Came downtown to try out this Lash Bar. It was a great service. Across from Petco Park, you will find the lash bar downtown. For parking, you have the meter parking along the curb. Or you can go to the library and park underground on the same street. Before entering this along, you will notice that the door is locked, don't worry it is not closed. Make sure you knock they will open the door for you. The salon gives an experience of a spa. It's nice and quiet. Very clean in the inside. They will offer you drinks or if you would need to go to the bathroom before they start your service. Overall, I had a very great experience. My technician, who is new, took her time and she gave me a soft volume, which came out looking amazing. I highly recommend this Lash-bar! I've been going here for THREADING & EYELASH EXTENSIONS. Both experiences have been top notch. You get there & you gotta knock on the door- for safety reasons they keep the door locked (which is super appreciated). They immediately great you and offer you a drink. The beds have blankets, pillows, and a comfy pill for your legs to help your lumbar. I love the customer service here which is why I decided to sign up for their lash monthly membership! I've come to this Lashbar a few times as it's conveniently located for downtown people. In addition, I have always received great service, the space is very cute and comfortable and have always come away with amazing lashes. Firstly, the location is right across from the library and I appreciate the fact that they lock the door (you must knock to be let in) considering there are quite a few unhoused people in the area. I also love how they decorated and everything is clean and bright and the beds are rather comfortable as I've definite drifted off to sleep. A knee pillow and blanket are also available for additional comfort. Everyone that I've encounter who works here has been so friendly and helpful and it's an extra plus that they offer water or champagne. My last two visits have been with Addie and she is great! She makes you feel comfortable and explains the process as she goes. I have come away with beautiful lashes that last a long time. Lastly, I especially appreciate that there are many locations and the ability to schedule online, compared to some individual lash techs where I've found it hard to schedule. I asked some questions via Instagram and got very rapid responses. After she answered my questions and offered me an available appointment, I received the confirmation email/text shortly after. I was so happy with my result because I've been to Amazing Lash Studio and I got a classic set and I didn't see a huge difference from my natural lashes. Response to the owner - I appreciate your response but I do think that if a client shows you a picture of what they want you should advise them as you are the one with the experience and you should have known that what I asked for was not the hybrid set. I am new at having lash extensions so definitely needed guidance and correct information. I see Amber for my fills biweekly, and she's always warm and accommodates my requests each time. Depending on the type of extensions you want, each session takes roughly 1-1.5 hours. I usually chat with Amber for a bit and then doze off to a peaceful sleep under a warm, fuzzy blanket amidst relaxing background music. I recommend joining their membership program if you plan to keep up with the lashes (which I pretty much guarantee you will after you get them).
