I came from Texas to visit my sister, the pool and scenery are beautiful. I guess they have new maintenance staff, which means minimal pool cleaning. The pool has been packed all weekend and the last time the pool was cleaned was on Friday it's now Tuesday. We were only able to enjoy the pool once since I've been here. Smh read more

I have been living in this place for almost a year and these people refuse to keep up with my maintenance requests. I pay 2,000 a month and can not even have guests at my floor because the conditions are so bad. I lived here for a year and am a young professional that worked in administration at a hospital system in the area. I complained about the person above me getting cigarette ash all over my front porch and a mildew smell throughout the apt, both were never addressed. They charged me over $1,000 on moving out for things that were normal wear and tear (carpet) or things they decide to replace (microwave). They also charged me for smoke damage that I'm pretty sure is from the heavy smoker above me because I used a magic eraser on all the walls. The front office is very defensive and not easy to work with. My original roommate moved out and it took the front office over a month and a half to figure out the paperwork for my new roommate. I would not recommend living at Amli Lindbergh, the headache is not worth it. read more

Please for your own piece of mind... Do not move here! In just 1 week, there were 3 separate criminal acts in our community. A storage break in, a rock was thrown through our office window, and the package room was broken into with many packages stolen during the holidays. My car has been broken into multiple times in our supposedly secure parking garage and management has made zero efforts to fix any of this... other than to tell us to be vigilant. This doesn't even scratch the surface as there are also always issues with the back gate not working and the fire alarms going off constantly, even in the middle of the night. They have a ridiculous booting provider who will boot your car even if you have the tag is clearly hanging on display! I've even heard that the AMLI staff has been involved in a number of the theft and car break-ins. I've lived here for all of 10 months and would never recommend this complex to anyone. Edit: We had already gone directly to the office multiple times and we got zero support or help regarding the car being booted. We were supposed to hear back from the community manager - but never did. The response about these issues happening last year is also impossible seeing as how I've only lived here 10 months a car break-ins/vandalism and fire alarms going off happened just last month. I have been a tenant for a little over a month now since recently moving to Atlanta from New England. I was very excited to join this community as this is my first time living so far away from home, my first luxury apartment, and it felt like the right fit when choosing the best place to reside from hundreds of miles away. Overall the AMLI is a very nice neighborhood/community and the staff have all been friendly and welcoming. However, since the day I moved in I have been dealing with a roach infestation and in my opinion no serious attention has been given to me or solving this issue. The leasing office believes my moving in could have disrupted a nest, as my apartment was vacant for some time beforehand. I have been put on the pest control list week after week and the minor spraying they do is not seeming to work. I have requested a pest bomb 3 weeks ago and still have not received it. I have never even seen a roach until moving into my apartment and after thoroughly researching I am at risk of a bigger issue if this problem is not handled properly immediately. I have been extremely uncomfortable living in my own home that I am paying top dollar for. I have been very reasonable and patient but it has been over a month of dealing with this issue and it is very frustrating and disappointing. Hopefully once my situation is met with urgency and resolved I will be able to come back and leave a better rating. read more

I toured these apartments last week, and kinda liked them. When I first walked in, Madison was kinda rude and didn't want to give me a tour because I hadn't booked online (I had walked in the previous day and she didn't tell me online booking was mandatory). I ended up touring the property with Flavio, who was wonderful. They weren't perfect but it was a convenient location and I found a floor plan that worked for me. I had some issues with the site so I ended up finishing the application in-office. Past that, their communication has sucked. I've been calling almost daily asking for whatever other forms I need to fill out to be sent over and I finally got Farrah(?) on the phone today. Dumbest bitch on the planet. She kept asking me when my move-in date was and I kept giving her the same answer; as soon as possible. Apparently to her that meant in a month, further out than initially discussed. Every question I asked her had to be repeated numerous times because she kept beating around the bush and giving these weird non-answers like... Just tell me how much rent is. That's pretty pertinent information. I spent 12 minutes on the phone with this woman, and when I asked to be transferred to somebody else who understood what I was asking she refused. I asked her maybe 10x what bearing a form sent over would have on my rental- whether it would affect my approval, increase my deposit etc, and instead of answering she continually told me what information the form was asking for. It's right in front of my face and not in any way confusing. She eventually declined to answer. I'm definitely not moving into this place yikes. read more

Its summer and I have to say AMLI is starting it off right. The Pool is beautiful and very clean. I had an issue recently where I needed the help of the Property Manager, Demetria. Demetria is fast to respond to any issue you have listening with a clear head and open mind. She introduced me to the new Asst Property Manager, Yolaine. I have to say for many months I was doubtful of AMLI in itself but now that these two are in the office, things seem to be getting done and being done right. I rarely have an issue, but when I do its nice to know that Demetria and Yolaine are quick to assist, making my home life at AMLI the best it can be. With the upgrades I see around the property, the pool, the socials, etc; I believe AMLI LINDBERGH will be my home for awhile. Its nice to finally feel as if I am not just a rental payment, but a face. Thanks to Demetria and Yolaine, they make you feel like you are a part of their community, not just a person who drops off the rent. From a standpoint base solely on the apartment and staff. This place is great. The apartments are nice...the staff is friendly...the place is clean and looks very nice. The maintenance people are there to help quickly when any problems arrive. The only complaint is solely put on some of the inconsiderate tenants who don't care enough to respect the other tenants. Some folks don't clean up after themselves and others are way too loud at times. And somewhere in this building...someone...some horrible person... lets their dog use the bathroom in the hallway and they just leave it there. But again...maintenance responds pretty quick to that too. But as a whole...AMLI does everything in their power to make this place a good place to live. read more

Although I wanted to live here and the apartments are nice, their management team and rental associates do not understand or communicate the application process correctly. They will tell you all that is required to be approved is proof of income. There is no mention of checking credit or rental history until they have seen your proof of income and taken $100 for the application. All the while claiming you have been approved to rent an apartment at AMLI. I encourage everyone to please read the fine print of that 1st application before you pay the $100 or an additional $100 admin fee and a $50 processing fee, only to get denied because of a flaw on your credit or rental history. The loss is $250 and if their rental associates had been candid about what was required to be approved from the beginning, I would have never paid them the 1st $100, let alone $250. read more

Staff, facilities, etc were great, though from random conversations I was able to strike with current tenants, noise is an issue along with some near-criminal folk who are currently living there. Also found out they have reserved parking which costs extra, but also noticed there were various cars parked on levels without proper decal (so why pay if this is accepted?) Maybe recommended, though they might need to address the parking/noise issues better. read more

If I was you I will not live here. I am a current resident and I signed a lease with them but I plan to move out. 1. I was charged $75 penalty on the utility bill when I was told by the front desk itself that they are going to make an exception for me, given the Georgia power cannot transfer the utility bill without me being present in person. Now they have decided to charge me citing policy and procedures while they earlier told me they will make exception. If they would have told me earlier I would have for this transferred sooner. 2. My stuff that is shipped to me from amazon is always left at my door unattended when I am not at house and then it is lost. The Ups person has chosen to do this for some reason and not leave it. At rental office. Management told me it is fault of UPS but it has not happened to me anywhere else I have lived. I had high hopes when I moved here but will move out soon. So I have lived here for a year and a half and I have to say this place is way better than sorely across the street. Don't get me wrong the clientele here isn't the greatest but management is good about cleaning up behind all of the stupid stuff they do. When I lived at sorely problems would happen and they just wouldn't get fixed. Not the care here.. If I have an issue they fix it pretty quickly. The only exception is the water fountain by the pool but I'll let that slide. Parking is great here too so yeah I'm pretty happy. Nice neighbors too! read more

Living at AMLI Lindbergh has been a great experience for me. A few minor appliance issues, but all were resolved within hours of reporting the issue. I had three ceiling fans, a medicine cabinet and a spice rack installed when I moved in (I purchased the items, the maintenance team installed them). The maintenance team is friendly, courteous and their customer service is top-notch. I am very pampered in my new home! The leasing office is professional and honest up front about fees and charges. The parking garage is clean and brightly lit and there are security cameras and gates that work. I'm within walking distance from the Lindbergh MARTA station, a beautiful Kroger Super Market, Home Depot and a BestBuy. I love the location! The two bedroom apartment I'm renting is spacious with loads of storage. The only tiny thing I would nitpick is the lighting in the kitchen. I wish it weren't track lighting. Not enough of a nitpick to take away a star. :) I'm looking forward to living here for a long time. read more

I have been living at AMLI for almost 2 months now and I am loving it. The community is very dog-friendly and everyone who owns a pet is very understanding of mine who happens to be anxious around other dogs and barks at them on walks - I always apologize and they tell me there is no need and most of them have experienced it with their own at some point. I have made a couple of friends as a result and now my dog is starting to loosen up :) The amenities are great. My neighbors are all quiet during the week, which is awesome. The apartments are really nice and spacious. But, what I love most is the quick response from management. This is the third complex I have been a resident at in Atlanta, and this is by far the best management I have ever come across. If there is ever an issue, it gets fixed that same day while I'm at work and I come home to a perfect apartment. Justin is the best, he is so nice and always remembers who I am which makes me feel like I really am a part of a community. I never thought I would say this about an apartment complex, but I am truly proud to live here! read more

When I moved to Atlanta from Chicago for work with 1 months notice, I set up 6 apartments to look at during the one wknd I was visiting. After the 6th apt visit, my sister and I drove past Amli Lindbergh and I loved the building. Upon stopping in on a whim, Vanessa was so amazing that we were instantly comfortable. When my sis and I went back to the hotel to discuss our visits, she said "why are you even thinking of the other options? You know you like Amli" and I knew it too. I've since renewed my lease and have been so happy with my apartment and the people who work here! Munira, Kimberly and Vanessa are the best!! So is everyone else in the office. This is a mediocre low-end frat house masquerading as high-end luxury complex. The complex itself, along with the individual units, is poorly maintained and dirty. The fire alarms go off on a regular basis throughout the entire complex at all hours, the parking deck gates are inevitably always broken, dog poop covers the sidewalks. The smell of weed lingers in the hallways. Theft is a recurring issue. Some of the office staff try their best to be helpful, but on the whole they are useless and hesitant to do much to resolve issues. And this is just scratching the surface. In short, the cost of living here is too high to justify the lackluster experience. Any reviews praising this place are either patently false or from several years ago when the experience here was much better. I have no idea what caused it to go downhill but the change is evident. I sincerely hope they can improve but if they do I won't be here to see it. read more

I was disgusted with my experience at Amli Lindbergh. An agent, Kimberly, had a personal relationship with a man I used to date and happily assisted him in illegally evicting me after I had lived there for a year. After paying my rent on time every month, being very respectful of their unusual relationship (in my opinion) and raising my child there, I was extremely concerned when Kimberly even refused me my court documents, file cabinet and my son's clothes. I still have not retrieved my belongings, nor my son's, and have no idea why this was such an issue. After speaking with an attorney, I have realized that what Kimberly and Amli Lindbergh has done to me is a crime. On top of that, my mail was stolen and refused to me which is a federal crime. The units are very beautiful, the location is great, but in my opinion, I did not like that it came to such unethical extremes and I would like to retrieve my belongings or be reimbursed. Very dispicable and sad. Although I legally signed a contract, lived there for a year, received my taxes and car insurance there, I was told by my boyfriends "special friend", Kimberly, that I was not a resident. That is not legal. According to my attorney, between them illegally evicting my and stealing my belongings and my mail, I have advised that there is serious criminally and federally criminal about this place. The police were involved because I personally called them. They advised me to get a lawyer because this issue was huge. I do not approve of this property or its staff. read more

We moved in 10 days ago and so far all had been flawless. From the application process to move in elevator use and our first "service" needed to mount paintings, draperies and mirrors. Patrick the maintenance manager was fast, courteous and got it all done with a smile. Having lived in high rises in Miami, small building in Brooklyn and a 3 level complex in Knoxville, Lindbergh offers the amenities and busy area we want while still being very quiet inside with great wood floors, fixtures and look. In my share of AMLI communities, this has been the best thus far! The staff is impeccable with a great aptitude towards the residents and our well being! The property is always cleaned and landscaped which makes me feel like my money is well spent. Recently there was a new parking policy enforced that helped with my issues with people parking irregularly which helped me with finding parking and making sure people were not parked double parked!
