I understand everyone has off days, but this has happened on several visits, so it seems to be a pattern rather than a one-time issue. I hope management takes this feedback seriously and works on improving customer service at this location, because it reflects poorly on the store overall. She assumed that I was going to use my card when I never said that and she proceeded to then argue with me and tell me that I didn't listen to her, when in fact she was the one in the wrong! At that point, I asked to see the manager, and her response was, "He's not here, come back tomorrow," as she rolled her eyes even further back into her head. I then asked for the store phone number and the manager's name, and she refused to give me either and said, "It's on the door. You can get it yourself!" This was only my second time coming into this store, and it will be my last because of her treatment. I was having a really, really good day until I had this unwarranted encounter with her, and it has left an extremely bad taste in my mouth for this location. I spend a lot of money at 711, and I will make sure to tell everyone I know who lives in the area not to come here!
