Ceveche Tropical, yummy
Tessa M.

We sat outside so we could enjoy the view. Ok wow for how much everything cost you would think they could clean up a bit. Straw wrappers, napkins and whatever else is everywhere. No wonder they have sooo many birds vs other outside dining in the area. I got Ceveche Tropical and a beach seafood wrap and it was very good, The wrap was huge by the way. The service was ok. I like my drink to be full most of the time more so if the restaurant isn't busy and when I went it was pretty much dead. I will return but lets hope that next time it'll be a little cleaner.

Sailfish Marina Resort is located directly on the Intracoastal Waterway in beautiful Palm Beach Shores on Singer Island, Florida, just minutes away from the Gulf Stream and immediately north of the Palm Beach/Lake Worth Inlet. It is a nice place to stop and have a drink and something to eat if you are boating in the area. The restaurant and bar have a great view of all the high priced yachts and fisherman and there is a store to pick up some more supplies for your journey.

Delicious meals, wonderful service, excellent views! Definitely an "off the beaten path" great find!

truly an exceptional pink paradise! every inch of the colony is instagrammable…read more during our short stay we really enjoyed this charming hotel located in the heart of palm beach with plenty of amenities to enjoy. we got to enjoy borrowing the beach cruisers riding up and down the palm beach shoreline to mar a lago and down to the breakers. even enjoyed the house car that took us back and forth from the plaza. they have a cute set up on the public beach with umbrellas and beach chairs and can take you to the beach from the hotel with their beach runner / buggy. hats off to the hard working bell and valet staff that took such amazing care of us. the concierge is managed by text by johnnie brown the monkey :) and he's always prompt to respond and help! on-site entertainment is offered with live guitarist in the evenings and i heard there are even bingo nights! plenty of locals visit for swifty's restaurant and seasonal offerings. truly a place that connects the palm beach community. from the laduree turn down chocolates, to the matouk linens and evian water bottles, every little detail of the colony is exceptional. albeit a historic property that shows its age but it's impeccably maintained and has the charm that parallels my sorority house which i absolutely loved.

We enjoyed our room, it was simple and comfortable. Although when the AC is off, I can hear someone talking next door. I feel safe in this resort, the elevators use keycards to access floors so random people cannot enter. Same goes for the pool area and beach gate. Theres a laundry room in the building and I love that it's free. Just ask them for laundry detergent. We grabbed a quick quesadilla every morning at the market place. It's very convenient as we stayed in the dolphin building right next to the main lobby. The smoothies are good, and we just ordered uber eats meals to the lobby for pickup instead of heading out to find food. The paper said we can get our room cleaned for a fee. A lady knocked on our door to ask if we needed a cleaning so I wasn't sure if we would be charged. When we first checked into our room, I had to have an electrician come in because our table lamps and outlets did not work. That was the only issue with our room. The guy came within the hour and fixed everything. Also our towel bar fell off the wall. It's been broken, they just left it like that for I don't know how long, that's why there was no towel on it when we first came in. We spent time in the pool in the day time and at night. One inconvenience is they do not have towels by the pools so you have to bring your own from the rooms. The pools are not very cold and the hot tub is not very hot, it's warm. On a Saturday afternoon there were loungers still available for use. We didn't feel like we had to fight for one. I saw there were beach chairs for rent, 2 days costs $110. We didn't spend much time on the beach but the beach is beautiful and there's a lot of seashells scattered. I like the resort but we will probably not be returning because the food options are not suitable for us in the palm beach area. There is not much Asian food. I do recommend this resort though. We had a lovely time doing nothing but relax in the pools and sleep.

But once you step outside your room door, it's like you've entered a completely different (and much worse) property. Service here is borderline nonexistent, especially in the kids pool area. We stayed during a busy period and the kids pool zone was an absolute disaster. Zero staff presence, no lifeguard or attendants in sight, and it was so overcrowded that it felt unsafe. Parents were on edge, kids were bumping into each other constantly, and there was no organization whatsoever. It was pure chaos. The resort was beyond packed. Elevators regularly had long lines of people waiting just to go up or down. Bar was unserviceable. People on top of eachother food going to wrong tables. Disaster. I've stayed at busy hotels before, but this was next-level. The concierge was an absolute joke. When we asked for recommendations or help booking activities, the responses were generic, unhelpful, and felt scripted. Honestly, you're better off just using ChatGPT Other than the room itself, Hard pass.

One of our favorite properties; great Marriott team + location + property…read more - - - - - - - - January, 2026 Visit We first visited, just the two of us, in Dec., 2024. Soon my wonderful wife came down with our daughter and her friends visited for their Spring break, Mar., 2025. Then the three of us visited in Jan., 2026. We visited for six nights on this trip; after a longer-than-planned travel day (the airline routed us to the wintry north of Detroit in order to fly south... a nice compare-and-contrast we appreciated after-the-fact), we were pleased to meet Shawna in person; Shawna had been talking with my wife pre-arrival, and provided a de-stressing welcome. For this trip, we rarely left the property, in most part because I worked most of the days, in the room (see below). We did enjoy making food for ourselves in the room; there are two Publix, one just across the bridge and another just north, heading to Jupiter, maybe and extra 3 minutes further away. We enjoyed food at Reflections, including: - Sunday night special... ribs !! and a Miami Vice drink, while watching some of the football with the many other guests - burgers for lunch, including the especially good Rodeo Burger - with cheese and bacon!! - good drinks, with and without alcohol (alcohol-free pina coladas are good for any/all ages!) - gluten free pizza and wings The Activity Center offered 21 / blackjack, which was fun. We enjoyed a bit of soccer on the turf field between buildings. The hot tubs are nice, night and day Fun on the beach, getting sun, building sand castles, and walking along and enjoying the surf. The eastern-most point in Florida is about a quarter-mile to the left / north... you can see it from Oceana Palms once you know where to look... it is the one rocky outcropping that is present; just use a map on your app to confirm you are there... pretty neat! We look forward to returning soon. - - - Working in the room Part of the plan was for me to work most of the days, which was fine - the desk next to the bed is just right... has the power and the room has the wifi, and the desk, at least in our room, faces west and offers a great view, good for a brief mental break, and good for getting the eyes to focus further away than just the screen. - - - Location Barely 15 minutes north of West Palm Beach International airport (PBI) Barely 10 minutes from the St. Louis Cardinals' spring training facility at Roger Dean (car dealer) Stadium Barely 15 minutes from Bissinger's Palm Beach Boutique ----- ----- -----
