Since this was our first cleaning, we didn't catch the policy when booking, and we were traveling over the weekend, so we couldn't have addressed it immediately anyways. Still, the company showed no willingness to make an exception or correct the issue. For the price charged, I expected a much higher level of quality and accountability. Instead, we were left with subpar service and rigid, unhelpful customer support. I would not recommend this company to anyone looking for a professional and reliable cleaning service.
