During my pedicure, the owner inserted a metal tool that appeared to be a scalpel between my toenail and the skin on my right toe, telling me the nail "shouldn't stick." It was extremely painful. She then did the same thing on my left toe and told me that because it hurt when she inserted the tool, I had an ingrown toenail. I had never experienced an ingrown toenail and had no pain or discomfort in either toe before the pedicure. She then proceeded to remove what she said was the "ingrown" portion of my toenail without asking for my permission. The pain that first night was unbearable. I had to take ibuprofen and apply Neosporin, and within two days my toes showed signs of infection. I went to urgent care and was prescribed antibiotics. I have now spent several hundred dollars on medical care following this experience. Unfortunately, I was also extremely unhappy with my manicure. The hard gel is uneven and bulky, with visible globs of product, and the shape makes my nails and fingers look round and stubby. Even when I have worn my nails this short in the past, they have never looked like this. I came in for routine nail services and left in significant pain, ultimately needing medical treatment. Based on my experience, I cannot recommend this business and would strongly caution others before receiving services here.

I read the reviews for Eyedeal Lashes and I gave it a try. Not only did I read the reviews but I saw her work/ pictures she posted on yelp. My experience with her was a great one. She did exactly what I asked for. I am a bit picky with my lashes but she customized them to how i wanted them to look. I liked the quality of her work. It was honestly great! Also, I loved how she put aromatherapy which made it relaxing along with the soothing music she puts for her clients. You know that meme on IG that says Lash Naps is the New Beauty sleep? I have tried many different lash stylists and none even come close to Jovanna. She is quick and the lashes always come out perfect, full and long. My natural lashes stay healthy with these. I would fly to her every two weeks if I could, I love her work and am so sad I've moved because no one is as immaculate as Jovanna's work. My lashes look so much longer, lifted, and more defined, but still completely natural--which is exactly what I wanted. Brian was meticulous and took his time to make sure everything looked perfect. I especially love how much more open and bright my eyes look now, even without mascara. I couldn't be happier with the experience or the results.
