I went to the store with identification expecting a routine pickup. Instead, I was denied my package and spent approximately two hours at the store trying to resolve the issue. The situation escalated to the point that I spent approximately 90 minutes on the phone with UPS customer service, including escalation to a supervisor. The UPS supervisor contacted the store directly while I was present. Despite that intervention, the store still refused to release my package and informed me that it would be returned to sender. What was most disappointing was the manner in which I was treated. When I asked an employee for her name during the dispute, I was told, "fuck you." I then sought assistance from management, but management supported the decision to withhold the package rather than helping resolve the issue. This was not simply an inconvenience. I had specifically arranged delivery to a UPS Access Point because I would be out of town attending my father's memorial service. I explained the urgency of the situation and repeatedly attempted to resolve the matter respectfully. My concern is not just that a problem occurred. Problems happen. My concern is that there appeared to be no interest in solving it, even after UPS management became involved. Based on my experience, I would not trust this location with an important package.

Mind you, I've been a customer less than two months and have had a total of 6 packages delivered.. Disgusting place in cleanliness and order, repulsive staff attitudes, and completely unhelpful for new to the city clients who are trying to figure it out. I am writing to Anytime Mailbox to request they cease any contracts with this horrible business, complete with alternative recommendations. I appreciated the exemplary customer service she provided to me. She was professional, knowledgeable, patient and made me feel like she cared. Instead of making me go back and forth, the manager, Isaiah, and the rest of the staff worked together and made a group decision to let me email the labels to them from home.
