Benchmark international Arena (formerly Amalie Arena) completely ruined normal Arena food for me. I walked in expecting to order chicken tenders and beer, and left trying to choose between Greek food, a poké bowl or a dessert like I was out of food festival. Etremely clean and super well staffed.

Nothing I wouldn't recommend at the previous Ice Palace, St. Pete Times Forum, Amelie Arena and NOW Benchmark International Arena. No matter the name, the quality of the service here always goes above and beyond. The executive suites are by far wonderful to experience. With your own attendant, your heart, desire, cold, and the drinks and food full here. Whether you're experiencing concert, a wrestling event or a hockey game Tampa knows how to do it right. There's ample parking all the way around the arena, several garages and plenty of bars and things to do afterwards.

Last Sunday, I attended Romeo Santos and Prince Royce concert at the Benchmark International, first time since they changed the name. It's always my favorite place to attend any event with great view wherever you seat. They have plenty of parking nearby, great venue with great service.

We attended a concert at Benchmark International arena and the venue overall is nice. Sound is remarkable. Security checkpoints are fast. The ticket scanners were efficient and there were ample event workers around to help you locate your seats and rest rooms. Pro tip: Uber to the venue if you can because traffic and parking around the venue is a nightmare

    Great place

Have been to a few concerts and Bolts game. Facility only holds about 20,000 which is good as most seats are good. Place is always clean and easy to navigate. The place is clean with a great ambience. People who work there always seem very nice and helpful. The food at the regular levels are what you would expect. Expensive and not great. Typical stadium food. If you are lucky enough as I was to go to club level, the food and drinks are absolutely amazing!! It's always a great time. So why not 5 stars? Parking! Like most stadiums, it's horrible and most lots close by will charge $50 and more for parking. I suggest reserving parking using ParkMobile or other app.

Came here for the first time a month ago with my friend for opening night for the Lightning. I have to say, one of the best arena experiences I have ever had!! Not only were they so good at entertaining all throughout the game, but all of the staff were exceptionally genuine and helpful. Since it was my first time at a Lightning game, they gave me a special welcome gift at customer services. So much thought goes into what they do here! There's also a great variety in food selection. Not sure if all of it's open when they have concerts or other events here but it was impressive. My friends who have been here for concerts always have good things to say as well. One slight complication is the parking if you take your own car. But coming to any arena and a downtown area this is typical. There are some big parking garages nearby as well as a many paid parking lots and street parking if you get really lucky.

This is a great arena! We've gone for musical events, sporting etc. it's such a great place to go have fun prior to a show, there's so much to do around there.

It's Amalie Arena - with a new name. Still the home of the Tampa Bay Lightning and concert venue for huge acts like Bad Bunny. Benchmark is an electrifying and comfortable arena to watch a hockey game. I've sat all over the place, including in suites and The Mark club (formerly Chase). Not a bad seat in the house, even the last rows up top aren't nosebleeds. Love the ushers for always holding crowds between whistles. Staff across the arena are amazing. Fun for all ages. Fanfare and ThunderBug for the kiddos and indoor plus outdoor bars with lively rooftop patios for adults. Lots of really great food options, too. Best caramel popcorn I've ever had in my life -oddly enough. Thunder Alley is always open to the public. On game days bars are open and tvs are on. During playoffs the huge movie screen shows the game, bands or DJs are on stage, and fun activities are going on. Beautiful views of downtown Tampa at sunset. Went to 10 games this season... Never gets old!

It's been a few years since my last Lightning game when it was Amalie... basically the same inside from what I recall, but we were in a different part of the arena for this game so I got to explore. Food variety was good, although other I've seen more at other arenas. I had a salmon bowl which was pretty good, and the other choices were tuna, chicken or ? ( I forgot!). The staff there was outstanding...very friendly. In fact, every employee we interacted with was very friendly. Fan interaction was good, and the theme was the 90's so there was some great tunes playing during the breaks. Graphics were good, and the visiting team won ( go NY Islanders!! My team lol, although I am a Bolts fan as well when they're not playing my childhood Isles).

Great venue for concerts or sporting events especially the Tampa Bay Lightning. Upgraded seats and food vendors as it's changed to Benchmark Intl arena. Parking is available around the stadium at garages and parking lots. Staff is great.

An awesome arena. Easy to navigate and very clean. Staff kind. We will be back! We paid for parking ahead but it was right by the arena.

A great place to watch a concert, hockey game or other performance. Very well designed to improve the fan experience. Plenty of parking nearby. Great food options inside & nearby. Friendly staff

Never had a bad experience at this arena. Well run and organized. Staff are mostly friendly and helpful. We have never been for an actual hockey game but when we go for shows its always a great time. Prices are over priced for concessions and such but that's a reflection of the times we live in more than the arena

For sure jumping in is hard when you are bare footed. You can easily get stuck under. It's like drowning, but a bunch of balls instead of water! The most fun or most difficult is trying to get out! I didn't expect to have so much fun in a ball pit... nor did I expect it to be so physically challenging! The first time I fell, I needed help to get back up, and just walking through the balls was hard! The *shore* with lounge chairs & umbrellas was a nice way to catch my breath. Due to my kids' work & college schedules, Sunday was really the best day for us to go together. I ordered our free tickets online several weeks before the multi-week event began, and 5pm 8/21 was the only slot still available for a group of 6... That's how popular this event was, sight unseen! Once I realized The Beach Tampa would be closing at 6pm on Sundays, I was concerned our time would be limited. However, worrying was not necessary. At the entrance outside, we queued up to enter precisely at our ticketed time. Then inside, we waited again as staff monitored the number of people inside the actual *beach* area for safety and enjoyment, allowing people to enter as others left. The line moved quickly at this point, but we still weren't able to go in until after 5:30. Luckily, staff had already announced to everyone that even the very last person to enter would get a minimum of 45 minutes to enjoy The Beach. I really hope The Beach returns to Tampa!

Set up was nice and great sound quality for any concert. Love the pyrotechnic abilities at the stadium for a more impactful and memorable experience. Lots of vendors as with any stadium. However i thought it was odd that purchasing a bottled drink, they would remove and keep the bottle cap. Not a convenient concept nor considered hygienic having an open bottle through the event. Easy to get around once you're inside however I was not impressed with the overall process of when the gates open for the event. It was highly unorganized with no structure or marked lines to control the crowd as we waited in long lines in the hot Florida weather to get inside. Parking was a breeze as we prepaid for a parking pass. Roads were marked and lots were easily accessible and traffic flow was smooth entering the parking lots.

We came to enjoy a night at the Chris Stapleton concert. A large group of people walked past us while we were sitting in our seats and spilled beer on me and then proceeded to try to fight me. I went to security and they proceeded to grab guest services , the SAFE team and the police. What was the outcome? The group that spilled beer and threatened us got to stay while they looked for different seats for myself and my wife. After leading us around for 20 minutes, they said sorry, we couldn't find anything. I then went to guest services to see if they could get us a refund or vouchers and their response was tough luck, we don't give a shit. We ended up leaving the show during the main act.

The Yankees own the stadium so they will be back in the spring. The baseball field is across the street from Raymond James stadium the home of the Buccaneers. Regular parking was in the Raymond James lot and attendees walked over an elevated crosswalk to the Steinbrenner entrance. Premium parking at Steinbrenner stadium is $60 per car per event. I had not been to a Yankees spring training game at this facility in years. This stadium is really well maintained. The restrooms were very clean, neat and quite nice for a stadium. The Webullpen Clubs at Steinbrenner Field are located at the first and third base sections. Each club offers a selection of concessions including traditional ballgame fare, Cuban and chicken sandwiches, burgers, chicken strips, and quesadillas alongside a variety of beers on tap. I had the chicken quesadilla and in the club it came with green and red salsa. It had plenty of chicken and you could see lots of peppers in the cheese mix. I thought it was a good deal at 10.99 even outside the stadium setting. The Webullpen feels like a perk usually available with club level seats but here is open to any ticket holder. The air conditioned space had high top tables and couches with TVs all around showing the action. Quick serve orders are placed at the bar where they hand over drinks immediately and you get a number for the kitchen to deliver your food. Besides ushers I also saw staff with yellow shirts that said 'fan host' and they seemed to be guest services placed all around the stadium including the Webullpen. The stands were pretty standard stadium seating with cup holders. Initially the lower level seating on this September evening seemed comfortable, once the place filled up it was hot and sweaty. The Rays played a good game but did not win. This loss dashed any hope of post season play.
