He was able to get my item for me and rung me up front right away. Super friendly guy but didn't catch his name. Upon checkout I gave him my number, confirmed my info and he mentioned that he sent a digital receipt to my email (apparently they don't give out physical receipts anymore; they don't even have bags either). Now this is where things took a turn and I know it's not his fault however two accounts popped up under my name, I only have one. I confirmed my email via the checkout counter. When I got home the receipt was never sent to my email. Reached out to customer care and it was sent to an email I don't even have (hence the account name coming up twice). I then had to call customer care to fix the issue. So my concern is if two accounts come up in store can the cashier double verify which one is yours so this doesn't happen again?? Def a hassle since I added apple care to my purchase and needed proof incase something happened in the future.

From the moment we entered, as Hispanics we felt as though we were being closely watched and followed throughout the store in a way that made us uncomfortable. We had no large bags or items with us--just a wallet--yet we were treated with a level of suspicion that did not seem warranted. At the same time, another customer (take a gander) in the store, who had a large backpack, which looked like it could fit an arsenal was able to shop freely without the same level of attention. The contrast in how we were treated was noticeable and concerning. Prior to visiting, I had already spoken with someone about purchasing a higher-priced item. However, due to the way we were treated during our visit, my husband and I decided not to move forward with the purchase. Instead, we chose to leave and spend our money elsewhere. We ended up going to a nearby business (Ss donuts) where we experienced welcoming and respectful service, which only highlighted the difference. I hope this feedback is taken seriously, as no customer should feel uncomfortable or singled out while simply trying to shop.

I the screen protector did get damaged after about 6 months of use. I went in to get it replaced and paid the $12.99 copay. After a a few days the replacement protector started to bubble. I worked it back down a few times, but bubbling got worse. Believing it was still under warranty I took it back in well before the 30 days. The clerk tried to work it back down, but was unsuccessful. I told him to replace it as I was leaving town for several months. He replaced it and advised me it was $12.99 copay. He confirmed that I just had it replaced, but replacement protectors are not covered under the 30 day warranty. This made no sense to me as I just paid the copay and now they are charging me again for their workmanship. Not a good value!
