Beginning our adventure we ride up the hill to enter the Spa which provides Valet with the service * we were greeted by our Valet driver Joshua, young man who was first smiling face welcoming us and congratulating my mom on her day- and our first time coming to the resort. He took our beautiful pictures when we arrived- than you! As we wrapped our way into reception we were greeted by Jasmine and she offered us tea or lemon water as we checked I , as we crossed our T's we were then greeted by a wellness member who toured us through the property to show us what the spa offered in our day to our choosing. Flora was the locker room attendee and the enthusiastically offered to take us to see the beach side entrance which we were so excited to hear. I want to greatly appreciate the duo working tirelessly and kindly on the beach; first thing in the morning they were moving the Lounge chairs, staking the beach umbrellas, bringing out towels all with a lovely warm smile and "is their anything else I can get you " attitude. It's not everyday you are greeted with sincerity and it was hugely felt. So to Loverage and Osama THANK you for going above and beyond and making sure to always look over and offer your time and support for my mom, who struggles with longer walks - but she was so happy to make it! Big appreciation for you both. Also, Jackson you made beach walking and hosting look easy. Your friendly attitude, big smile, and upbeat conversation carried our hungry thoughts to calm and easy breezy mindsets. I haven't seen someone not only balance a drink table but also food bags while walking on sandy shores with such grace in a while; you were awesome thank you for the Shrimp kabob rec they were scrumptious and tasty! Also I tried the mojito and it was cool , refreshing and had the right bit of kick for a sunny time fun experience. As a note , we only used the spa facilities and each space was unique and fabulous. Not only were the attendees in the room warm and welcoming but anyone you met while walking on the property always smiled and asked if we needed or were looking for something- yes Jeffrey thank you for helping us find the closest entrance back! As a Palm Beach local, there are places I still am Surprised when I stumble on or am gifted a chance to try. This is now a place when we have visitors looking for a "Miami" vibe treatment I will say- I have the place for you it's clean, luxurious, accommodating, Sweet and BETTER than anything South Florida will have to offer. This is a really difficult review because I have been here before and had a great experience. I was planning a spa experience for my sister's birthday. I was having trouble online, my password needed to be reset and I wasn't getting the reset email in my inbox. So I decided to call to potentially fix my password issue. I spoke to a young lady who made me aware she could not help me with my password and she would transfer me to someone who could help me with a reservation. I was transferred over and over again. The first time I was transferred to the front desk of the hotel, then to another department and back to the front desk of the hotel; never to the spa. I then called back and asked to speak to someone that could help me make a reservation and I was told they were extremely busy and someone would call me back. I waited 24 hours and did not receive a call back. Normally, by now, I would've left this business alone, but it was really important to me that my sister got the spa weekend she wanted. So I called again, was transferred over and over when asked to speak to a manager of the spa. I stayed in a loop on the phone for over 15 minutes and spoke to no one who could provide me a manager. Eventually, I spoke to someone who gave me a phone number for a director just for me to call the director and leave a message. I left a message with the director's voice mail around 10 AM and here we are 6:36 PM and I'm yet to receive a call back. I feel like I've had to beg this company to take my money lol! I'm trying to book services. Overall, this has been a really bad experience and has put a bad taste in my mouth. read more

We had high hopes for this resort based on what was advertised on their website. The property overall was average. There was also a general lack of attention to detail. It was also quite clear they were short staffed - especially in their food services department. There were several areas that were in need of some serious upkeep. Little details matter. For example, the sliding door to our bathroom would not slide appropriately on its tracks. It was clearly off track. Then the corner of our balcony curtain was off its tracks. There were also 3 holes on the curtain. When I mentioned this to the Hotel Desk Attendant, she offered to send someone to fix these things. While someone came and got the curtain back on its tracks, the bathroom door was not fixed and the curtain obviously was not changed. I didn't expect these to be fixed, however, I did expect her to make it right and offer another room instead - which did not happen. The table stand for the table we were served breakfast on was rusted. And the cup I was served coffee in was faded on its handle and needed replacement. The steam room in the Women's Locker room needs thorough cleaning. I could see in corners dirt and what suspiciously looked like mold. The only redeeming feature(s) at this establishment was its food and the Ayush Spa Experience. We also enjoyed the Abhyanga Massage and Shirodhara Ritual we received. If you want a dinner that feels like a cinematic moment, AYRE by Karma at the Amrit Oceanfront Hotel on Singer Island is it. Full stop. We showed up under a glowing full moon... the kind of moon that lights up the ocean like a silver stage... and somehow the food and service still managed to steal the show. You know how every new restaurant is supposed to have "kinks" to work out... growing pains... training wheels? Yeah, no. AYRE must have skipped that chapter entirely. The service was dialed in from the second we sat down. Our waitress Leanna was polished, prepped, and knew the menu like she wrote it. The manager Heather checked in personally. And then, cherry on top, we even got to meet the chef Ajay... who clearly knows exactly what he's doing. The menu setup is brilliant. You can choose a three-course prix fixe or go à la carte. We weren't mentally prepared for a full three-course commitment (next time... for sure), so we went à la carte... but the dishes on the prix fixe menu looked outrageous in the best possible way. And even if you think you don't like Indian food, relax... there's something for absolutely everyone. We shared almost everything like the good little food-committed duo we are. The garlic naan? Fresh, fluffy, ridiculously good. The paneer pesto? A star. It's grilled cottage cheese with a tofu-like texture... light, bright, and layered with microgreens and a sauce that made the whole thing sing. For mains, I had chicken jodhpor that hit every note... flavorful, clean, beautiful. My dining partner had the roasted cauliflower, patrani gobi, and she is vegetarian so trust me... she knows her cauliflower. Both plates were basically licked clean. Zero leftovers, zero regrets. But here's the thing that pushes AYRE into the "are you kidding me" category... the atmosphere. True oceanfront dining. Not "peek-a-boo ocean view" or "if you lean to the left you can see water." No... actual oceanfront. Waves, moonlight, the whole postcard. It's honestly one of the most stunning settings I've ever eaten in. And this was night 2. Nobody is perfect opening week. Except apparently AYRE. I already can't wait to go back... this time for the full three-course experience. If this is how they start, imagine where they're headed. Singer Island just won. read more

I took my whole family here for a vacation spa day, we are from out of state and we drove far from our hotel in Florida to this spa right when they opened up in the morning and everything was closed. The steam room was under maintenance, the outdoor spa in the ladies spa area was closed, there were men working in the women's bathroom, so we were unable to use any of the amenities in the women's bathroom like the showers, the sauna, the steam room, etc because they were taking up a lot space doing maintenance. It was so embarrassing having my family coming here and most everything was under maintenance even though it was right when they opened in the morning. I mentioned it to the manager that it was frustrating that we came here and everything was closed except the outdoor pool on the main level, but it was absolutely freezing so we could not even get in. The manager said that they would refund us a portion of what I paid because we could not do anything. I never received a refund. I tried calling multiple times to ask about the status of the refund and I never got a call back and no one ever picked up the phone. Very frustrating won't come here again. read more

My friend and I recently visited Amrit Spa and booked what we believed were identical services: a sugar scrub followed by a deep tissue massage. Since the website only listed the sugar scrub with a regular massage, I called in advance to upgrade both appointments to deep tissue and received a confirmation with the quoted price. The facility itself is beautiful. The women's locker room and spa amenities were impressive, and beach access was a nice bonus. One thing we found surprising for a luxury spa was the lack of food and beverage service. If you wanted a drink or snack (besides water), you had to walk to the lobby bar to order and wait there. The biggest issue was that my friend and I had completely different treatment experiences despite booking the same service. My treatment began with dry brushing that felt very different from other dry-brush treatments I have received in the past, followed by oil, a sugar scrub, hot towels, then shower. Afterward, I sat in a chair while the therapist changed the treatment table sheets before beginning my massage. The deep tissue massage itself was underwhelming. My friend's treatment focused on exfoliation and removing dry skin, which was what I expected from a sugar scrub, and she described her deep tissue massage as excellent and had two beds in the room so she didn't have to wait. We frequently visit spas together and usually have very similar opinions, so the difference was noticeable. There was also confusion about pricing. The therapist initially told me that deep tissue would cost an extra $35. I explained that I had specifically booked and confirmed a deep tissue massage. He left to verify and returned, assuring me that it was included. My friend's therapist, meanwhile, was aware from the start that her appointment included the deep tissue upgrade. Before leaving, I spoke with the front desk about the treatment inconsistency and was told a manager would contact me. The next day, I realized my final charge was significantly higher than the quoted amount. When booking, I was quoted $355 for the service, and I understood that the required 20% gratuity would bring the total to approximately $426. However, my final charge was $473.08. When I called, I was told the original quote did not include the deep tissue upgrade, even though that was the specific service I had requested and booked. I requested a detailed receipt, which I was told would be emailed to me, but I have yet to receive it. During that call, I was offered another manager callback, despite already being told a manager would contact me regarding the treatment concerns. I was informed that the manager had been out of the office and would return the following day. It has now been 11 days since my visit, and I have received no phone call, email, or follow-up of any kind regarding either the treatment inconsistency or the pricing concerns. For a luxury spa that charges premium prices, that level of customer service is disappointing. Amrit Spa has a beautiful facility and the potential for a great experience, but inconsistent service, pricing confusion, and lack of follow-through fell short of expectations for a luxury spa. read more

Stayed here during a trip to West Palm Beach for a concert get away weekend. The staff were very warm and welcoming upon arrival. The lobby is elegant, well lite and had that very luxurious feel to it. The rooms were top notch with all the bells and whistles one would expect from a 5-star hotel. What sets this hotel apart is the amenities.. if you like to exercise/yoga/run on your vacations, then this is the place for you, as no expense was spared on the fitness area. The spa area was only partially open, but we were able to schedule a couples massage. The experience was fantastic and exactly what one would expect at a hotel of this caliber. There were many other spa options (make sure to read about them) that were not available at the time of our stay, as we stayed knowing the spa wasn't 100% available. I believe they are all fully available as of now. I would highly recommend giving this place a try if you are looking for that spa retreat type of experience. We had out of town guests and four of us (two husband/wife couples) went to the Amrit Spa in late December 2025. We had such a bad experience that we were joking that it felt like the Severance Hotel (based on the Severance TV show ) because the signage was so confusing, doors were locked in hallways, we couldn't find our way back to the locker room once we checked in because there was a special elevator that you had to take there, and nobody told us about that, and the halls were white and long and winding. Our bad experience though, started when we entered, and they said that they would not accept the resort pass bookings that we had made. They tried to upcharge us hundreds of dollars for our bookings. Finally, after waiting for a half an hour, they relented and took the extra charges off of our bill. However, while we were receiving massages and facials, the people who are working on us also tried to upsell us for services like hot rocks on the massage. Whenever we asked for directions or help, we were often given a blank stare. The people who work there did not seem particularly happy or helpful or friendly. We were hoping to have a meal there, but the food area seemed very small. The pool was not sunny because of the fact that it is between two tall buildings. The spa area in the women's dressing room had a hot tub, however, it was dirty and unwelcoming. I would absolutely not return to Amrit. We paid for a luxury experience and felt that we were lucky to get out of there in one piece with our dignity intact. read more

You would think that after having so many bad reviews a spa/ hotel would try to work on their mistakes, but this isn't the case. My husband booked this spa as a surprise to me so I read the reviews already after coming here and all are on point. Spa and rooms can definitely be more clean. The bathrooms in the room the glass doors are all dirty haven't been washed probably from the day the spa opened. Food service at the beach is horrible! Waited an hour for the food ordered bbq wings they didn't bring blue cheese so we asked for blue cheese after we ate the wings another 30 min and still waiting for the sauce. The Indian Restaraunt that they are selling everyone under the pretense that it will soon get a Michelin star was mediocre. If you need anything from housekeeping delivered to your room be prepared to wait 30 plus more minutes. No mini bar in the room well there is a fridge but it's empty you get two waters that's it. Spa is what you would expect in any hotel to call themselves a spa is funny the steam room is cold how it can be called a steam room is beyond me the sauna is ok. We visit Palm beach annually, staying at the Breakers. This time we wanted to try something new --the Amrit. It's a beautiful relatively quiet hotel but due to the lack of staff, you're on your own. Hotel: Beautiful, modern, sleek and good air quality. The balconies are spacious, clean and amazing views. Some of the other hotels in Palm beach are old where rooms could be stuffy and air stale. The pillows are too soft for me. Why is there clear glass to show the bathroom? Why can't it be a wall or a black out glass like the St.Regis? The roll down shade brings a cheap feeling to the modern-sleek room -- let's do it right. Service: This is not a 5 star hotel, maybe 3.5 star given there's very limited staff to help you and the employees are not always professional or experienced enough to know what they're doing. We usually got a sense they were going to disappoint us/not know the answer. Let us provide examples: 1. Check in is at 4pm, no sooner -- probably because they're understaffed. We checked in some bags and when we were called, the front desk said they'll send for the bell boy to bring up our bags. We honestly wanted to wheel them ourselves but the front desk was trying to make our stay pleasant given we waited a few hours since landing for the room. The bell boy didn't arrive within 5-10 min, it was more 15+minutes where my husband went downstairs and luckily bumped into the bell boy. He advised the bell boy was sweating and looked like he was the only person helping for the entire hotel. 2. TULA, the only restaurant on the property, the waitstaff is very nice and tries their best to serve you. We got in around noon, our room was not available til 4pm EDT so we had time to kill. We decided to have lunch and a few drinks til 4pm. There were maybe 5 tables with people yet getting the attention from the wait staff was a feat. The staff is not attentive and when they are, they don't know the menu well enough. This shows lack of care and attention to details which is what a 5 star hotel has. (eg mezcal soda is not foreign language, and should not charge $35 at LALA bar but charge $20 for a cocktail at TULA. Why is there a price discrepancy?) 3. Our first night at Amrit, there was an incident of an intoxicated couple disturbing guests on EACH FLOOR because they didn't know what room they were in. They tried looking for their room after midnight into 3AM EDT. Now, we reported the incident to the front desk and they said they were aware BUT DIDN'T DO ANYTHING ABOUT IT. That's the upsetting part! The general manager stopped by our table during dinner to check in and apologize for the late entrée coming out but our faces were more upset of what occurred the evening before. We told the GM during our dinner and judging by the look of his face - he had no idea as he said let me follow up with the front desk. FIRST thing about building the right team for your business is making sure there's transparency, address any issues, learn from them - make sure this does not occur again! We shared the incident with the GM and he was kind enough to offer to comp our meal but we refused because all we wanted is to make sure this DOES NOT HAPPEN TO OTHER GUESTS! We found out it was SO BAD, the hotel filed a police complaint. However, WHY DID THIS GO ON FOR 3 hours? This intoxicated couple ( guy's name is David because this loud voiced woman screamed "hey David, found our room!!" kept on opening and closing their door. They must've been jumping around as we heard thumps. They must've went in and out of their room multiple times. We found out in the morning that multiple guests complained about them. If multiple guests complained, and there are cameras on each floor - WHY DIDN'T WE DO ANYTHING TO REMEDY THE SITUATION FASTER?! There's usually hotel patrol -they should've done something but obviously Amrit is UNDERSTAFFED! Spa: we did not like that you are required to show up 1 hour prior to your spa experience. I believe they want you to try their other spa items such as the sauna, LED, cold plunge but if you're not interested - we should all show up 15minutes before the appointment in case people have stuff to do. Food: They have a bar called LALA to watch sports and TULA, their only restaurant. Dear chef, please stop adding that bitter white sauce to your tuna poke tacos and tuna ceviche in the seafood tower. The white sauce does not taste good, try uni if you want a cream based. TULA is a clean restaurant, except when you walk in to the right -- there's a finger long lizard living in between the cushion of the bench. If we saw it, you would've though the waitstaff saw it to release it back outside. Overall, we had a good time because we're self-sufficient but the intoxicated couple disturbing other guests and our sleep was unacceptable. Where to start, booked Friday night knowing I was arriving Saturday morning. Wanted my room ready. Called the night before to remind them I'm coming in the morning. Room was never checked in. I booked a Deluxe oceanfront and was given an accessible unit. I called to make sure I didn't tie up a handicap unit. Reservations says it's just a bar in the shower. I said I understand but I don't feel right tying up a handicap unit. They said they moved me to the same unit. I got my confirmation and I was down graded to a king ocean view for the same price! The reservation agent said they could fix it at the resort. Shocker, no units available! I go to breakfast after waiting for my food for a hour. I asked what the situation was? No one submitted my order. After a hour and 30 mins I get my food. It's wrong. It's missing ingredients and cold. I go to the beach. They are out of towels. I go to the pool, they are at of towels! This is 12 noon! There's no towels for any guests at the pool or beach!!! I'm waiting for a package it arrives at the resort at 1pm. I try to collect it it's not available. I show them who and what department signed for it. It's 5:30 pm still haven't received my package I needed by 2 pm. I go to the front desk the line is 15 people. Everyone is trying to get a room. I watched them giving people the wrong luggage. The guest says this isn't mine. They literally said go in and get yours!! This is the poorest run resort, the worst service, no one wants to do anything. I'm checking out early and honestly I don't care I get money back I just want to enjoy my vacation. Do not stay here. I was really looking forward to my stay at the Amrit Ocean Resort in Singer Island, FL. Unfortunately, I had to cancel my reservation due to an unexpected health issue. Since the booking was made through a third party using credit card points, the property refused to issue a refund. I even offered to rebook for a later date, showing my willingness to stay with them in the future, but they wouldn't accommodate that either. What's more disappointing is the lack of communication. I made at least five attempts to speak with the General Manager, Mr. Burok Sezgin, over a 10-day period. Not once did he return my call. I understand that he may be busy, but a simple response or acknowledgment would have gone a long way. Ignoring a customer entirely is simply unacceptable. It's unfortunate that the resort would rather lose a customer and risk a negative review than take a moment to discuss a resolution. Sadly, I don't know if I'd feel comfortable ever staying at this property again. Marriott typically provides a much higher standard of customer care--this experience was far from it. read more

My partner and I decided to take a weekend vacation and we booked the Amrit resort, Which is supposed to be a beautiful 5 star resort Right on the ocean. Unfortunately, it was not the relaxing upscale experience that we were hoping for. You have certain expectations of a 5 star resort, and they were definitely not met. -This "resort" , Which should be just called a ''Hotel", was definitely Not 5 stars. It is more like a 3.5 star Experience. I would say the biggest issue is that this hotel is severely understaffed. It's almost like a ghost town there. There was only one pool attendant, and there was only one beach attendant. So after walking all the way to the beach, you have to set up your own chairs and grab your own towels, and anytime you need water or drinks, you have to go and walk all the way back to the attendant desk. Which makes the beach experience more exhausting -Initially, they booked us in the wrong room. We brought our bags up and realized it was not the correct room and we let them know. They said they would bring up the key in 15 minutes or less so that we could move to the room next to us, and it took them at least 45 minutes, and I had to call down twice. -There is only one restaurant at this hotel, which is completely absurd. I don't know how you're supposed to stay at a resort for multiple days and eat at the same place every time. -The food at the restaurant and the room service food was literally disgusting. They charge us $140 for breakfast and every item was wrong, they forgot half of the items, and the food was either bland or not what I ordered. The coffee was bitter and watery. -The Lack of restaurants and gross food and coffee wouldn't have been Such a big issue if it was in a better location. But the resort is in a pretty excluded location, so there's no restaurants or coffee, shops, or bars that are walkable or even a short Uber away. -There were a lot of things that were either missing or broken from our room. They were small things, but they started to add up. There was no clock, the bathroom exhaust fan was broken, two of the lights in the room were broken, there were no slippers in the room, our fridge was broken, there was no tea and little to no sugar/sweetener/cream. Among a few other things. -They charged us for an extra night, which we had to eventually call them to OK take off -Anytime we asked for something to be brought up to the room, it would take 1 to 2 hours and we would have to call multiple times.. -there is no mini bar or snacks in the room, even for purchase. And there is no place in the hotel to buy any snack, snacks, so you literally have to go to the store to buy any snacks or drinks you want for your room. Which is pretty ridiculous. -All in all, it was not a great experience and it is not a place that we would ever return to. If it was cheaper and it was presented and labeled as a 3.5 star resort, people could adjust their expectations better and maybe not be so disappointed read more

I just had lunch at the brand new restaurant located at the Amrit resort on singer island. The prices are so reasonable and I had a delicious lobster roll with real pieces of lobster, salad, and complimentary vegetable humus and bite side Gouda slider. The views are amazing. The only place I know in palm beach county with amazing views of the ocean with the best views of the ocean. They are opening their wellness center spa soon and that will be the first of its kind in the county. read more

READ THIS REVIEW- Sorry its a little long, but worth it. I rarely write reviews, but I feel compelled to share my experience to help future travelers. Unfortunately, my stay at this hotel was far from pleasant. As others who have negatively reviewed the Amrit mentioned, Do NOT believe the fake five star reviews. I should have believed the negative ones be for we booked our stay. The positive reviews are clearly phony and do not reflect the actual hotel experience. My son was injured on our first day at the resort which I will detail below. The Amrit is both a hotel and residence. We rented a unit from an owner through VRBO. for a week in April. The unit itself was nice, spacious and generally clean. BUT the hotel is a disaster. Like someone else said, from a distance it looks high-end and luxurious, but once you look a bit closer you'll start noticing the faults. This was clearly built very quickly and rushed. The construction quality was very poor. The overall build felt cheap and hastily done, with unfinished molding and cracks in the floors and poorly sealed windows. The staff tries to be friendly, but they clearly haven't been trained properly and seem very confused and overwhelmed. As I mentioned, my son was injured in the elevator, but was lucky that he wasn't more severely hurt. Our first day at the resort we were taking the elevator down to the pool and my son was holding the bar attached to the wall and leaning back. The bar detached from the wall and the entire panel fell down on top of him, pinning him to the floor.(he is 5 years old and weighs 40LBS- so this obviously shouldn't have happened.) I had to lift the panel off of him so he could get up. He was extremely traumatized, but lucky he only walked away with a scratch to his chin and lip. (included a photo of the panel missing) I immediately went to the lobby and found a manager to speak to regarding what happened. He was kind, but was a temporary fill-in manager. I told him what happened and mentioned that i had read some other reviews about people saying the hotel was poorly constructed and rushed. He basically admitted to me that was true and that they were doing the best they could to work out the kinks. He took an incident report and passed me off to the main manager Burak Sezgin. He eventually contacted me and was apologetic and sympathetic. However all he offered me a voucher for a future stay at the resort. I told him I would prefer to be compensated for some of our stay considering the incident. He said he would look into it but also said he would give us this future voucher regardless. He asked for my address to send it to me which I thought was a little strange. Why not email or some other way? Well, we never received anything in the mail. NOTHING. We also have NEVER received any compensation back for our stay, instead we have been given the run around for months and passed off to different people who work for the hotel. I did contact the VRBO owner as well. He was sympathetic but wouldn't offer me any money back because it didn't happen in his unit it happened in the hotel and he already carries hefty liability insurance so it was on the hotel to compensate us. Burak passed me off to the HOA director Todd who took 2 weeks to reach out to me. He said he would follow up and NEVER DID. As i said, my son could have been severely injured in this incident but was extremely lucky to walk away with a scratch. I thought it was entirely reasonable to give us some money back for our stay considering the incident completely disrupted our stay, rattled my son and has made him totally fearful of elevators. I wouldn't be surprised if this hotel eventually closes or gets sold to a larger hotel chain who can actually run it the way it should be. read more
