She pushd all her alternative meds on him. Had him on numerous supplements. Had him take all this extensive blood work for food sensitivities and allergies. You know what test she SHOULD HAVE ordered? A colocoscopy. 10 years and she NEVER ordered a colonoscopy. My dad died a year after his stage 4 colorectal cancer diagnosis. Had he been diagnosed years earlier when the symptoms first began he woukd have been in early stages. So NO I DO NOT recommend Amy Sparks.

Actually 3. Ok to get in you need to pay $1000 fee for the year. Not covered by insurance. I did not pay this but offered $250 to try for 3 months. Now we get into the Dr Sparks experience. Odd. She has absolutely no eye contact with you. She sits and taps away at her laptop and asks a lot of stomach questions. No exam. She just tapped away. My 17 year old daughter was with me that day and asked me what was wrong with her. Then dr Sparks gave me a list of 9 items she wanted me to go buy from her receptionist. A bunch of private labeled stuff you don't know really what it does. That was $600. I did not purchase as I'm pretty on top of supplements and this made no sense to me. She wanted to see me back as she was very worried about toxins and mercury in my body. Found this odd---again no exam no blood tests so how could she come up with a protocol like this? Anyway I then talked to my friend who had half heartedly recommended her who informed me she'd dropped her as well. She found her practices suspect as well. I only returned one more time for a cough and was given to her then partner, another doctor who examined me and prescribed. Since then this doctor has left the practice and so has the PA. Don't bother with Amy Sparks. If you want supplements go see a good nutritionist like Tracy Pilipi. If you want medicine go see see a good internal medicine person or urgent care. This woman was just terrible.

The entire visit with the doctor lasted less than five minutes. I was then sent for blood work. Even though I had fasted beforehand just in case, I was told the specific test had to be completed before a certain time, so I had to schedule another appointment. When I returned for my second appointment after making another 30-minute drive, I was informed that the phlebotomist wasn't there, so I couldn't even have my blood drawn. After two disappointing visits, I decided not to return to this office. To make matters worse, I later received a bill for an additional $73. I spent over six months trying to get someone to explain why I owed more money after already paying my copay. I called weekly, left countless messages, and never received a return call. Because no one would respond, the balance was eventually sent to collections. I paid the balance just to deal with the collections issue, then disputed the charge with my bank because even they agreed the situation seemed unusual. Despite that, I am still being billed for the same charge. Once again, I spent months trying to get answers with no response. When I finally reached someone, I was essentially told that if I didn't pay, it would simply be sent to collections again. No one could actually explain why I owed the money. I no longer have the insurance I had at the time of my visit, and I was also told the doctor I originally saw doesn't even work there anymore. The lack of communication and patient care at this office is unacceptable. Ignoring patients for months while continuing to bill them and threaten collections is not how a medical practice should operate. If they put even half as much effort into helping their patients as they do collecting money, this situation could have been resolved long ago. I will never return and would not recommend this office to anyone looking for a practice that values communication, professionalism, or patient care.

I went to see Mary Nara at P-3 Medical Group for TMJ treatment. In the state of Nevada, TMJ is an…read moreinsurable medical condition. I told her that in my previous doctor's records, she would find the signed Medical Necessity Script needed for the oral surgeon and prosthodontist to file the treatment plan with Aetna. Every time I talk to her and mentioned it, she changed the subject or ignored it like it was not her problem. My lower jaw was sticking out one inch to the left and I could not eat. I went down to 92 lbs and eventually went into the hospital for failure to thrive. She asked me what I thought the problem was and I told her it was from the TMJ. It was causing so much pain that I could not open my mouth to brush my teeth or eat and the anxiety it caused was unbearable. I mentioned several times that I had two businesses, but I could work until it was fixed. The misalignment of my jaw was so severe, it knocked out almost all of my teeth which now made it a medical for dental claim. I have been permanently disabled since 2008. It took me over a year to find an oral surgeon and a prosthodontist that could repair the damage. They said it would take one year of oral surgery, and they could only replace my now damaged teeth with implants and that dentures were not an option. My oral surgeon also said that because it had not been treated, I developed Periodontal Disease and was at risk of having a stroke. Mary told me she had 1500 patients and she could not remember everything, so I was totally neglected until I almost died. I was invisible to her and everyone at P-3 Medical Group. My sister was so mad and upset that she flew to Las Vegas and called Mary as an emergency. She reminded Mary that there was a previous Medical Necessity script on file, but I needed a new one from her. I did everything on my own, which included finding the specialists that could treat my injury and getting verbal permission from Aetna to proceed with the claim. She told Mary I had to do everything on my own without her help and all I needed from her now was the Medical Necessity script so they could file the claim. Mary refused to give me a Medical Necessity Script and told me to go to the UNLV Medical Dental School. Both my sister and I hit the roof. She STILL did not understand that TMJ is an insurable medical condition. There is no way that the UNLV dental school could help me. No dentist could help me because it was a TMJ medical problem. Her neglect ruined my health and my life. It forced me to cancel all of my business clients and contracts. I am 5 foot 6 and still only 92 pounds. Complaints have been filed with Aetna who I had been working with closely on this claim. A lawsuit is pending against Mary Nara and P-3 medical group for neglect and punitive damages.

Dr. Choi has been instrumental in many aspects of my life - from making sure surgeries go well, to checking on me when I've ended up in the hospital or ICU, and he makes sure that you're well taken care of in all aspects of your wellness journey. He's by far the most understanding physician I've ever seen. Dr Choi is also compassionate, responsive, caring, and very understanding. I can tell Dr Choi any and all issues I may be having and he either finds the right treatment (while taking my opinions and concerns into consideration as well) or he knows another physician that can assist if it's not something he can immediately help with. The office staff - Laura, Natalie, Daisy, Ashely, and anyone I may have missed has also been astounding: a big shout out to Laura for being the world's best phlebotomist! I can't say enough positive things about the entire staff. They've been with me through so much, I feel like it's one big family that I'm part of. Everyone knows you there as a person rather than just a patient singing in for an appointment. Thanks to all the wonderful staff and D. Choi for the years of amazing treatment I've received. Dr. Choi will remain one of the most competent physicians in Las Vegas that I've had! Thanks so much everyone!

I thought it would eventually get better from what was a low point in 2023, but no, it absolutely got worse. Because my other provider left, I had to change but still wanted to stay for convenience. After a visit for prescription refills, one never got processed. I've left countless messages (via voicemail -because they never answer their phone- and also messaging through their sophomoric app) with 0 response so now am out of medication. When asked what can I do, Stephanie from scheduling just responded 'nothing, that I had to wait for a callback.' I'm trying to tell you no one is calling me back?!? The lack of care at this place is astounding. I also just received an incorrect referral which was supposed to be for a gastroenterologist, but instead received one for a vascular surgeon. Uhm, what?!? Attempting to pay a balance, both in office and over the phone, is a joke as well. I was told their computer system hasn't 'synced' yet with the old company and they wanted to give me a number to call for billing. Uhm, no. 1st their billing error occurred after they already moved to Intermountain and 2nd I'm not calling a separate number, if you claim I owe you money, then you contact me because after trying to give you money and you deny it, I'm not going to go above and beyond to get it rectified after it being your mistake in the first place.
