The crew and all of the people at United solar Electric were very responsive and professional. I would, and will do business with them again, (adding an additional battery). PG&E was a problem. PG&E was very slow with providing PTO (permission To Operate). We did not receive PTO until end of May 2026, over 6 months from the date when system was operational. PG&E will need to upgrade transformer (December ???) before we can send greater that 2000 watts back to the system. Right now, we have conditional permission to operate, limiting output to PG&E to 2.2 KW. To United Solar Electric's credit, they were with us the entire time dealing with PG&E and were just as irate with PG&E as we were. Thank you, United Solar Electric!

After a quick analysis, said it was my lack of freon and sure enough, it was! Suggested I put sealant in first to keep the freon from leaking and then poured in the needed amount of R-410 freon and my AC is back on which is really important for an upstairs home! Failure of the part is a Lennox issue and not a failure of All-Air. Labor for the job was $1800 for a job that took one service rep a little more than 3 hours. That beat the $3900 estimate that I got from another hvac company in the area that was sending 2 service reps for the job. Robert arrived on time and was polite and professional. I am thankful that All-Air was able to fix the problem and appreciated the help of Ray who made the initial diagnosis and topped off my coolant so that my AC system actually cooled my home and again for Robert who replaced the coil.

Explained to me that since I live in a complex that I would need to go outside to the meters and there would be a breaker that needs to be flipped back on. We contacted the business in late July of last year to see about installing a solar system on our home before the end of the year. Within in days, Alessandro was here to meet us in person and provided us with a comprehensive breakdown for solar options and pricing. We loved that we were treated like actual people instead of a number in a queue. Given that there was a slight backlog of jobs they had to work through we were assured that we would have our system fully installed and activated before the end of the year, which we did! I spoke with many contractors, and almost all of them sent salespeople who gave generic answers or tried to push cookie-cutter solutions that clearly didn't fit my setup. He took the time to deeply understand my system, reviewed actual spec sheets on the spot, and immediately identified issues that other contractors completely missed. Multiple companies told me Hyundai panels would work fine. Carlos checked the amperage limits, applied proper safety margin calculations, and clearly explained why those panels would not work with my EcoFlow system -- saving me from a costly mistake.
