We had Qinti Cleaning to clean our house today. The result is really exceeded our expectations. The two ladies cleaned my 5 bed room and 4 bathroom house around four and half hours. They are very efficient. They vacuumed and mopped entire floor, nicely cleaned all 4 bathrooms (toilets, bathtubs, mirrors, shower glass, sinks, etc.), cleaned our kitchen (counter top, Exhaust Fan, sink, etc.), dusting all blinds, and cleaned all surfaces. Wow our place is spotless after Josephina and Lucky got through with it! We hadn't gotten a cleaning in 2 months and live next to the beach so things were pretty dusty and grimy. The attention to detail with minimal direction and timeliness, not to mention the lowest rate I could find in LA, makes everything about Quinti stand out. Also they were great about social distancing practices, wearing gloves and masks at all times. I will definitely be getting regular cleanings from them and encourage anyone reading this to try them out. They did an awesome job. Really worked hard in my house and left it sparkling. I paid nearly $200 for 2 ladies for 3 hours, so basically 6 hours of work. They did the inside of the fridge, the blinds and the window interiors for that. It did take a while back and forth (a couple of days) to set up the time, but I was not rushed. Reasonable pricing here, especially for the Westside. Olga's cleaning ladies came out and they were courteous and unphased by our mess. We have a lot of clutter that has accumulated due to 4 kids. We moved years ago from a larger house to a condo so we have way too much stuff and can't catch a breath to declutter. Her ladies worked around the mess, organized things, and cleaned with great attitudes and solid work ethic. For a first-time cleaning they were able to be in and out of here in 3 hours for a general cleaning for 1 bedroom 2 bathrooms, and a kitchen. It could have easily taken 4 hours to get everything right but 3 hours was great for what I needed. We do have 2 other bedrooms but opted to not need them clean (that's what kid allowances are for). I do want to mention that my wife and I did spend time the night before decluttering as much as we could in our bathroom, kitchen, and wherever we could. I'm saying this because there is clutter but we weren't jerks. The best way I can describe it is "They get the job done." If you need a more detailed/thorough cleaning, you may need to be more specific as to what you're envisioning and needing. We're going to schedule away for once/month so we can keep some cleanliness in our house of chaos. read more

Thank you to my fellow yelpers for pointing me in the right direction! After reading many of the reviews here on Yelp, I decided to hire Qinti Cleaning to clean my 3 bed, 3.5 bath home. Olga answered the phone directly and able to politely and quickly collect all my details and set up a deep cleaning. I needed the crew to arrive early before I left for work and the ladies arrived early(!). After a brief walkthrough, they got to work and when I returned home I was extremely pleased with their work. Let's be clear, the cleaning wasn't perfect... but news flash, no cleaning ever is. I noticed 2 small areas that hadn't been dusted, but most notably the oven hadn't been cleaned. Despite these mistakes, let me be clear, you should absolutely hire them to clean your home. Here is where Qinti Cleaning earned their 5 stars. Olga contacted me twice after the cleaning, knowing that I was a new client, asking me if I was pleased with my cleaning. I let her know that I was very happy, but that the oven hadn't been done. She then insisted upon coming over the very next morning to clean it herself. No attitude, no fuss... just kindness, pride her business and true customer service.
