Not only is it extremely convenient but the customer service is the best I've experienced so far at any UPS store to-date. This location is very clean and tidy. I dropped off a package here on 5/10 at 12:41pm to be shipped. The owner Ken accepted the package and said, he would add the label to the package for shipment. It's now been several days and the tracking hasn't been updated since it was dropped here. They lost my package and it never left this location. Tracking still shows 12:41pm, as drop off. The exact time, I receive the receipt here. Ken wasn't apologetic or sincere. They lost my package here. Ship at your own risk. Do not trust them to add your shipment label. Update: 5/20/2023: Received an email from UPS my package was lost and never delivered. Please see image. Ship here at the your own risk. I never had any issues of my packages getting delivered at other locations. Poor customer service on Ken's part, he needs to take ownership and become aware of what's happening at his store. My package was never mailed out. Update 5/17: As you can see Ken the business owner just replied lying that my package was delivered. The package was never delivered. He called UPS lying to the rep saying it was delivered. The receiver which is a large company never received the package and has open an investigation. The owner is dishonest and and the investigation will show this. The item never left this shop and UPS investigation department confirmed the last update is at this location when I dropped it off at 12:41pm. I am happy the package was being delivered to a large company that has initiated an investigation to prove everything. read more

When is the last time you've received 5 star service from a UPS store. Prior to my first visit I don't think I ever have. Everyone is always so pleasant. During lunch time you can or can not expect a line (very unpredictable) but the employees are so patient, kind and quick you don't mind the short wait. Perfect WiFi connection for when you need to pull up your Amazon codes. It's a 3 mins walk from my job. I'd rather bring my return packages to work vs visit he UPS store near my home. Plus I can get my steps in when I circle the block like 6 times :) read more

I came here the other day to mail my textbooks back and the guy at the desk (Deon?) was so efficient and was able to explain the timeline for arrival, and answered all my questions about tracking my package. This location is super convenient too. I was able to email my packing slip from the university and he could print it out right there, which I was hoping I could since I don't have a printer at home. You can copy/print here at this location too I'm pretty sure, but did not need those services for this trip. read more

Absolutely wonderful customer service at this location. I cane to the store to kill two birds with one stone. I had a fingerprinting appointment scheduled and needed to drop off a package that didn't get picked up the previous day. The fingerprinting appointment was a breeze with Kazil's help. Getting Amazon to generate a new label took a bulk of the time, but Ken was great at helping that process get done efficiently. All in all I had a pleasant time at this UPS store. Blessings sometimes appear in unexpected places. Due to travel and a recent crazy work schedule I was unable to return a suit I bought online until the last day for returns. Unable to break free at lunch, I looked online for a UPS drop off on the way to a date at the Wharf so that I could rid myself of a fashion catastrophe once and for all (and not lose money doing so) and still be on time for dinner. According to UPS's website they have a store at the Wharf. It seemed suspicious to me so I called the number listed, and to my surprise someone answered the phone and confirmed that they were open until 7pm. I left work, huffed it from Waterfront station, and made it five minutes before closing. The store took a while to find (it's a little bit out of the way on foot - think closer to the fresh fish markets than to the fancy fish restaurants). Then I realized that I forgot to print the label. The young lady behind the desk said no problem, printed the label, and processed my package. I was in and out in five minutes and on time for dinner. Even better I already have my refund. read more

Let me just say this has been the best experience working with any shipping store I've ever dealt with. I came in to ship out music equipment, and Ken helped me with processing the order. When I found out I had been scammed (rough moment), I called and got Ken on the phone who immediately helped me stop shipment, and return the items to the store. There was a few thousand dollars worth of equipment that I would've lost forever if it had not been for Ken jumping into action. Not only did he help reassure me that we can get the equipment back, he did not make empty promises and kept me well informed of his progress on getting the shipment stopped! His proactiveness and communication really took an extremely stressful situation, and turned it into a positive learning experience.
