The video below is what every morning sounds like. Our windows are closed and we live on the third floor. The leaf blowers are there until 10am-11am. If you value your sleep just don't move here. This was never mentioned to us btw. I get it's normal once a week but 5-6 times for 2-3hrs is just outrageous and should be mentioned to the residents before signing the lease. Their amenities are about 100$. This includes their terrible internet - if you work from home you will need to pay extra to get internet that actually works. It also includes cable, and valet trash. The valet trash also doesn't pick up sometimes. Basically the amenities are mediocre at best. We pay about 2400$ for 1 bed + amenities, not including the extra $60 we pay for the internet. This complex responds very well to criticism and I've never seen a management staff go above and beyond to resolve tenant complaints. The only thing keeping the review from going up to 5 stars at this point is one of the assistant managers who decided to handle a brief moment of conflict by yelling at me in the office in front of the entire staff, then lied about the circumstances of this when confronted. Pros: GORGEOUS actual apartment. I absolutely love the living space itself. The floors look great, we have a nice garage, an amazing crescent balcony. The gym is immaculate, It has everything you could want and that's not an exaggeration. And that's the end of the positives. Negatives: This is the loudest apartment living I've ever encountered. you can hear your neighbors drop a pen on the other side of their apartment. if you live on the second floor, you will hear every step your neighbor above you, you will hear every word the neighbor beside you says, and vice versa. I have legitimately had conversations with my neighbors through our walls, and during a work meeting over the phone my coworkers could distinctly hear my neighbors talking. Our water tank makes a loud clicking noise anytime we use a sink, toilet, shower, or tub for several minutes. There are almost no dogstations in this complex, and they're hidden like puzzles in a video game.

When I entered, there was no one in the main part of the office. However, a female who works there was in an office and yelled out, asking why I was there, but did not came out of the office. Before I could respond, an Amazon driver came in and asked if anyone was available. The employee THEN decides to come out of the office to speak with the driver. She then asked me why I was there and when I told her that I wanted information on the units, she asked if I had a tour scheduled and I informed her that I did not. She then went back into the office and proceeded to yell that I could come in there. The lack of professionalism, immaturity and overall rudeness made me leave without a response. If this is how they represent the ownership/property, I definitely do not want to live there. I will be contacting their corporate office to let them know about my experience.
