Not a good spot. Pretty disappointed. I Ordered an iced coffee, it tasted terribly as you can tell in the picture. They charge you for making your coffee iced, extra charge for milk, and extra charge to use your credit card/debitcard (4% of your total).All in all avoid this place, seems like a rip off to me. read more

Great customer service and good food. 10/10. This is our second time here and both times were a joy. Brie was our server and she was great.

Took my daughter for a birthday girls day out. And although the decor is adorable. I felt that everything was way overpriced. The lemonade alone is $8. So to order $8x4 girls it came out to $32 on drinks alone! We ordered the Alfredo, heart shaped pancakes and croissant sandwich. The food was good but again way overpriced. There are many cute areas for photos but since the restaurant is so small the tables seemed squeezed in which made it hard to take pictures without disturbing other people trying to enjoy their lunch. This was nice to experience at least once but I don't think we'll be returning. read more

Staff were amazing and same goes with the food. The food is given to you warm. We order the mini heart pancakes and they were really good. I love the ambiance for how pink it was and even had a tree in the middle which brings a nice vibe to it. Would recommend if you want to bring friends, family, or a date. read more

This is by far the most overrated cafe in El Paso. The customer service sucks, and the employees have bad attitude. The food doesn't and coffee doesn't taste good enough for how much they charge. I wanted to support local, it was really cute inside, but that's about all, service was horrible, waitress was in a bad mood, I had ordered a $12 turkey sandwich and a $499 drink, but when I got my check, my sandwich was now a little over $17 and my drink was a little over seven, they just opened a month ago so I would expect them to update their menu or at least tell us in advance, I paid 30 bucks for my meal , I honestly would've rather gone somewhere else to a nice restaurant for $30 I asked them why the menu and my receipt were different and she said she couldn't do anything about it read more

The aesthetic & ambiance of the restaurant were great. The food & the service, however, lacked severely.The food was ok at best, with high prices. The wait between getting drinks, being able to order food, & then receiving food was rather off putting. There were 3 people in our party, & we each received our food at different times, with a great lag between each person receiving their food. There were many workers in the restaurant, so I'm not too sure on why there was as much of a hold up as there was. Additionally, the manager kept walking around the restaurant, not interacting with any of the patrons, while also not contributing to helping with anything; it literally looked like she was just trying to get steps in to reach a walking goal. so although the place is beautiful and perfect for a photo op, do NOT order the high tea. my sister and I visited because we heard good things, but we waited for over an hour for our food to be brought out and we genuinely could not stop laughing because I'm so sorry but HOW did it take an hour to make a sandwich and put fruit on a tray? the sandwich bread was stale, there was one slice of cheese, and one slice of meat. no condiments or veggies. then there was what seemed to be some salami and cheese, no crackers to go with it. the salami was warm, wet, and made my stomach hurt after one piece. I'm allergic to cheese so I couldn't even eat that. there was a big cookie on it, beautifully decorated but super hard nonetheless. oh and while we waited for an hour for the tray to come out nobody asked if we wanted refills on our coffees or water. read more

I would say" NO" stars, but it's not an option. This place is pretty in pink and that's about it! The service was "God awful." The menu options are limited, the staff is not educated on the menu, & the chef did not know how to poach an egg. I was served the wrong plate and it was insisted by the waitress that it was Eggs Benedict. Not only did I wait an hour for the wrong plate, but everyone in my party received their food at different times, without silverware. After complaining and asking for my order to be cancelled, I asked for the manager to let her know of what occurred and it was pointless. No remedy was offered and even she was not aware that they serve Eggs Benedict. I was still charged for my lemonade and not ever asked, "How can I make this better?"This establishment will NO longer have my business nor recommendation. read more

It's a cute place with sweet decor, and the experience they offer will be a good one if you're into pink, flowers, princess kind of aesthetic. With that being said, the coffee is pricey and doesn't taste great. I ordered the Amo Latte and it tasted like burnt, sugared milk. I also ordered their Lover croissant and it too was too expensive for what it is. I would have gotten past the "not so good tasting, pricey menu", but the service was horrible. The lady at the cash register (who took my order), seemed annoyed at anything I asked, was rude in her tone, and just didn't make me feel welcomed or comfortable at all. Lastly, it took close to 30 mins for my order to be done, and the place was not busy, so I don't know why it took that long for me to get my items. I feel a good training in customer service for the staff, revamp of their menu items with better pricing is in desperate need at this business. I usually prefer to support local businesses, but this is one I will never be going back to. Hope this helps! read more

They don't teach you anything once you start working there. only high schoolers working there that don't do their job, they just sit around and do nothing. The owner doesnt teach the new employees anything they just throw them in there and expect them to do everything they say for just $8 an hour. You don't get food breaks if you work there not even if you've worked more than 5 hours. The whole place is a mess and they don't have half of the food they say the have on the menu. was debating on whether or not to write this review but it seems others shared the same experience as me and even wrote about the experience that I had myself. So I'll go ahead and give my impression. Upon entering the restaurant, we were impressed with the beautiful and fun aesthetic. Pink everywhere. We had chosen to go there on a mom-and-daughter date and were dressed up in pink as we were planning on going to see the movie Barbie afterward. As we sat down, we were greeted and the wait staff took our order quickly. This is where my good review ends. Staff kept walking in and out of the building through the seating area bringing in groceries. The music kept going in and out. People who were there before us still had not been served their drinks or their food and looked irritated. The waitress came and asked what we had ordered twice as well as asking other tables what they had ordered again. No water or drinks we ordered were brought out to us. After a long wait, the waitress brought us our food, which looked nice but was just dry waffles with lots of fruit on top. I was waiting for the waitress to reappear so that I could ask for some syrup and for our drinks. When she showed up with our drinks, she accidentally dropped the drinks on the table all over my plate and on me and my new dress. I wasn't upset since I felt bad for the young wait staff, having teenagers myself. I am not sure if the waitress apologized but I did tell her not to worry because it was an accident. I did have to ask for the manager since we waited a while to be served and I ended up with wet food and wet clothes/shoes. I had to tell her that I was not going to pay for my wet food and that I couldn't wait to be served again...I was standing there in a wet dress and needed to clean up before we went to the movies. Accidents happen so I am not basing my review on this incident. I am basing it on the service and the quality of the food. You would think that for a grand opening, they would have been better prepared. Hopefully, others will have a better experience. read more
