As you would expect from the name this place has a LA flair and the proprietor advised he started cooking his version of "Louisiana cuisine" so that he could gain entry into the many festivals that are held in the Tri-City area as he pretty much is the only vendor offering "Louisiana cuisine". While we were chatting and enjoying a beverage or 3 had several couples stop in from the land side (as opposed to the water side) and sit down for a meal.
