I'm not sure what his basis is for who he treats properly and who he doesn't but I absolutely would not recommend his services. Every piece of my gutter he replaced, still leaks and the gutters overflow worse than they did before he touched them. I reached out to him and received an excuse about him having health issues. He said he'd be back out to resolve the issues. That was March 2nd, 2026. I haven't seen Bob, but I do see posts stating he's been working on other homes. The disrespect is amazing. And so began the work to get it out. A trap was set on a Thursday morning and by Monday morning the raccoon was trapped. Every morning someone came out to look at the trap to see if anything had been trapped. After the raccoon was trapped, another trap was placed to stay up there for a few days to make sure there is only one. Thanks Harries!
