If you want a dinner that feels like a cinematic moment, AYRE by Karma at the Amrit Oceanfront Hotel on Singer Island is it. Full stop. We showed up under a glowing full moon... the kind of moon that lights up the ocean like a silver stage... and somehow the food and service still managed to steal the show. You know how every new restaurant is supposed to have "kinks" to work out... growing pains... training wheels? Yeah, no. AYRE must have skipped that chapter entirely. The service was dialed in from the second we sat down. Our waitress Leanna was polished, prepped, and knew the menu like she wrote it. The manager Heather checked in personally. And then, cherry on top, we even got to meet the chef Ajay... who clearly knows exactly what he's doing. The menu setup is brilliant. You can choose a three-course prix fixe or go à la carte. We weren't mentally prepared for a full three-course commitment (next time... for sure), so we went à la carte... but the dishes on the prix fixe menu looked outrageous in the best possible way. And even if you think you don't like Indian food, relax... there's something for absolutely everyone. We shared almost everything like the good little food-committed duo we are. The garlic naan? Fresh, fluffy, ridiculously good. The paneer pesto? A star. It's grilled cottage cheese with a tofu-like texture... light, bright, and layered with microgreens and a sauce that made the whole thing sing. For mains, I had chicken jodhpor that hit every note... flavorful, clean, beautiful. My dining partner had the roasted cauliflower, patrani gobi, and she is vegetarian so trust me... she knows her cauliflower. Both plates were basically licked clean. Zero leftovers, zero regrets. But here's the thing that pushes AYRE into the "are you kidding me" category... the atmosphere. True oceanfront dining. Not "peek-a-boo ocean view" or "if you lean to the left you can see water." No... actual oceanfront. Waves, moonlight, the whole postcard. It's honestly one of the most stunning settings I've ever eaten in. And this was night 2. Nobody is perfect opening week. Except apparently AYRE. I already can't wait to go back... this time for the full three-course experience. If this is how they start, imagine where they're headed. Singer Island just won.

One of the many areas in the spa that were closed. Very embarrassing to take my family here and everything was closed.

I took my whole family here for a vacation spa day, we are from out of state and we drove far from our hotel in Florida to this spa right when they opened up in the morning and everything was closed. The steam room was under maintenance, the outdoor spa in the ladies spa area was closed, there were men working in the women's bathroom, so we were unable to use any of the amenities in the women's bathroom like the showers, the sauna, the steam room, etc because they were taking up a lot space doing maintenance. It was so embarrassing having my family coming here and most everything was under maintenance even though it was right when they opened in the morning. I mentioned it to the manager that it was frustrating that we came here and everything was closed except the outdoor pool on the main level, but it was absolutely freezing so we could not even get in. The manager said that they would refund us a portion of what I paid because we could not do anything. I never received a refund. I tried calling multiple times to ask about the status of the refund and I never got a call back and no one ever picked up the phone. Very frustrating won't come here again.

We have stayed here twice now and both times really enjoyed ourselves. We live locally and are planning on going once a month to reset and get some much needed quiet and relaxation away from our busy day to day lives.

Stayed here during a trip to West Palm Beach for a concert get away weekend. The staff were very warm and welcoming upon arrival. The lobby is elegant, well lite and had that very luxurious feel to it. The rooms were top notch with all the bells and whistles one would expect from a 5-star hotel. What sets this hotel apart is the amenities.. if you like to exercise/yoga/run on your vacations, then this is the place for you, as no expense was spared on the fitness area. The spa area was only partially open, but we were able to schedule a couples massage. The experience was fantastic and exactly what one would expect at a hotel of this caliber. There were many other spa options (make sure to read about them) that were not available at the time of our stay, as we stayed knowing the spa wasn't 100% available. I believe they are all fully available as of now. I would highly recommend giving this place a try if you are looking for that spa retreat type of experience. Also the Atlantic Ocean views are amazing, along with the pool.

But once you step outside your room door, it's like you've entered a completely different (and much worse) property. Service here is borderline nonexistent, especially in the kids pool area. We stayed during a busy period and the kids pool zone was an absolute disaster. Zero staff presence, no lifeguard or attendants in sight, and it was so overcrowded that it felt unsafe. Parents were on edge, kids were bumping into each other constantly, and there was no organization whatsoever. It was pure chaos. The resort was beyond packed. Elevators regularly had long lines of people waiting just to go up or down. Bar was unserviceable. People on top of eachother food going to wrong tables. Disaster. I've stayed at busy hotels before, but this was next-level. The concierge was an absolute joke. When we asked for recommendations or help booking activities, the responses were generic, unhelpful, and felt scripted. Soon my wonderful wife came down with our daughter and her friends visited for their Spring break, Mar., 2025. Then the three of us visited in Jan., 2026. We visited for six nights on this trip; after a longer-than-planned travel day (the airline routed us to the wintry north of Detroit in order to fly south... a nice compare-and-contrast we appreciated after-the-fact), we were pleased to meet Shawna in person; Shawna had been talking with my wife pre-arrival, and provided a de-stressing welcome. For this trip, we rarely left the property, in most part because I worked most of the days, in the room (see below). We did enjoy making food for ourselves in the room; there are two Publix, one just across the bridge and another just north, heading to Jupiter, maybe and extra 3 minutes further away. We enjoyed food at Reflections, including: - Sunday night special... ribs !! and a Miami Vice drink, while watching some of the football with the many other guests - burgers for lunch, including the especially good Rodeo Burger - with cheese and bacon!! - good drinks, with and without alcohol (alcohol-free pina coladas are good for any/all ages!) - gluten free pizza and wings The Activity Center offered 21 / blackjack, which was fun. We enjoyed a bit of soccer on the turf field between buildings. The hot tubs are nice, night and day Fun on the beach, getting sun, building sand castles, and walking along and enjoying the surf. The eastern-most point in Florida is about a quarter-mile to the left / north... you can see it from Oceana Palms once you know where to look... it is the one rocky outcropping that is present; just use a map on your app to confirm you are there... pretty neat! We look forward to returning soon. - - - Working in the room Part of the plan was for me to work most of the days, which was fine - the desk next to the bed is just right... has the power and the room has the wifi, and the desk, at least in our room, faces west and offers a great view, good for a brief mental break, and good for getting the eyes to focus further away than just the screen. - - - Location Barely 15 minutes north of West Palm Beach International airport (PBI) Barely 10 minutes from the St. Louis Cardinals' spring training facility at Roger Dean (car dealer) Stadium Barely 15 minutes from Bissinger's Palm Beach Boutique ----- ----- -----

When you are here, it is so important to just breathe and ground yourself! We have come here over 10 times over the past 9 years, and we always have a top-tier experience. Here is why this resort remains unmatched for us: The valet is incredibly efficient despite the large crowds. The front desk is always kind and accomodating. Truly, every single employee is impeccably trained. Walking through the property feels like being in the Titanic movie, absolutely grand and timeless. The restaurants and bars are excellent across the board. Our absolute favorite part of vacationing here is heading down to the beach, grabbing a couple of beach chairs and umbrellas, and spending the whole day there. We love getting food from the nearby pool restaurant and staying put for hours. One main difference between The Breakers and any other hotel is that they never force you out of your spot just because it is 6 PM. If the staff has to leave, they let you stay on the beach for as long as you want. While the beach itself is not the absolute best in Florida, the natural rock formation gives it a beautiful, unique touch that is incredibly refreshing for the view. They also offer water sports for the young and enthusiastic! The Flagler restaurant is fabulous, but I will leave that for a separate review later since it is currently undergoing a major renovation a may be a whole different universe once it reopens! If you want a true luxury escape where you can actually disconnect and be treated like royalty, this is it. We will keep coming back for years to come!

The front desk people were attentive in a calm, steady way, and even the beach umbrella servers moved with that same unhurried awareness, like they understood the rhythm of the place better than we did. The restaurant was excellent. Not just good--reliably so, which can be its own kind of comfort. Every meal arrived as if it had been waiting for us longer than it should have, warm and inevitable, and we found ourselves thinking about the next one before we were finished with the current plate. The room stayed spotless. Housekeeping came and went like a soft reset of reality each day, leaving everything in its place, nothing out of order. The bed and pillows were unusually comfortable--deep, absorbing--and once you lay down, the world outside seemed to recede in a way that felt almost intentional. The soundproofing helped with that too. Whatever went on beyond the walls never quite made it in. In the end, it was an easy stay to slip into. Almost too easy. And when it was time to leave, it felt natural to think we might come back again... as if the place expected that much from us.

Very easy, lots of spaces. There's a QR code to pay, but my parking was free because of my ResortPass. I went to the front desk to check in. The two ladies there were super friendly and efficient. Check in took five minutes at most. I got a wristband and a key card and I was set. I went out to the pool took a look around. It was very early in the morning so it was pretty empty. I went out to the beach, also empty and very beautiful. Lots of seaweed on the beach, but the ocean itself was very clear and calm. I'm honestly not too much of a beach person so I decided to hang out by the pool so I went back and got a towel and put it down on a chair with an umbrella. The pool area is very pretty and kept very clean. There's plenty of towels for everybody. There is a guy who walks around and sees if you want anything to eat or drink and he comes around all day long again and again and again, so you never have to look for him. When I got there, it was very early in the morning and I wanted just a little iced coffee. So I went inside to the restaurant and I asked the woman for an iced coffee and she said I'd be better off going to the hotel marketplace which was literally just a few steps away. She could not have been nicer and more helpful and I really appreciated it. When I got to the marketplace I was able to get my iced latte and a little slice of banana bread and I took it back to the pool and enjoyed it there. Later on in the day. I had my lunch out by the pool, which was super nice. All in all every person I encountered at the hotel could not have been nicer or more helpful. The hotel itself was really pretty and clean. I really did feel like I was on a vacation. I loved my day at this hotel.

NOPE! The man handling the beach chair and umbrellas was kind of a jerk. Argumentative and pushed for a tip before we even had service. The grounds, building and pool area are lovely. Everything seemed clean. There was a daily itinerary of activities, some free and some had a fee. THE POOL is large with a shallow end about 3 feet and a deep end about 6 feet. The biggest complaint about the pool area is that there is no shade until late afternoon then there are just a few loungers with shade. Most pools of this magnitude have sun sails, canopies or umbrellas to offer shade. There is a bar and grill offering drinks and snacks with service that will deliver to you poolside, depending on who's serving. One young man mainly serviced people in the pool at pools edge or the table areas. The young lady actually went around to the loungers and took orders and delivered food and beverages. OUR SUITE was cute with a very nice sized BATHROOM which had both a tub and shower, double sinks and shelves and 2 small drawers for storage. Basic toiletries were supplied the first day. We, unfortunately, forgot to pack our hair conditioner so we had to go to the front desk to ask for more. We were told we could only have 2 but that was sufficient. Housekeeping did leave another small tube our last night there along with fresh bar soaps. We had to run the water in the shower for a good 3-4 minutes before we had hot water. We had a small KITCHENETTE, small fridge, microwave, 2 burner cook top, and coffee maker. The REFRIDGERATOR barely worked. It produced about 8 ice-cubes a day so we day so we went to the ice machine down the hall and filled our ice tray. When we went to use the ice, it had clumped into one hard rock. The freezer wouldn't freeze and the fridge didn't keep food very cold. We should have reported it but we had long exhausting days with our grandson and didn't want the intrusion so we put our milk in the freezer. We had put some water bottles in the freezer and even after being in the freezer for 3 days, they were only cold, not frozen. One item that would improve the star quality of this resort would to have pod coffee makers instead of drip pots. We love our fresh-cup coffee but the drip pot sits on a warmer and then the coffee tastes burnt after awhile. The bottoms of the flatware tray from the dishwasher were broken out so when you put flatware in it, the flatware fell through! There was a queen sized pull out couch but we just put the linens on top of the couch for our grandson without pulling it out. The king bed in the bedroom was very comfortable and the linens were fresh and clean. The pillows, however, felt like we were sleeping on bags of marbles. There was ONE pillow that was fairly comfortable. On one side of the bed, there was a beautiful night stand with drawers. On the other side, however, there was a flimsy 3 legged table covered with a table cloth. It was very wobbly and I really didn't trust it with my c-pap, laptop and air filter machine. The windows in the room were screwed shut so we couldn't turn off the air and just enjoy the sound of the surf and ocean breezes. The balcony was on the North side of the building and we did have a view of the ocean/beach looking North-East. The glass sliding doors in the living room moved smoothly, but did not have screens so they had to remain shut. There was a small dresser in the bedroom and also one in the living room. There were TV's in both rooms also. The only other issues we had was on our last evening there, we wanted to order food in for dinner and the power in the resort kept going out. This went on for well over an hour so there was no WIFI. Also, there is a public park on the North side of the resort that is an encampment for homeless people. It's generally not an issue but they were yelling, arguing and swearing practically right under our balcony. Then there were a couple of them nearly fornicating. This isn't what we wanted to expose our 10 year old grandson to so we had to make him go back inside. So much for paying extra for a ocean view balcony! We weren't impressed with the restaurant or our server but there's an AUTOMATIC 18% GRATUITY. It took over an our to receive our food and drinks were NEVER refilled. We think our server forgot to put our order in until he heard us say we were going to leave. Many open tables so they weren't that busy. Nearly $100 for three people, chicken parm, no salad. Important SO important the doors to the pool and beach area did not have handicapped opening to the and it was always difficult to go in and out to the ocean. A wheel chair and / or walker/ and our / child stroller was so so so so difficult to get through . The staff would help if they were there but many times most times no one was there to help. Lovely front desk, lovely nice waiting area beside it and etc. but also the smallish pool and no kiddie pool was not so great with yelling kids running and splashing playing in the adult pool and doing what kids do . Parents drank alcohol whle in the pool and I never saw any of them get out to go use the toilets so how much urine had to be in the pool. ugh. So again the BEst * & the Worst here Outrageous parking fees for no parking garage and lacking Handicapped door openers .

Our friend, BJ Parks, plays there Sunday afternoons so we went to listen to him and enjoy the gorgeous day! It was busy, to no surprise, but we never felt like we had to wait around (even if the wait for an outside table was about an hour). We got drinks at the tiki bar (Peanut Island Punch - so good!) and found a little table near by waiting for a spot to open up at the inside bar, which only took about 10 minutes. We met a few friends and waited for our table outside to open up! Drinks at the bar were good and fast! Got the text our table was ready and got seated right away, right by our friend BJ! It was perfect. Our server, Blair, was awesome! She was super attentive and friendly! We ordered some appetizers: calamari, smoked fish dip and clams! We also ordered Bloody Mary Oyster Shooters! (I had never tried this before but it was good and different!) Then my friend and I split the blackened fish tacos - SO GOOD. They were fresh and the perfect lunch size for two (after all the apps we had). Not sure why it took us so long to get out there but we will for sure be back on a nice day. When you want to go to a waterfront restaurant - this place should for sure be on your list!

As we check reviews, we offer that few owners/managers have a goal of displeasing customers; very few trained servers set out to annoy customers. Very often diners may Perceive Slights by busy servers, which are unintended. It is the server who more often than not can establish the tone of the dining experience. Perhaps management should address attitudes every shift of every day. If one avoids the fried menu, Sailfish has some great options. We recommend weekend buffet. We recommend: Whole Fried Snapper (Caribbean peas and rice, baby arugula salad, ) Sautéed Salmon with ancient grains, asparagus, and Homestead tomatoes in a red coconut curry broth Fresh fish, lobster, shrimp, chicken, mussels, spicy chorizo, peppers, tomatoes, and peas Served over Caribbean rice Macadamia Grouper 39 Pan Seared Grouper Sailfish Marina and Resort restaurant offers great ambience inside and outside. Sailfish Marina and Resort restaurant is very close to our home resort: the pleasant Atlantic Ocean sand beaches of Marriott's Ocean Pointe in Palm Beach. Parking is limited and we often bike or walk. We find Sailfish to be the Quintessential Resort Fish House Caveat: Do make reservations. The fare is appropriate for the tariff.
