When I decided to call it quits with Quipt, the person at the front at least tried to seperate what was rented from them versus what is mine at thend. "Don't worry about it", said one of the do-nothings in the office. That is their motto after you sign up for a rented CPAP. Here's hoping they don't try to steal any money from me and try to charge for the incorrect tubing they delivered that I drove there and returned. At the moment, the charge is still on my account. Also you can't turn off autopay without calling the main office. When I called, they said my account doesn't exist and I have yet to hear back. Current rep tries to get the supply dept to respond and they rarely do. When they do it is delayed and they end up sending the wrong supplies anyway. When supplies are shipped they are the wrong size or wrong quantity. I have screen shots and receipts for all of this. For the last year and a half they have yet to get our needed supplies, and in the rare case that they do arrive it's either not on a timely basis or a product is the wrong size again. Texts, calls, emails to them ten fold plus to correct and still wrong. Literally the worst customer service I've ever experienced and they are supposed to be supplying my medically fragile child with his needed and insurance-approved supplies. Don't use this company. If I could rate them a zero or negative number I would.
