If you need advice or in a desperate pinch, they'll help. But you'll pay for it! But for me, doubt there will be repeat business. Bad and dishonest service. Will not go back. Brought my Poulan Pro chainsaw, less than 1 year old, still under warranty. It had hard start, idle and leaking problems since the first day I purchased it. My mistake is I haven't returned it immediately, I've been very busy and didn't think about the chainsaw all the time. Anywyay, service person asked me to leave a $40 deposit. Before I did that I told him I don't want to spend a single $ on this chainsaw and I'd rather buy a brand new one, different brand. Also asked him a couple of times to call me before they do anything in order to keep my deposit. So instead of him telling me: we will contact the warranty department and will keep your deposit anyway, he said don't worry we will refund it as soon as we speak with the company. We will call you back. They never called me back. I sent them an E-mail 11 days later asked them for some estimates, they never replied. Called them and they said the engine was blown because I used the clean gasoline without the oil mixture. And this is the only possible reason. Of course they're keeping the deposit. Told me how everyone needs to be paid for their work and similar stuff. I picked up my chainsaw, they showed me a blown up piston photo. Not even sure if this was my piston since they're dishonest. Promised them a bad review and I keep my promise. I called Poulan Pro customer service/warranty department and they left me on hold for more than 40 minutes, they spoke with the service guy. Basically they're not going to cover this because "the customer did not use oil/gas mixture" :) Since the day 1 I had a special can I used for this chainsaw only. Always used fresh, regular gas purchased at BP station (using the same gas in all our cars, lawn mower, etc and it's a pretty good gasoline). ALWAYS used the proper 2 stroke oil purchased at Lowes. Always filtered the gas while refilling the reservoir. I still have a half full can of 2 stroke oil I used for this specific mixture (2 gallon equivalent, I used 1/2 for my 1 gallon gas can). Offered customer service to bring the exact gasoline mixture I used in this chainsaw and they told me to go to the same service. Also they said service owner would like to refund my $40 deposit. Of course he does because I promised him this bad review. I'm not going back to the scam service, and also bad quality brand called Poulan Pro. Will purchase a new chainsaw, any other brand. I wish I returned the bad chainsaw same day I bought it and had trouble starting it. (as soon as I cleaned the first leak it caused) read more

Ryan is the owner and main guy here at his shop so far as I can tell. He's extremely polite and approachable. I'd highly recommend going to use his service. It appears he'll repair any small motor. Weed whacker, snow blower, lawn motors etc. They charge $30 to look at your machine and it goes towards the repair if you have them fix it. Ryan gave me an estimated completion date and time and was on point. Very reliable. I had an issue with my mower, not only did he fix my problem for an extremely reasonable price but he cleaned the machine up as well. Almost looks relatively new again. Assuming this repair lasts bc I'm sure I have a quirky machine, I will be back. The only hard part is spotting the business. There is a fence and a few signs but nothing along Union Blvd to really point you in the right direction. read more
