Have stopped in here a few times as it is close to one of my job sites and close to areas where I get my car serviced. The Arco that accompanies "ampm" is about what you'd expect. It looks nice on the inside, like any 7 Eleven or Quick Chek (for any fellow NJ readers seeing this). The store is well stocked and has just about any snack you could want that a convenience store carries. You sure pay for it though. A Slim Jim, bag of chips and a 20 oz. sweet tea ran me almost $10. The staff here are always kind of iffy. In my latest visit the one guy I guess a manager came over really close to me but acted like he was cleaning up the hot food station, when all he was doing was moving stuff around trying to look busy and maybe keep tabs on me. The cashier was bleh too. I think she just scanned my items without a peep. Maybe I should consider myself lucky. I'm sure I'll find my way back here in the name of convenience but don't expect much else. read more

Went to get gas and all the pumps except one had out of order on it, a attendant(George) was outside and he insisted the pump will work. I then proceed to put my card in and it tells me to go in to pay at the attendant(which is a inconvenience when all I need is gas) went inside and they said they have no gas and will not take payment. Went back outside and said they are not taking payments after George came up to me once again and said they where. I said I have no time for this and proceeded to drive off he told me to get the hell out of here then. The lack of access even before the construction was abysmal and now their dilapidated rubber strips make it worse and tacky. This area is home to a lot of low and lowered very high end cars, get your $#!? Together. Ambience is that of a musky truck stop. Food is lousy. read more

Can I give zero stars? Apparently not. Bummer, as that's what this AM/PM deserves. If that. Let me add that my dismal ranking has nothing to do with the gas station (ARCO) here. My work office used to be based in this area and I used to get gas here often from this ARCO. I never had any issues with the gas station (granted, I only used the self-service options here, but still. I never had a problem gassing up my car). My grievances stem from the abysmal offerings and service in the AM/PM mini-mart here. Avoid this AM/PM if at all possible. It is nothing - nothing! - like the AM/PM's everywhere else. I'll explain: I'm heavily "into" coffee and I get my morning fix at the AM/PM in Redmond on Willows/NE 90. You can't beat the deal: with your own cup, it costs $1.08, and with their punch card, every 5th cup is free. And they have all the bells and whistles (sugar-free syrups, tons of flavored milks and creamers and steamed concoctions and whipped creams to add to your joe, and tons of different kinds of sweeteners from sugar to stevia to 3 or 4 kinds of artificial sweeteners to honey... you get the idea, the possibilities are endless). Plus the folks who work here are AMAZINGLY nice. The Redmond site is super popular with good reason in the wee hours of the morning, with firefighters and medics and cable guys and cops getting coffee. This Redmond site truly sets the bar high. But I've been to AM/PMs all over WA state and some in Oregon, too and, for the most part, they all have the same coffee offerings, their coffee prices are pretty consistent, they all honor the same AM/PM punch card, and most are staffed with pleasant people. Not so this particular AM/PM! When I visited this week, half the coffee machines were empty. The steamed milk machine spewed hot, clear water. They had no sugar-free syrups at all. There were only two varieties of creamers in the individual cups and none were mainstream vanilla (sorry, I'm not into sea-salt caramel macchiato creamer!). They had a handful of Splenda sweeteners left, thankfully, and minimal other options. I waited in line at the cash while the woman and man behind the counter chit-chatted with the same customer for 5+ minutes, while the line grew in length (I suspect the employees were friends with this customer. Couldn't tell with the language barrier). When I reached the counter, the man said my coffee cost $1.32. I was surprised, as it's been $1.08 at all other AM/PMs in the state. He said this is the price here. (Still a good deal, compared to Starbucks, but this particular cup didn't have the steamed milk or my SF vanilla syrup, so it wasn't going to be great for me). As I started to get out my money, I handed him my AM/PM punch card. Oh no, he says, we don't accept that here! What? It is an AM/PM punch card! It's been accepted in the tiniest AM/PMs in hamlets up and down the I-5 corridor! It's been accepted in the AM/PM in Totem Lake and in Issaquah. It's been accepted in the AM/PM in Springfield, OR, for goodness sake. But no, not here in Bellevue! The women says I'll have to start a new punch card from their store and she takes one out of the card holder. It is identical to mine. At this point, I said, you know, forget it. She takes my coffee cup and dumps the contents in a huge plastic glass and I left. Never to return again. Thank goodness this AM/PM is not at all the norm. I'll stick to the others - especially Redmond. Coffee-lovers, take note! read more

If I had a negative star option here I would take it. I will never return to this location. Not worth a tiny savings for all the hassle

I have never, and will never, buy gas from AM/PM. I am a huge Safeway gas fan since I do all my grocery shopping there and that piles up to big discounts... I usually only buy gas once or twice a month and often have $1 off per gallon at Safeway. I don't believe that places almost ever offer up "bad gas" but their debit-card fees pissed me off. Now the funkiness of pump before you pay at a separate machine is too much for me... I want to swipe my card right there at the pump and then go. No, the guilty pleasures here are two-fold: one, they are directly on the way home and sell lottery tickets, and two, they have every Hispanic-themed flavor of chips and other snacks you could imagine, and some you never would have dreamed up. Many of them are delicious, but some are way too spicy for my gringa self. Ha ha, that joke is definitely on me for even trying them! Otherwise, it's your standard, if cleaner than average, mini-mart. Beer, soda, funky wrapped sandwiches (but maybe they're good; I've seen that others here rave about them), and caffeinated everything. read more

This gas station has really gone down hill, and the gas prices are very high compared to other nearby arco stations. Ever since there was new owners, this gas station has declined rapidly. The payment stations/ pay at the pump kiosks havnt worked in over a year. They got rid of the chase bank ATM and the store is cluttered and dirty and desperately needs a remodel. Obviously the owner either does not know what he is doing, or he simply does not care about his business and customers. I will now always take my business elsewhere. What a sad situation for this store, it once was a great gas station. Not anymore. read more

OK. AM/PM on 30th and 24th in Bellevue is the worst gas station in the history of bad things!... I go to the pay station outside, input my debit card, pin and hit enter. it say pump 10 is ready...BUT I was at pump 7... I looked over and this lady is getting gas from my bank account on pump 10!!! i go into the gas station, immediately explain the situation... the man tells me there's no way that that's right, takes my payment inside.. he checks the receipt for pump 10 and WHAT DO YOU KNOW... MY DEBIT CARD INFO!! Jerk. best part is that the owner said it was my problem not his, WHAT!!! AMPM Ahole. read more
