From the manager, Megan and the rest of the staff, Felicia, Dave, Marcus and K'Niqua, they are all very friendly and professional. We inquired about a bigger apartment to transfer into. They found us one right away and started the transfer process the same day. The apartment was clean and ready to move in. Maintenance usually comes a few seconds after you put in a request. We put in an emergency maintenance request since water was continuing to leak and the wet spot was getting bigger... finally after THREE DAYS more of the ceiling disintegrating and three e-mail requests (not that the email in our lease that's supposed to be for issues worked.. it kicks back saying it's not a valid email) three front desk phone calls they finally get maintenance out. This is by far the worst apartment I've ever lived in. I can't wait to leave. The cause of the leak? The ac cap wasn't on our neighbors ac unit so it's been spilling out every time she ran her ac. I feel like for this to be a new complex thing should have run smoothly. But unfortunately, the day I moved in I had a hole in the front window of my townhome, which I reported same day, which would've been December 5th, its now April 16th and the window is still broken. No follow up calls from maintenance or the leasing office. I'm calling them once a month for updates which is ridiculous. My townhome was supposedly brand new, but there was already staining on the carpet up the steps. My fuse blows every time I try to run my disposal and/or dishwasher, which is insane. My shower soap holder dish fell off the wall just randomly, which tells me that it was poorly installed or a rushed job. The whole complex just seems like it was thrown together essentially and made to look like "luxury". Don't be fooled! We pay too much for these units for stuff not to work properly. Now today , April 16th, the mandatory but horrible Internet that we have to get through Apartnet has been down for a full day! It's been frustrating to say the least, I'd save my money and look elsewhere, this place is not as new and pristine as it's painted out to be.

We drove by this Promove location (doesn't look like much on the outside) while in town for apartment hunting and made a mental note to check them out. I am SOOO glad I did. Joel Pignataro made everything easy. He understood what we were looking for and guided us towards properties that he had heard great things about. He told us success stories and mistakes that he had heard from previous customers. He told us the areas we'd probably want to avoid. Joel was very patient and extremely helpful. The company's search algorithm contained more properties than I was able to find using apps like apartment list, rad pad, padmapper, etc. If you're looking for apartments, I strongly recommend stopping into one of these locations. This service is literally like having a trusted friend who will help you choose where to look/live.

It made me question how Promove can still operate this way in todays era, because the service feels outdated and very one-size-fits-all. I also wouldn't be surprised if they expect a commission once you find a place, even when their recommendations didn't even come close. The options they listed as my top matches weren't even in the areas I selected, which made me question whether they actually review your criteria. They should really focus on delivering a quality, tailored experience rather than sending out a generic list of every community in Atlanta and hoping one works.

This is never was an issue the first year I moved in, so this is based on recent feedback. Furthermore, it's noted that you can't have alcohol at the pool. The rules don't seem reflective of the community and seem unenforceable given everyone drinks can beers, or other spirits at the pool. Just acknowledge it was overreaching and pivot. You're doubling down on something that could easily be addressed because it's not an ongoing concern.
