I've had a few experiences where things felt a little rough, but I continued coming back because I believe one bad experience doesn't outweigh all the good ones. However, my most recent experience was disappointing. They didn't even try to clean the leftover eyebrow hairs off my face--I stood up and had them all over my face. It's the little things that make a difference, and unfortunately, I don't feel like they put in the same effort they used to. I really hope they can get back to the friendly and welcoming service they had when they first opened.

Total was $25 before tip! My old regular place now charges $50 before tip (with French tip, no callus scrub). So this price is SOOOO good. I'm no nail technician, but my toes feel refreshed and clean (to me). They offer other services that I'll have to look into, though I'll definitely be back for a pedicure!

My nails looked like wide eggs. The tech told me it was because my natural nail base is wide and that they "would've looked better longer"--something they absolutely should have advised me on before starting. Because I had my 3-year-old daughter with me (who also got a paid service), I left and called them from the car. They explicitly told me to come back and they would redo them. When I drove all the way back, they flipped the script. They refused to redo them because I left the store. I asked for a simple reshape instead; they said yes on the phone, but once I walked in, they refused again, saying it would make them look worse. It wasn't until I demanded they just take them off completely that they finally agreed to reshape them. Please look at my media. The photos show they look way better after the reshape (going from wide houses to almond), meaning they lied to me just to avoid fixing their mistake. Furthermore, the video shows the terrible application: the nails are angled upward instead of flat, and the pinky is totally crooked. It is a horrible feeling to be treated this poorly by a business you have supported for years. Never again. You first said you could redo them and then said you couldn't. Leo didn't not want to reshape them till I told him to remove them. You did absolutely nothing to help in this incident and only embarrassed me as a customer. Do not come in here talking about policy when you disrespect your clients. Shame on you for your poor response and service.

So here's some backstory I found Jennifer on a Facebook group and I booked with her on Instagram. I sent her the deposit we booked the date weeks in advance. I told her exactly what I wanted. She gave me a quote of 370 and I was very excited. It was something I want to do for myself on Mother's Day, I never had a full balayage so I was just so excited for something new. The night before the appointment which the appointment was at 8:30 AM she messaged me on Instagram at 6:30 PM hey just confirming our appointment when I booked with her she never mentioned having to send confirmation the night before anything like that I assumed the deposit was confirmation. So at 8 o'clock I see her message from 630pm night before & said yes I'll be there. I live in Garden Grove so it took me 30 minutes to get from Garden Grove to Anaheim. at 8:30 open my DM and she said I have to cancel because you never confirmed last night. I am livid because I have a very busy schedule. I'm a mom, I'm pregnant and it's hard to clear a day like this/ three weeks in advance, I had to plan this.
