After about 3 great years, the service went way downhill a few months ago, and my condo building in West LA had to switch providers. We notified K & P, but there was no improvement. I think our former housekeeper was assigned to another building, and the new person was not up to par. Our new housekeeping service said it looked like the garage had not been swept in 3-4 months even though K & P was still working for us at the time. That's not acceptable. read more

I am a property manager in the Los Angeles area so I have had quite a bit of experience dealing with janitorial companies specializing in large complexes. I have now worked with K & P for almost four years and have nothing but positive things to say.
