Their website shows house plants and different variations. Went to the shop and they didn't know what I was asking for. Needless to say, they didn't have any. Appalling service. Ordered flowers days in advance for my mother's birthday on July 4th, and she simply did not receive them. No phone call, no email, nothing. I live abroad, which was why I sent these, and I had to ask my mother to make the domestic phone call (since you can't email for customer service as listed in the order confirmation) where she was told they were CLOSED July 4th WITHOUT advising me. Not only did they let me complete the order with delivery date on the 4th, they never followed up, they offered no refund or discount, and they completely ignored the lack of delivery as if it never happened. The only way I had to know that she didn't receive the flowers, is by asking her- which ruins the surprise and is also embarrassing. I was sitting here thinking she received the flowers and didn't thank me. Totally awkward for all involved and despicable service. Ruined the nice gesture I planned for my mother's birthday, which was a very important moment for me, being so far away. Very unhappy. read more

If I could give zero stars I would. There prices are outrageous! I can get the extra same flowers from stop and shop for half the price! Not to mention the advertise they are open till 6pm weekdays. I went to get flowers on multiple occasions at 5:15pm and the place was completely locked up; lights off. It's a shame that Sundance is no longer there; these new owners are a disgrace! read more

I had less than no idea what I wanted walking in to Simply Stunning. Kenya really knocked it all out of the park. She worked completely within my budget and gave me everything I didn't even know that I wanted. My centerpieces were full and beautiful, my wedding arch was tasteful and beautifully decorated, and the bouquets were so wonderful and lasted all night. She even stuck around and remade a boutonniere that lost a battle with the ring-bearer 15 minutes before the ceremony. I really appreciated her honesty throughout the whole process as well. I thought I may want hydrangeas early on in the process, and instead of putting something together that she knew wouldn't last, she assured me she wanted me to be happy with what I paid for and explained how much water hydrangeas require and how the heat of August may not be the best time to use them. She gave me tons of other options that gave the same vibe and shape, but would withstand the heat of summer better. I would highly recommend her and her staff. read more

If it was up to me I would give this place 0 stars. Yesterday was my sister's prom. Now we had ordered the corsage well in advance, but when we got there it wasn't even made and they had no clue they had our order. Thank goodness we kept the receipt. We paid for it too in advanced, which was $50. Fast forward to prom, where two hours into it, the entire thing falls apart. I guess that's what you get for paying $50 for something nice and having it made in 30 seconds. We weren't the only ones in the shop that had this issue. Never going there again, especially if heard going to complete a very pricey order in less than 1 minute. read more
