Multiple times, a prescription has been sent to this Walgreens, and the app/system shows it as "confirmed." I make the trip to the pharmacy, only to be told they don't actually have the prescription. This has happened multiple times, not just once. At this point, "confirmed" apparently means "confirmed that we have absolutely no idea what's going on." I understand that pharmacies get busy and mistakes happen, but when the exact same issue keeps happening over and over, it stops being an isolated mistake and starts looking like a serious competence and communication problem. The amount of wasted time, unnecessary trips, and frustration is ridiculous. If you can't reliably process a prescription or accurately communicate whether you actually have it, what exactly are customers supposed to rely on? The ineptitude of the people that work here deserves its own further review. Too bad negative stars isn't an option.

This morning, I noticed through the Walgreens app that my prescription wasn't being covered by my insurance. After waiting about an hour, I discovered that Walgreens had simply canceled the prescription instead of contacting me to ask whether I wanted to pay out of pocket. Considering the circumstances, a simple phone call could have prevented a lot of unnecessary delays. I reordered the prescription through the app and immediately called the pharmacy to let them know I was happy to pay out of pocket. I spent over an hour on hold before finally reaching someone, only to be placed on hold again. After another 15 minutes, the phone started ringing repeatedly before the call was ultimately disconnected. I called back and asked to speak with the manager, but instead I was transferred back to the pharmacy and had to wait on hold yet again before finally reaching someone. At that point, I was told my prescription would be ready by 1:00 p.m. Unfortunately, 1:00 p.m. came and went with no update and no prescription. When I called again, I was simply told they were too busy and would get to it when they could. I reminded them that I had already called earlier in the day and had been told it would be ready, but the only response I received was that I would have to keep waiting. Because I was in so much pain, my wife called the store herself and spoke with the manager. Only then did someone step in and make sure the prescription was filled promptly. When my wife arrived to pick it up, she noticed several pharmacy employees standing behind the counter doing nothing while customers continued to wait. After standing in line for about 10 minutes, another employee walked into the back and began arguing with several of the staff members. I understand that pharmacies can get busy, and I try to be patient with healthcare workers. However, the lack of communication, excessive hold times, missed commitments, and apparent disorganization made an already painful situation much worse. When someone is waiting on medication after being told they need surgery, timely communication and basic customer service should be a priority.

Doesn't it matter if you go in at 9:00 a.m. or 8:00 p.m.. you would think they would get wise about it and add more staff but no no you don't need your medications all that bad. Then they open the second lane up which nobody seems to drive through. So I ran through tonight oh just because it rained the whole world doesn't work oh my gosh poor me. I wouldn't be surprised if they keep their gas prices close to Costco's, so that they can compete. The store is very nice. The people were friendly, and it is very clean. It's what you would find in a typical 7-11, food, sodas, beer, sundries, etc.... And don't forget to pick up a Slurpee. It has a decent hot food section, and it also has a fast casual chicken place called "raise the roost." I was not fond of the food from there.... (she separate review...) I had a disappointing experience with the sample representative giving out Bueno chocolate today…read more7/16/26 at 2pm. My kids each grabbed two samples, and there was no line or crowd waiting. Instead of kindly explaining any limit, she rudely told my kids, "No more candy." I've shopped at Costco for years, and when trying samples, the representatives are usually friendly and welcoming. Many have even encouraged us to grab another because they want customers to enjoy the product. This interaction was the complete opposite. I completely understand if there are sample limits, but there's a respectful way to communicate that especially to children. A little kindness goes a long way. Unfortunately, this experience left a negative impression.

Prices are typical 7-Eleven prices, but they do run a lot of specials, especially if you have their app. The gas prices are also reasonable. I like the 7-Eleven ATMs, because they are part of my credit union's Network, and I can make a withdrawal without having to "buy my own money." The reason I'm taking off a couple of stars, is because while this store is right next to Mather field Road, it's on the edge of a "more challenged part of town." sometimes the store is cool, sometimes they definitely have homeless people and panhandlers hanging out in the front of the store. I would not go here after 10 PM, and while I have never had any problems in this store, if something looks uncomfortable, I won't get out of my car. Again, it is a good 7-Eleven, you just have to watch your surroundings. I will continue to shop here. Thanks.

Ok, I know what to expect when I come to a Chevron station. It's no where near the cheapest gas…read morearound, but if I need gas during the day, like I did the other day, and Costco lines just aren't worth waiting in especially if I'm working and the company is paying for the gas in this big ass Suburban, then I'll just come here. I see a lot of bad reviews for this location, but that's mostly for the service and inside the store. I'm here just to gas up and get going back to work stuff. The card readers work fine and the pumps, dispense gas fine, that's about all I need the place to do. No over flowing nozzles or anything. Plus they have stuff to clean the windows with, unlike Costco! I usually get one of my crew to clean the windows while the gas is filling, it takes a little while to fill this big ass tank on the Suburban. So, if you just need gas and don't need to go shopping in the store and you can deal with the high prices, this is a decent place to get gas.
