Hi and Thanks for reading my review of the Amo Cafe. It's Pink! It's Beautiful! The Energy is Pure and Invigorating! Beware of the Parking issue and be prepared to walk. It's worth walking whatever distance you need to travel to get here. And I look forward to going again, and again. The Service is such a Gold Standard that no other place in El Paso can ever dream to get close. The Food, ok, so I didn't eat food. I had an Expresso with 2 sugars before I went to the No Kings Protest Event held at Edgemere Park. But I'd have it again. It's going to take me some time to truly provide a better review and I look forward to editing. This should be on the List of what to do while visiting El Paso, Texas. The restaurant is very cute, but I'd save it for a special occasion. I did find myself questioning the cleanliness, especially with all the large stuffed animals in the seating area. The drinks were fun but it feels like you're paying more for the presentation. No complaints with the service. It's a cute spot for photos. read more

Oh my Pink! Pink and flowers everywhere! Totally Instagramable!This is such a cute place. Every inch is thoughtfully curated esthetic! Photo ops like a bathtub filled with plastic balls think fast food ball pit but fancier, phone booths, flower walls, oversized plush teddy bears and large swing with full pink flower walls as the back drop. Don't forget to look high and up as the ceiling was decorated as well. Walking in there's a little bakery to buy sweet baked goods and a very small little shop to but some trendy trinkets. Menu looked good but my party only had sweets and coffee. For coffee we ordered a Nutella latte, Amos Café Signature and Cappuccino.All were good but we're luke warm could've been hotter for sure. Also ordered the strawberry lemonade, which was very refusing and fun! The lemonade had glitter in it. We also ordered pumpkin cake and cheesecake the cheesecake was good. Servers were friendly but a little slow. We got there early before it got a little busier. There is a small parking lot with free parking. This place is bigger then jt looks. read more

We were a party of 14. So when reserving, the max is 12 people. They were nice enough to accommodate us. The place is very instagrammable and there are plenty of photo opportunities available. The food was great and service was superb. There's a spot where you walk in and can buy little trinkets and also a bakery that features a delicious Dubai chocolate. Really loved this restaurant. I had been to the Café Rosé in downtown and although I had enjoyed the restaurant I was put off by the lack of parking. Now I find Amo Café and I am in love. Decor-wise the two cafes are very similar. Love all the pink, the flowers, the ambiance. But the difference is very great for me. Amo Café has good off-street parking. Now the main event. Both cafes offered basically the same types of food. Again Amo Cafe pulled out front. Their food choices were a hit more extensive although both cafe's food was equally tasty. Drinks were novel and very interesting. Amo Cafe pulled ahead by offering a bakery on premises. Delightful! I truly believe both cafes might be enjoyed because either choice is a good one. Everything from beginning to start was a great experience. We felt like young girls in the beautiful pink ambiance and the Pozole verde along with our croissant sandwiches was delicious! Daughter brought me fir my bday. Place is cute super PINK & took pics . Drinks are good. Warning the PRICES on Menu do not match bill~ alert. Food was burnt and tasted weird ($40+ Gold 24 K Burger). Chilaquiles w tostadas not doritos and half of the sour cream bucket ($18 +). Disappointed bc food should taste good if ure paying a hefty price. Got % 25 disc only bc it was my bday. We ate 1/4 of our food and left. Service good at beginning but then took a while to get anyone's attention and it was not packed. Service was OK...said her bartender was running late; however they don't serve drinks at all soooo, idk lol cold brew was weak, açaí bowl came in a ramekin that could've been bigger and the bacon crossaintwich wtf...pretty sure that was microwave bacon..we were good sports about it, but shiiiiit. AMO cafe got my attention because of pictures of its attractive IG beautiful, pink, and trendy decor. Still, little did I know I would also find outstanding customer service and delicious food. Amo cafe carries fresh ingredients; I enjoyed their house strawberry vinaigrette on their Greece Salad and tasty Caprossrs Croissant. For dessert, I highly enjoyed tasting their Fresas con Crema (Strawberries with Cream) and macaroons. AMO cafe is the perfect place to spend time with friends, on a date, or by yourself. You are definitely paying for the ambiance and the pictures! The food isn't the greatest however the staff is great and super sweet. The chocolate brownie are the best. I would recommend the little tea party set up it was worth it. read more

Wonderful spot. We were looking for a coffee and pastry shop here in El Paso. It didn't disappoint. Great staff and service. Yes, the aesthetic is super cute and everything is very girly. There are a couple cute photo ops and you can tell the decor itself took a lot of work and money. That doesn't really excuse the poor execution, the overpriced drinks, or the mediocre service. The fact that no one greeted me or tried to seat me until I'd already been in the restaurant was a bad sign, as was hearing that they just didn't write down a reservation for another group. They said it would be an hour wait at least and we opted to get coffee and take pics instead of sitting to get food. The fact that they then seated two other similar sized parties like 10 minutes later kind of frustrated me, but whatever. At that point it didn't matter because I opted not to wait. First of all, it's super overpriced. $8 for a flat white. Second, it was just okay. Maybe I just forgot what a flat white was, but it tasted like an over-sweetened iced coffee from somewhere like McDonald's or Dunkin. From your own opinion, but I can't recommend this place except as a place to take a couple pics and go. The location and parking don't affect my rating, but I do want to note that it was horrible. I almost passed it because it isn't marked and it was overcrowded anyways so you have to search around for somewhere to park and just hope you don't get towed. read more

Customer is not ever right. I tried to exchange a drink which was too sweet to consume and because they put too much syrup in their drinks. I spoke to the manager in duty and she told me I had to pay for another drink because they believe they made the drink "good." They didn't even offer me an up charge to exchange my drink. Their small dusty-musty-flower, chipped pink paint, smelly cafe isn't going to last long charging people extra food and drink if the customer is not satisfied. What kind of service is that?! The customer is always right, Amo! I feel bad for their staff because they're afraid of their manager. Be careful for what you order. read more

This little cafe was so cute!! So cutesy and pink. The attention to detail on the decor is 10/10. The food and drinks were very tasty. We ordered the mini pancakes and the "lover" croissant. I ordered a mango lemonade (taste really good), Alfredo chicken pasta (wasn't too impressed, the sauce tasted like a butter based and has little to no flavor, the pink noodles were cool), and a mermaid fruit and pancakes (pancakes were fluffy and loved the fruit presentation). It was a little pricey and if you are going there is more of a desert and small meal place don't expect wings fries and burgers. My 2 girls had a great time. Really cool design and decor. Unfortunately the service is probably the worst I've ever experienced. It took more than half an hour to be helped by staff. There were crumbs and stickiness on the floors, tables that sat dirty for extended periods of time before being cleaned, understaffed and/or overworked employees and really the food and drinks are probably from Costco. They seem to really have put effort into decorating the place but fell short with staffing and quality of goods provided. I think if the business owner makes some changes fast, hires an experienced pastry chef and good baristas, they can save their business. If not, this is just gonna end up a tax write off. read more

It's perfect for pictures but the food and service needs a lot of improvement. We waited over 40 mins for 3 shakes and 2 snacks. Water took 20 mins and after we asked multiple people. I think out of 10 people we saw serving and cooking only 2 knew what they were doing. I saw a lot of people walk out while waiting for their food. , The manager in the front tried to make things better by giving my daughter a rose and piece of cake. Although the place is very cute to look at the service here was nothing short of awful. We with other customers on our side all had to return items that took too long to come we had to cancel items leave without eating and take some to go for the length of waiting for them. The staff was very confrontational once told that the service was not good. The food is quite pricey for the quality and taste. I do not recommend this place as we were trying to have a great experience and ended up having the worst experience ever. If possible I would give no stars honestly. read more
