In my case I moved from my single family home to this apartment from Charlotte NC, Michaela coordinated with me to do everything on-line, ( i like paperless work), she was easily accessible through emails, responded to me with apartment pictures, room specifications , helped me to reserve a garage and ensured my apartment was clean and good to move in. Leasing consultant Taylor is friendly and get all your service requests completed well ahead of time. This team members including Michaela, Taylor and the Maintenance Supervisor Sunny, all 3 works together as a team, they have been proactive in fixing or in communicating to tenants about outside renovation, like upgrading patios or painting doors and walls etc., even they have chosen a professional team to get the outside renovation completed. At Families United, we're in the business of providing quality living for families in a community style environment. As we were searching the Alpharetta area we came across a beautiful community called IMT ALPHARETTA. My goodness! There was an abundance of children with their parents walking to the schools and stores surrounding the area. My heart was filled with joy as my family and I saw this. I created a service request for a water heater issue during the Christmas weekend. Uli initially provided a temporary fix, and later Uli and Dani came and said that the heater needed to be replaced. Despite the heater being in a complex location, they replaced the unit without any damage or water leakage. Cypress court apartment has a management change from LCOR to IMT. Now Cypress is IMT Alpharetta. The response time for the service request are very quick. Supporting staff are very good they respond for each and every request as on priority basis. Tennis courts are clean now and they installed new nets. Apartments are clean now.
