Yes price has increased but they are also updated and expanded to make the experience more pleasant which I appreciate. It being over 6 months that I last came and was pleasantly surprised. After a decade of loyalty and bringing new customers to the business, I expected at least some acknowledgment or appreciation for that support. Unfortunately, loyalty clearly doesn't seem to mean much here. To make matters worse, I no longer feel that the services justify continuing to spend my money there. Many of their facial services are very basic, and a large portion of what they offer is also regularly available through Groupon.
