No one actually LIKES going to the DMV but, if you gotta go this one is okay... The bureaucracy is strong, you can't hear anything, half the people waiting with you smell unbathed, but... The facility itself is clean, there's plenty of parking, the staff is efficient, and you'll be in & out quick.

My last 2 visits here have gone pretty well. You need to know the rules to achieve success here... and it's not easy to know all the rules. For the DMV, you can't just show up. Just assume you need an appointment for any DMV related activity and you should do ok. Keep in mind, for some things, such as renewals, you can avoid this place and do it online. I actually find it interesting to come here. There's really no place like these places. No matter what state you live in, they are pretty much the same... I like seeing the people, how they deal with the system. The people who work here are generally very nice and helpful. Could use a little modernizing, but not a biggie. I got my reservation online, only waited about 10 minutes before my number was called, and received a copy of my automobile title in short order... $10. I always feel good after I accomplish a task at the RMV, like the feeling you get when you complete a tough puzzle.

Very very confusing, forms without addresses. Nobody answers the phone. I held for 45 minutes and was disconnected. The website is not clear and when I asked my question, I got a response that I will hear back from them in three days. It's just easier to come down in person. There was a police officer standing at the door checking that people had appointments before entering. When I looked online it was over a month for an appointment. I wore out my arthritic feet and need surgery next week. I wanted to get a temporary disabled parking permit. There has to be a better way, this is really ridiculous! What happens to people that can't wait a month, can't navigate the website, can't get through by phone ... Two weeks later, I received a letter from the tax collector that my check should've been written now to Palm Beach tax collector instead of Florida tax collector. So I'm starting all over again.

We came here so my daughter could take her driving test! The officer in the front had a good sense of humor and said to me that I should give her my car and I should take an uber home! Of course, assuming she passed (which I knew she would). We waited a bit passed our scheduled time of 9:30 am and then we were called up to the window. She told the clerk everything in a positive response to the questions, took her picture for her license and then went to take her driving test in the lot. K went outside but could not see the area where they were! (My only complaint was that the restroom needed tidiness!) We all went back inside (clerk was stoic so we had no idea if she passes) but when we went inside- yes, my daughter passed with flying colors! No I didn't take an u we home but I did let her use my car for the rest of the day! Cheers!

Sad looking group of people... lol

For a governmental office, this place seems to be organized in terms of the process flow. When you walked though the front door, you first line up to get to the customer service where they ask you the purpose of your trip, then hand you a ticket with a number on it. You then go sit down in the large waiting room and wait for your number to be called. In terms of efficiency, well, what do you expect? I waited over an hour to get to my turns but from what I hear from other people who had been here before, you could be waiting anywhere from 1 1/2 to 2 hours. And also, they really got to get their acts together. I called the office prior to my visit about updating our company's tax ID to the vehicle's registration. On the phone the customer service rep. told me to bring a copy of the W9 to the office and the clerks can get the records updated. But when I was there, I handed in the document and the response I got was they have no idea how to do it. I asked for the supervisor and she said they don't know how to enter new information into the system. I hate to say it but this is very typical when dealing with governmental agencies. To save my time and frustrations, perhaps I'll just go to one of those tag agencies next year.

Short wait time and friendly service is not what I was expecting at the Tax Collector when I picked up my car title. I was impressed.

Use Enterprise nearby or Alamo in Boca Raton. Both locations have excellent customer service. Upon my arrival I noticed someone else waiting in front discussing with the 3 employees (who are the franchisees) about their vehicle not being available. They did not have the decency to tell me anything. I had to inquire and then they said they have no vehicles available. I had a reservation booked days in advance. No phone call notifying me. More expensive vehicles such as a convertible and large suvs were available but they refused. They were total unapologetic and offered no solution. Awful people. I told a lady (who was waiting for nearly two hours) that I will slander them on every media outlet. Loud enough for them to hear. I then snapped a photo of them (see below) and then they lost it. The youngest employee said that I threatened to slap them. I said slander. Obviously her vocabulary is lacking. They treatened to call cops and I said got right ahead. The thug man then said if I know what's good for me I better leave. It was an awful situation and as a customer you would never expect them to treat you like this. The DMV treats you better. They were in the wrong in every which way. I hope this location gets closed. I will be emailing CEO and local media.

Absolute WORST tolls establishment, that I've encountered in my lifetime!!…read more Their data base does NOT update information, accordingly. Your new tolls balances will automatically go to collections. I had to contact them several times, waiting on lengthy phone calls (waiting anywhere from 36-50 minutes. The recording kept saying that your wait time will be over 10 minutes), to speak to a representative. Then it's additional time when you're actually on the phone with them. My last incident, where I actually spoke to Benjamin in escalation department and supposedly, he stated that he was a supervisor. This guy was absolutely rude, obnoxious, not patience at all, pretended he couldn't hear me, then hung up on me. Prior to him hanging up on me, I told him quickly that I was going to report the incident to BBB. So, I actually reported the incident to BBB. ALL I wanted to do was rectified my account balances, remove my vehicle information and close out my account. I couldn't do that with this guy, Benjamin!!!! Sunpass upper management still didn't reach out to me regarding to the incident. Folks .. do your research. There are other tolls establishments in the state of Florida. DO NOT get "stuck/trap" with these imbeciles!! VERY UNPROFESSIONAL !!!!

My license plate was stolen, and I immediately filed and submitted a police report. Despite doing everything required of me, I continue to receive bills for a vehicle that does not belong to me, connected to a temporary tag I only had for less than a week. Over the course of this situation, I have spoken to multiple people and spent countless hours trying to get this resolved. Not once has SunPass provided me with clear communication, accountability, or a resolution. Instead, I was blindsided with an email informing me that the matter was simply "sent to collections" -- a move that shows zero compassion, zero understanding, and zero willingness to actually investigate or assist. This is completely unacceptable. Customers should never be punished for theft, especially when they have followed proper legal procedures and provided documentation. SunPass's handling of this situation has been unprofessional and careless, and it reflects a larger problem in how the company treats the very people who keep it in business. Here's what needs to change: * Accountability: Issues involving fraud or theft must be thoroughly investigated before sending accounts to collections. * Communication: Customers deserve updates and explanations, not silence followed by debt collection notices. * Compassion & Fairness: Policies must be put in place to protect innocent customers from being held responsible for charges they clearly did not incur.
