From our initial consultation, Walter was very knowledgeable, professional and informative about the renovation that needed to take place. We decided to add a separate dwelling unit (ADU) Walter handled everything from architect to engineering dealt with city inspectors you name it or experience with stress-free and our final outcome was amazing.
