Nice amenities, you can't go wrong. Randy the maintenance manager I think, he is amazing and goes way out of the way to make sure that I was cool for the night when the AC went out. The actual office staff at Amli is great! With the exception of one woman in the office that was always rude and condescending. Surprised she's in the service industry since she talks down to people. The rest of the staff are always kind and friendly. However, the management group that runs Amli are ridiculous. Not only did the rent increase upwards of $300 but then they offer a cleaning service for move out and then hit you with a huge bill or "formal demand for payment" as they like to call it. Nothing like saying you want to make people feel valued then demanding more money from them. Seems more like a punishment for not renewing but what can you do. They want that money over anything. Why even pay for the cleaning service. Over the course of the year there were several times that weird, awful smelling orange sludge oozed out of the pipes and wall in the stairwell and would run outside leaving the worst odor in the air and staining the sidewalk and walls in the interior stairs. Yet there was no word from any management on what that gross smelling sludge was or if it was harmful. They acted like nothing was wrong. Our water heater was also very hit or miss. We'd have maintenance come and look at it but after a few times of them coming and no change we just cut our losses and gave up. We'd have to run all the faucets in the unit to get semi warm water that wouldn't last very long. Just because you stamped the word "luxury" on something doesn't make it so, this place is full of surprises and not the fun kind. read more

I've been here almost a year and the apartments themselves are amazing. High ceilings, hard wood floors, large closets, valet trash, etc. My biggest complaint is that something is always broken (hot tub, pool, garage doors, etc.). When you pay the amount they charge for rent you would like to be able to use the facilities on a consistent basis. The other complaint I have is there is no Wi-Fi in the gym, the one place I think is the most important! I would recommend AMLI RidgeGate if they could consistently keep all amenities fixed and when they do break fix them in a timely manner (the hot tub was broke over the holidays for at least 3 to 4 weeks!). read more

Moved in here in October. Absolutely love it here! New management took over in November they are redoing a lot; painting, hot tub, ect. Apartments are nice, pretty sound proof, and all around a great living place. I really have had a wonderful experience with AMLI at RidgeGate read more

Not the best place to live. The building was nice in the beginning, but with a large overturn of management and employees the quality of life began to suffer. The hallways have been known to have animal feces lying around, children playing in the elevators, and the awful smell of cigarette smoke (it's supposed to be smoke free). There are other places in Lone Tree now. I would recommend one of them. read more

Amanda, I don't know who you are and was planning on leaving my comment as is. However, your comment is a complete lie and I, again, woke up this morning with no heat and cold water. I submitted another ticket to have those fixed. Your 48 hour guarantee is false advertising and management is horrible. I was told my a/c didn't work because it was too cold out. I went to a friend's apartment and it worked just fine. I really hope whoever moves in this place will understand management is awful here and the amenities are broken fairly often (gate to garage and hot tub specifically) not to mention the hot water heater and heating/cooling issues. Management is letting this nice facility go to complete waste. read more

The maintenance crew here is awesome. They work their tails off and do a fantastic job of keeping this place up. I have been here almost a year and have had nothing but positive experiences with the AMLI RidgeGate team. Both times that I have had minor service issues...they completed the service request the same day before I returned home from work. They are the best. read more

I have lived here for almost a year and half and I have to voice my opinion. The managment we had changed at least every 2 months. All the time new faces. AMLI came and gave a great party in January my husband and I really liked that. Recently we have seen emails about following the rules and it is seems so crazy to me that people cannot follow the rules. I watch people use the amenities as babysitters for the over priviledged children, I see no parental supervisor at all. Why do they have kids in this kind of apartment place anyway. When I come into the office they are always pleasant and smile. I feel sorry for them because looking at the reviews on Yelp it seems the ones who are complaining are the ones who cannot follow the rules. The pool and jacuzzi are used alot but who wouldnt they are gorgeous. If people would just act like adults and supervise their kids I bet there would be less problems. Kudous to the new managment team, not all of us think you are doing a bad job. read more

I Really Love Living here at AMLI Ridgegate! I have lived here a bit over 3 years now, and in all of this time I have had such a wonderful experience! The maintenence crew here (Randy, Alan and Tracy) are phenominal, they go above and beyond and are always professional and knowledgeable! They will fix anything from a cracked countertop to changing light bulbs for me! When i need help with something they will help me immediately and also fill me in on how best to prevent a bad situation ahead of time of which I appreciate so much because I am not very handy on my own! ( they will also dust the ceiling fan which I appreciate very much too being that we have high ceilings!! and if you need to touch up paint on the wall or need caulking- they will provide the paint and they will caulk for you- free of charge) Just recently something was wrong with my garbage disposal and Randy- Thank goodness- helped me out and figured out what was wrong! I also appreciate the polite conversations and knowing that the staff here at AMLI Ridgegate genuinely cares about my opinion and my needs! Everytime I have stopped by the Office, even if I am just popping in to say Hello, at least one staff member will always make a point to be right with me. Genuine in every way, I feel so lucky to be living in such an environment! you do not get this sort of treatment and respect in a home like this too often and I feel so happy to be apart of this AMLI Ridgegate family! I can't say enough great things about Amli. Office staff always remembers you by name and very caring if or when you have any concerns about anything. But I must say the maintenance staff is without a doubt the best!! I am always requesting simple things that I could probably handle myself (changing light bulbs being one) but they always come and take care of any and all my needs. They are quick to get repairs handled, literally less than 24 hours. I will also add I see them out on the grounds early cleaning up, and if there is any snow they are there bright and early shoveling and putting down ice melt to ensure everyone's safe. This team is the greatest, as long as I'm apartment living Amli and Ridgegate is my home. Thank you each of you for making it a great place to live. Michelle Britton read more

I provided an overview earlier this week concerning the many dramatic negative changes involving AMLI's new tenant profile . Please read my earlier post as it ties directly to this review. It appears that my observations have been confirmed by an e-mail correspondence received from AMLI Management earlier today. AMLI is addressing all residents concerning an immediate pool closure resulting from broken glass within the pool area and swimming pool itself. It also speaks to the vandalism that has been occurring across all common areas including the parking garage. Needless to say that everyone has to be concerned for their property i.e vehicles and or motorcycles etc. Make sure to wear proper food wear when entering the pool area, proactively avoiding any potential injuries to yourselves and or to your children. Most of the drunks observed here on weekends do not follow the no-glass rule. Thank God we have a hospital next door. Cant wait to see what this weekend will bring us.....:) There might be future posts for everyone to read, depending if Management is addressing the aforementioned issues or not. Read Below: Important Information Dear Residents, Pool Closure-When doing our morning inspection of the pool glass was found at the bottom. The pool will be completely drained and will not be accessible until Friday afternoon. Please remember no glass containers in the pool area at any time. We really like it here so far. Maintenance responds promptly to non-emergency issues. I work at home and was worried that living along the front of the building would get noisy, but it has been fine. Office staff is genuinely friendly and seem to enjoy working with people. Move-in was a hassle due to long hallways but that is a one-time inconvenience. Definitely a minor issue compared to all the problems at our last place, which was a joke. You're definitely paying a premium for all the amenities, but the high-end apartment interiors, peaceful atmosphere, and convenience of assigned covered parking alone are worth the cost for us, regardless of whether all the luxury amenities are functioning at all times and there are enough scheduled cooking classes in the kitchen :P So yea, thumbs up from our shack. read more

If you want your concerns to go ignored, be nickeled & dimed, feel unwelcomed in your own home, and deal with ongoing parking issues then you'll love it here. The amenities are amazing and the apartment layouts are very nice, but most of the staff here either forgotten about you, ignores you, or gets hostile with you. This place has so much potential but no one knows what they're doing. Seems no one cares about the residents here. We used to have amazing staff here but they all moved on to better things. Walls are paper thin. You can tell other residents are unhappy living here. We've tried countless times to get our issues addressed through both fein & the vue but nothing happens. A few months back, our dog chewed up a tiny section of the carpet. We knew we would have to cover this, but management is forcing us to pay to get the entire apartment recarpeted! Their reason? Because then the carpet in the bedroom wouldn't match. But I fail to see how this is our issue when the carpet in the other rooms are fine! It's not our problem that they switched carpet vendors. We should only be responsible for the carpet that's chewed. The manager here is not a nice lady and will become hostile with you. She has literally talked down to us and hasn't been polite at all. It seems no matter how nice we try to be, she always gets an attitude & concerns go ignored. They really need to find new management! Its not just us who feel this way. If you research their ratings online, you'll clearly find this out too. We are suppose to feel at home here, but instead we feel the opposite. They will pick &choose what rules they want to forcefully imply, and will change your lease agreement without you knowing. When signing our lease, we were told that you were allowed to transfer to another unit. We were also told that this was a nonsmoking facility. We were also told that ALL guests park on the 5th floor only, and 1st to 4th floors were ONLY open to resident parking. This list literally goes on. But every single thing here has changed without our knowledge. I really hate to see this place crumble but fein cares more about the staff here than the residents. They refuse to get rid of the staff who residents complain about. If you would of asked me what I rated this place only months ago, I'd rate it a 4-5 stars. But right now, 1 star seems too much. Our lease couldn't be over soon enough! I beg you to look elsewhere. No one deserves to feel like this! I have lived in other apartment complexes where issues take awhile to fix and at AMLI RidgeGate they come out the same day or the next and the problem is solved. I was one of the first people to move into this apartment complex in July 2013. As stated in previous reviews, AMLI purchased this property in late 2014. After a brief period of improved maintenance of common areas, things have gone downhill quickly. I lived in an AMLI property 10 years ago and LOVED it, but I can't say the same about this one. First of all, my rent increased over 20% when it came time to renew my lease. After looking around, I couldn't find anything worth it enough to move because the inside of the apartment homes is beautiful and the amenities could be great; however, I am getting increasingly appalled at management and at tenants. My neighbors are ridiculously LOUD on purpose (I've asked them several times to quiet down after 10 PM and they laugh and get louder every time I ask), and the walls are SUPER thin (despite never hearing my neighbors at all until this year). Children run through and bounce balls throughout the hallways at all hours of the day and night. And they scream. There are WAY too many young children at this apartment community. I also purposely chose the unit next to the model for noise control; they either moved it or got rid of the models completely after they raised my rent. The pool is absolutely stunning, but it is no longer enjoyable. Over the summer, the in-pool lounge chairs were removed from the pool. I was told by management that new chairs were being ordered that would be drilled down so the ridiculous amounts of children at the pool could no longer take them and use them as flotation devices. After going an entire 3 months without the chairs, they are now back in the pool; however, two children were using them as flotation devices today--clearly, they are not anchored down. On the weekends, there are so many little kids there, you can't find anywhere to sit or relax in peace. It's obvious residents with children are inviting many more children over and leaving their kids at the pool, which is, by the way, too cold to really be of use unless it is above 95 degrees and you're willing to jump in and be frozen for two minutes. It used to be nicely heated depending on the weather. The fire pits never seem to work. There also used to be events for residents--Broncos viewing parties, cooking classes, and fitness classes/personal trainers in the gym. Local businesses would hold events here for residents as well. Let's just say, none of these things exist now with AMLI; or, if they do, there isn't an event calendar sent out monthly to let residents know of these events. The trash shoots overflow on the weekends, smell terrible in the summer, and I'm pretty sure are never cleaned. I pay $25 a month for valet trash; this fee isn't optional, and there is no weekend pick-up. I'd rather pay $10 more a month to never have to step foot into one of the trash rooms. Also, residents don't seem to know (or care) there is no weekend pick-up and put their trash cans and trash all over the floor on the weekends. The hallways smell disgusting every weekend. I paid $5 a month for valet trash service at my last AMLI property. Speaking of hallways, the carpets are almost all stained. When AMLI took over, we were promised all new carpet. So far, that hasn't happened, except a few carpet squares here and there. When I first moved in, there was a cleaning lady who cleaned the halls every Tuesday. I've not seen anyone cleaning the halls on a regular basis in the past year and it shows. They need to replace the lighter carpet squares with the dark blue squares or clean regularly. Lights are constantly burned out; in fact, it took almost 4 months for a burned out light bulb in the hallway to be replaced (I told the office a few times). Salsa was spilled by someone in the parking garage (why would you not pick up your own salsa?!), and it wasn't cleaned for 2.5 days. For the most part, I like the maintenance staff, but they don't always fix things in a timely manner. Understandable, though, because there aren't enough of them to keep up with fixing everything that needs fixing. They need more maintenance staff (1 per floor, minimum). I don't really have to interact with the office staff often because I autopay my rent, but I once stood at the front desk while the girl sat on her phone in front of me texting without even acknowledging my existence for 3 minutes. I only needed to pick up a package, which I also wasn't notified about and only realized it must be in the office after it hadn't come 6 days after the delivery date. I've also had a couple packages mysteriously go missing. They don't enforce the rules they remind residents about in their e-mails. Theater should have later hours. Because AMLI no longer supports their amenities, I tend to stay in my ridiculously overpriced apartment bubble (which is great when my neighbors are out of town). It is definitely NOT worth the 20% increase in rent and 80% decrease in amenities and lack of quality tenants and cleanliness. read more

The management is ineffective. The amenities are not worth the price. Avoid all AMLI apartment "homes". They can sell the idea but the actual environment is less than ideal, to put it lightly. Residents are disrespectful because the administration does not enforce policies, leaving many amenities useless. read more
