I've been to this location multiple times. The service has been inconsistent at best, but I was very pleased to see my favorite cashier, Mike May, was back! He's always pleasant and accommodating. The location is spot on with being near other businesses that may encompass your to do/errands list and being near the freeway is another bonus. Parking lot is big enough to get gas, stop in for a snack, go through the car wash, and be on your way without too much congestion. Prices are usually a few cents lower than other gas stations and I say every penny counts. Except they do charge 35 cents fee for non cash transactions and I rarely carry 60$ cash so I end up paying the fee. They also have all the regular snacks (but, sadly, not the regular or caramel Spitz). As with other AMPMs, they have a car wash and gas. Best of all, they have free car vacuuming stations. Just pull in, suck out the sunflower seeds and French fries from between the seats, and off you go! Don't miss this important tip: AMPM has an app that is worthwhile to use daily. Each day that you drive by an AMPM and "Check-in" via the app, you receive three virtual scratchers. The customer service at this AMPM was poor! The lack of customer from the employees on 7/30/2020 was rude & unprofessional! Not only did they sell me a car wash that wasn't in service they laughed Giggled and even apologize for selling something that was out of service! Another customer came in to get a refund for thr car wash and she was laughed at as well she stormed out the store and spoke hee head. I told her its unacceptable that they are laughing making jokes or even engaging in conversations with jokes while we are inside trying to get a refund for something they sold us thats NOT IN SERVICE! read more

Easy to get in and out location. Plenty of pumps, nice car wash and lots of drinks/snacks are available. The staff are usually friendly but there is a pay at the pump feature making it super convenient! Tip...bring cash unless you want to pay the extra surcharge!! read more

Horrible place. I stop every day to get a steamer at many locations of Am Pm Today I stopped, got my drink, stirred in my sugar and saw something floating. Ignored it- just a little bug- then kept stirring and more floated up. Told the two ladies -one big black lady (super nice) and one bigger white girl (super rude)with purple makeup all over her face- and they just looked at me. Then I showed them where it was coming from. The blonde one then just shewed me away so I wouldn't see the entire thing was infested with ants. Gross. Cheap Gas! Decent Beer selection and 2 for $3 Monster. What more could you ask for. I nearly filled the tank up for $25.00. It has been years since that has happened. This location has a car wash and vacuums to detail your car. It will be easier to access when the LVAC is completed and the driveway connecting them opens. When travelling southbound on Decatur you have to U Turn to get the cheapest gas in LV. read more

Don't come here wanting anything at 5-530a. This place closes down every morning for a half hour around 5 am. They claim it is because their registers reset for the day. I've never seen a gas station have a register reset at 5 am when everyone is wanting coffee and such on their way to work. read more

I come here almost daily and on multiple occasions have been disrespected tammie. Her customer service is horrible. It is a shame that all the other employees have very nice tones and have patience but if you get tammie she consistently has an attitude and no patience. She shouldn't work at register. Stopped in early this morning (2/19/22) to grab a pack of cigarettes real quick before work. Clearly in a hurry, I'm happy that I'm first in line. I didn't catch her name but the cashier was just standing there, I was unsure if she was still helping a customer so I asked "Are you ready for me?" because I just needed one quick thing behind the counter & I was ready with my cash in hand. She said No I'm not ready for you. She was waiting for a register to open so she can give a customer his money back (who's not even at the register) then she goes to HER own register, meaning she could've done my transaction in the time waiting for the other one to open AND for the man to walk back to her. Then I'm hoping to tell her what I need, and she SHOOED me away & said "I'm not dealing with you" so with all that waiting I just walk out cause I have to get to work & I'm not about to argue with this stupid bitch. One of the cheaper gas stations in NLV. It's brand new, I remember when there was nothing here but a pile of dirt. Nothing new to say about a gas station but the car wash & free vacuums are a plus. You can add a car wash when paying for your gas at the pump. (Starting at $5). And the Pay At The Pump is so convenient especially since there is a 35 cent fee for using debit/credit cards to purchase gas. :/ read more

Let me get this straight... if you use a credit card, you pay $0.06 more a gallon than using debit card. But if you use a debit card, you're automatically charged a fee of $0.35 per transaction? As far as I'm aware, this was only recently implemented. Not only will I drive the extra mile out of the way to fill up elsewhere, I'll encourage everyone I can to do the same. This is a bullshxt business practice that only punishes customers for doing business with you. The one star rating is only out of obligation for having to rate something. Cheap gas but i went 2 days ago to put gas which i paid 18 dollars for the gas. And notice in my account that they took off 75 dollars which it was on hold. So i went back and talk to the manager and they told me that when you use a debit card and run it as credit 75 dollar hold comes out of your account. I've been to lots of ampms/gas stations. This is the first i seen this never going here again. If you pay for gas just pay for it on cash. If i would of new this before i would never put gas here. Still they haven't put my money back its been 5 days. I wonder how long it will take they said 2 to 3 days. read more

Management should be fired, only AM PM in the area I have been to that changes out the money drawers and reboots their credit card machines at 6 in the morning every day.
