During my cleaning and organizing, I found three pairs of shoes and several garments that I no longer wanted. I arrived at the UPS Store around 2pm. The business was quiet and well-organized. I greeted an employee and handed him the two packages to be mailed out. Management is so important with all of these UPS Stores and use other Yelper's reviews to determine if my Amazon returns would be safe at each location. The sole employee scanned the multiple boxes and obtained a tracking receipt (very important) without any hiccups. The store was clean and had the basic packing and shipping tools for customer needs including passport photo options. read more

Apparently I have to pay to have my shipping label printed when I get to the store even though the email specifically says take the barcode to the store and they will print it for me. I'm not spending even more money once I'm there after paying for the shipping, what a nickel and dime nightmare everything is. read more

I can not even begin to state how poorly I am and was treated by this store, the manager, and district manager. I mailed a package that weighed 124 pounds. THEY (UPS) LOST IT! Two months later and they have yet to contact me via email or phone. I have emailed them every other week asking for an update, refund, and/or money owed ($3,000 vacuum sealer!) and "we have no update to give you." is all I get. The attitude towards me is unreal for something I didn't even do! They lost it and now treat me like it's my fault and shouldn't expect anything. You should not use this store or UPS to ever send anything! Avoid at all costs! read more

This has become my regular ups store ever since covid began they have been nothing short of AMAZING. Let me just start off by saying i drive past 3 ups stores just to come to this location!! They have accommodated their customers so well by being the only UPS store opening at 8am while all the others open as late as 10. Their team is always willing to go above & BEYOND whenever there may be an issue with my amazon returns or any questions I have while other ups stores in the area tell me to "come back when i figure it out" not willing to go the extra mile & help resolve any confusion or issues there may be... TheUpsStore in 6330 N. Andrews Ave, has been a great customer service experience for me, specially with Corona Virus in our lives. They were efficient, offered different options, and above all else, the employee called Omar, was kind. Even with the mask covering most of his face, and my older hearing getting in the way, Omar was patient in repeating himself and friendly when replying to all my questions. He even helped me after hours once, because I asked him and needed it. He was still efficient and helpful with no complaints or attitude. I hope his Managers and co-workers appreciate, the great employee they work with. At my age, you don't find such helpful young people. read more

Beware - they WILL try to overcharge you. The weight of all my items was rounded up and I was told the cheapest option was $110 for non-rush shipping. (It was international, but still way too much for the little amount I was sending). I had to push for everything to be calculated properly and my fee went down to $37! Very poor customer service, I would have been taken advantage of if I didn't check my facts! read more
