As I am one that needs to get there early for packet pick up, I am there a while. That usually involves at least one bathroom trip. As there is only one bathroom open for each the women and men, the women's bathroom line is long. Maybe, if this is a possibility, could both the men and women's bathrooms be open for women to keep the lines short. Then a few (5-10) portable bathrooms be set up for the men. In addition, the Center is a multi-purpose facility that hosts over 300 events each year, including sporting events, concerts, family shows and more. We came here for a grandson's high school graduation. It was at 8:00 am, but cars lined up much earlier to get the graduates here in time and to get better seats. They were hosting several high school graduations in one day -- back to back. The acoustics were fine plus they have big screens in a couple locations to see the stage area. Seats were plastic in tiered rows. Not that comfortable, but okay. It's not very accessible nor handicapped friendly. If you have any problems walking, the aisles to the seats had lots of steps and were steep. I was surprised that they charged everyone $15 for self parking. No outside food and drink were allowed. And they make you go through metal detectors and search all bags. The concessions were over priced. And are cashless. Still it was nice to attended a happy celebration here. The school did a good job recognizing all the excelling students. And because the venue was so large, there were no restrictions on the number of family attendees.

Due to my kids' work & college schedules, Sunday was really the best day for us to go together. I ordered our free tickets online several weeks before the multi-week event began, and 5pm 8/21 was the only slot still available for a group of 6... That's how popular this event was, sight unseen! Once I realized The Beach Tampa would be closing at 6pm on Sundays, I was concerned our time would be limited. However, worrying was not necessary. At the entrance outside, we queued up to enter precisely at our ticketed time. Then inside, we waited again as staff monitored the number of people inside the actual *beach* area for safety and enjoyment, allowing people to enter as others left. The line moved quickly at this point, but we still weren't able to go in until after 5:30. Luckily, staff had already announced to everyone that even the very last person to enter would get a minimum of 45 minutes to enjoy The Beach. I really hope The Beach returns to Tampa!

They also promote having sunscreen stations and free water stations due to the lack of the roof but after the insane walk from the parking lot and the wait to be allowed in, I didn't feel like hunting any longer than the 10 minutes I did. And the restrooms... I went when I first got in. There couldn't have been more than 30 women before me and they were already dirty, low on TP, and the fans were basically useless. The hardest of passes. It's been a while since I've been to a show here and it'll probably be a while before I go again. If I do, it'll likely be lawn seats because I'm not paying to be baked like a chicken.

My husband had a hurt leg and requested to park closer instead of having to park in the satellite location but was asked where his handicap tag was? The parking attendant was rude and laughed at him as if he was making up a story. He ended up not even being able to attend my son's game. Please do better in facilitating your visiting teams.

I definitely wouldn't go back again. Even if the entrance fee or parking was free... not worth it. My friends that were born & raised in the Tampa Bay Area told me not to go that it's not worth it... should a listened to them lol.
