    This business owner has mentioned litigation and to kindly remove our review post, because he feels…read morethat some of our information is inaccurate. So, we are clarifying aspects of our review. He stated that he was paid less than we stated. To clarify we did pay the accessibility dealer $17,349 for the modifications to our UTV and they paid him whatever he was due. When we indicated that amount it is an all-inclusive bill for modification and transportation. He disputes the cable situation so we want to clarify that the cable we spoke of was installed on our UTV at the time we received it. All this being said this business owner has offered to purchase this UTV back from us or give us and upgraded cable (which we have already replaced). The problem with pursuing this avenue for us is we are left with NO UTV and our son suffers the consequences of this by not being able to go anywhere in a UTV with his track chair. Plus we are out an additional $2000 for the corrective work. We offered as a compromise for this mess that he reimburses us our corrective fees. If he does so we will let you know. I believe that a person should be allowed to offer their personal opinion or belief of their experience with a company without fear of the threat of retaliation or litigation. ORIGINAL REVIEW: We had to hire someone else after delivery to fix his incompetence. One star only because they lengthened the body and the drive line for us, so we didn't have to. There was a cable less than a quarter of an inch that was Jerry rigged as the shift cable. Not even Polaris.! The driver seat was at such a backward tilt we couldn't even reach the pedals. The foam on the seat cushion isn't even covering the metal, so it hurts your butt. Our wheelchair brackets were only tack welded and one came off the floor that it was supposed to be welded to. When lengthening the frame, he only reinforced part of the frame. And then only reattached part of it. He welded the drive line bearings directly to the frame. So now we have a vibration when going over 15 miles an hour. They sprayed overspray on a brand new UTV. And was very rude on the phone when corresponding to the mobility dealer for us. We paid him $17,000 for a very shotty conversion. Beware.!!!

Businesses can use this information whether positive or negative to better themselves for future clients, and we appreciate you taking the time to do that. In regards to the wheelchair for your sister, I would like to make sure that we are on the same page with the situation. The chair she is in was measured correctly and fit specifically to her. I personally went to the facility and helped her with specific adjustments she wanted 7-8 times in the first month she owned it. We always try to go above and beyond for our clients to take care of them. I know due to her diagnosis she initially had trouble keeping her feet on the footrests of the chair due to tone issues, so I added grip to the footrests to help eliminate the feet from slipping off when the tone issues were happening. That was the cause for her sliding int the chair, but we worked together to resolve that. We removed the locking transport mechanism off of her original chair, and while we had the old chair I went ahead and cleaned it completely up before I took it back for her to keep as a secondary chair. I also replaced the EZ lock bolt from the old chair with the correct size needed for the new chair at no additional cost to her. We always try to go the extra mile for our clients, and I was happy to do so for her as well. She is a wonderful lady, and I have enjoyed working with her immensely. I will continue to keep checking in on her when I am in the facility to make sure everything is continually good with the chair. Outside of the little adjustments I took care of in the beginning, I was not made aware of any other issues with the chair since November/December of last year. She has all of my contact information including my cell phone and I am available 24/7.
