Soda Machine is always extremely dirty and bot working! Homeless people are aloud to just take up the whole front sidewalk with their dogs off leash. Few employees are just oblivious to what serving people means. For instance allowing someone to pour a soda when you know the machine has no carbonation? And why not? Because the GM is way to busy smoking cigarettes outsides walking in circles he pays no attention to what goes on in his store. This location needs a secret visit by cooporate! Out of all the Arco AM/PM's in the area, this is one of the best. The one up the street across from Costco is dumpy, and really should be rebuilt. This one is nice because it's only a couple of years old. It's also in the corner of a shopping center that has a Raley's, a Starbucks, some food places, etc... The employees are friendly, the store is large, and the gas prices are reasonable. The thing I like about AM/PM, is that they have a large coffee/soda bar where you can get your drinks at a decent price, and they also have a very good hot food selection. The jalapeno cheese corn dogs are by far my favorite. The only reason I took off a star, is occasionally, the bathrooms can get dirty, but a lot of people use them, and if that is the situation, tell an employee and they will get right on it. The big advantage of this store, is that it is one of a very small numbers of AM/PMs in the area that take credit cards. I believe the gas price is a little higher if you use your credit card instead of your ATM card, but at least you have the option. If you purchase something inside the store, you can use your credit card, or the credit option on your debit card, and you don't have to pay 35 cents for the privilege of punching in your PIN code. One last thing: download the AM/PM scratch power app, and every time you visit an AM/PM, you get 3 "scratchers", where you can win things like food, drinks, and occasionally something a bit bigger. Tldr: Racist, rude, and loud mouthed cashiers, even when the customer is cool and collected. Went in one night to purchase a drink, witnessed one of the workers tell a Latino man that "[he] doesn't understand their Mexican policy. They don't do Mexico, they do America". This in reference to him attempting to purchase a tobacco product. Looks like he had a Mexican passport. Workers clearly don't have proper training. Refusing service due to age or thinking it was fake is one thing, refusing service due to country of origin is straight up discrimination. I'd be cautious if you are any type of minority trying to purchase from here. Just know you will be yelled at by the workers. Finished my purchase and left. Will never be returning. read more

This is where I come and quench my black beauty's thirst when she finally got that "E"!!! I'm somewhat new to the Ranch Cordova area, I have a little commute for work here. But I always make sure before I go home when needed, to come out to this Arco and fill up! This particular Arco is located on Sunrise and Douglas Blvd and conveniently located in a shopping center. Shopping center consisting of Raleys, Starbucks, Chase, SoHo sushi express, Burgerim, Walgreens and a lot more that I can't remember at the moment! This gas station is always clean, and fairly brand new. I don't know exactly when it did open but you can tell it's new. My only complaint is that when I'm forced to go inside and pay when the pump outside decides not to take my card, the wait can be long at times! And most of the time when I do go inside, the staff working are nice! They just need to have another cashier on, because the wait can be ridiculous at times. And that's why there are two registers and PLENTY of staff working. Be sure to stop by and satisfy your cars thirst! read more

24 hours, large lot for gas pumps, and a decently sized store for all of your drink/snack needs! There is only one way in and out of the gas station which can be inconvenient at times, but getting back into Douglas or Sunrise is really easy. read more

I'm so glad they built this ARCO close to my house considering ARCO has the most reasonably priced gas. This is also our go to for snacks and drinks. This place is always clean and stocked. Other than that I was in and out , gas was cheap and it wasn't overly busy for a Tuesday morning at 8:50pm. Went there today at 245 in the morning me Nd my husband to grab something to drink Nd something to munch on on our way home from being on the road for awhile we live literally 5 mins away and come to this Arco all the time usually all the employees knows who we are but not this girl who is working grave yard when we pulled up Arco was closed she said until 3:20 but when she told us that it was closed she was really rude about it and had a attitude didn't smile once def lacked customer service skills and def unprofessional never had a problem with the staff there until this morning don't know who she is haven't seen her before so she prob is new prob won't last long if she already treating regulars like that. Ever since this place opened I used my card here and my account has been hacked and drained three different times. I don't go anywhere the places I've been going to for YEARS never had a problem at all first in my life this has been happening, soon as this store popped up with in the last year my bank account has been hacked once every 4 months. The price of a beer (Corona 12oz) was $2.99 on cooler display. And they charge $3.29 for that beer. It has been like that for really long time. If the price on display is right, then they are overcharging. If the price on display is wrong, then they are misleading the price.. a couple of days I told them about this difference. A young lady working in night shift replied irresponsibly , "They did not update the price." which implies that she does not care.. I told.. "You are overcharging or display wrong price" and you should be reported.. then a white lady customer said.. "Oh my god you are getting fucking beer. I'll pay the difference. You are getting beer isn't that enough. Go drink your fucking beer". So the clerk is irresponsible of the prices on display and prices being charged and customer supported it is okay to overcharge.. because it is COVID pandemic and I should be grateful for getting beer in the pandemic.. RUDE!! never use their car wash it never gives you a receipt or dry your car when i pay 10$ i expect my car to at least get semi dry but no i went slow through it and used all the seconds and it was soaked and she was so rude about the whole situation and wouldn't even let me go back through to get it dried because i did not have the receipt when their machine did not give me one when i pressed yes for receipt. makes me believe they aren't doing their job correctly and being rude to customers never go here read more
