Opened a project using Yelp with this company. I was able to set same day time that was best for me. I got a confirmation right away. They gave me a 30 minute heads up. Sergei was grea. Came out and gave me a diagnosis. He said someone would get back to me in the morning with a price and time that they could come back. Later that evening I got the price. Our dryer was not heating up. I called a few places. They couldn't come for a few days. I called AMPM. They came that afternoon. Dennis was awesome. He took apart the dryer, cleaned it and diagnosed the problem. He didn't have the part with him. That happens. He was here the next afternoon, installed the part, tested machine, and its good as new. Quote was provided and parts were ordered that needed to be fixed. A call was received once the parts came in and a repair date was scheduled. On scheduled date, I reached out to company as a call / tech hadn't arrived during the window of time given for that day. Company re-scheduled for a few days later due to our availability, doubled down on time / date, and showed up promptly with prior notice on a weekend. Have had this company come out twice to fix our dishwasher! First time was a diagnostic service call and second time to replace the part that was still under warranty. They worked with LG to get the part shipped out and came back promptly to do the repair. Unfortunately after completely opening up the unit, the service technician realized LG had sent us the wrong part. He put everything back together and Jason graciously agreed to waive the labor fee. Excellent service. Was able to schedule a repair technician on short notice for midday Saturday, while other companies weren't available till Monday. Boris was very knowledgeable and his experience with older machines was a valuable asset. He replaced two gas valve coils since it was not heating properly.
