Everything is clean, organized, and cozy and since the building stays freezing, she always has blankets ready to bundle me up. Anyways, I found her on Groupon but when I called her to inquire about booking, she said she'd honor the price because Groupon wasn't authorized to post deals for her business. Cool! I just wanted the service at the advertised price and she gave me that. So I get there, the suite is cute and comfy. She asks me for a picture of what I wanted and I show her. Fast forward, I get home and LITERALLY a few hours later my lashes just started falling off randomly. She offered to refill them for "free" (I don't know why I would pay you to fix something that I already paid for but whatever) but unfortunately I was traveling so I did not have time to come back in, plus who wants to come back when the service just should've been performed correctly the first time. I usually use MAC strip lashes and unfortunately those stay on better than whatever this was that was stuck to my eyelids. Lastly, she offered me a margarita (I took 2 sips to be hospitable) and she had one as well that she actually finished, but her breath also reeked. Like the lady Wendy B. said in her review on October 18, 2023, "She was also drinking and I have no idea how much she had before I got there." She popped a mint halfway through my service but that's just utterly ridiculous to be subjected to that. Just unprofessional all around. You can't be performing services on people like that. Maybe she was faded and that's why my lashes didn't stay. I don't know, but what I DO know is I won't be back although she did issue me a refund. It's really disappointing to have someone advertise they perform a service just to get in their chair and see they cannot actually do what they claim they can. Almost all of the lashes fell off within a week and I was on vacation mind you, out of the country, so there was no way someone could even fix this. I am going to report this to the Board of Barbering and Cosmetology because after reading the other reviews and experiencing the service myself, I'm starting to wonder if this lady is even licensed.

With Victoria, I am very much impressed with how long my lash extensions stayed on during the 2 weeks! I very much appreciate how knowledgeable she is, during my appointment she took a look at my lashes and recommended to me what would be the most healthiest for my lashes while keeping in mind what kind of look I wanted. I love the adorable yet natural lengthy lashes look, so i ended up getting classics done. It was EXACTLY what I wanted! She even offered to me next time if i wanted to go bolder to get the volume refill next time if I wanted! I was in love with the quality of her work and came back for my refills. I wanted them like she did last time and with a more cat eye feel in the ends of my lashes. She did that and informed me that my lashes have gotten healthier as well! ON TOP of that, she even gave me recommendations on moisturizers to help me with my oily skin. THIS GIRL IS ABSOLUTELY HELPING ME BE BEAUTIFUL WITH EVERY VISIT! Her work is found inside of the salon called Flirt, it is so beautiful and pleasing to be in. Her work space has adorable decorations and the bed is super comfy with a pillow! I like how she also gives you a blanket to put over you as you get your lashes done. Not to mention she cleans your eyes before she works on them! In the end you get to keep the eyelash cleansing brush and the mascara wand to brush your lashes! I am recommending her to my friends so please go check her out I promise you won't regret it!! Also there is a parking structure right next to the salon, so parking is easy!
