner or manager on duty they were able to assist me and take my sweater. My sweater will be ready for pick up hopefully before they go on vacation this month. People be aware and prepared. Their prices are reasonably and they only accept cash payments last time I checked. It's worth the visit and wait.

I chose Gili's and took my dress here. I don't know what about me that made her think have money to spare (I don't!), but as she was writing my bill, midway through writing the 5, she turned it into an 8!!! See attached picture. When I told her that she quoted me that it would be $20-$25, she told me that labor would be $15/hour plus supplies and things. I told her the dress itself was from Ross and cost $16, so what she was charging me was almost double the price of the dress! Either way, I understood and let her do the trim. When I went to pick up the dress, I asked her how long it took to trim it and she said about 45 minutes. What was all that BS about $15 an hour labor??? As if that wasn't a slap in the face enough, the dress was still too long and touched the floor even with shoes on! So I had to wait even longer for her to do it again. This was not fair to me and I feel like I got taken advantage of. I will be warning everyone not to go here ever!

I had no clue what I wanted, but as she helped me in and out of each dress with perfect patience... She gave me more than a vision for my dress, but a confidence and support that made me feel as beautiful as the dresses themselves. All items were done just as requested and I was especially impressed with how well they repaired the shorts! All were done within 48 hours, just in time for our trip, with a total cost of $40. Other reviews commented on the rude customer service. One of the workers was definitely lacking in customer service but the other two were friendly. What matters most of that work done was excellent quality.

I lost very much weight and the blazer was like new but very very big on me. She told me it would cost me to much money due to so much work and alterations needed. She did the initially pinning and then I asked for extras here and there to make it fit my body how I wanted. When it came to my husband's suit, he did his pants, shirt, jacket & vest. His alterations did cost a little bit more than my wedding dress, which is the only reason I brought my rating down just a bit.
